The ONLY reason I'm giving them 1 star is because they were nice enough to get my daughter's car in for a diagnostic before the holidays. Otherwise they wouldn't get any stars at all! They charged $135 for the diagnostic. Not horrendous but not great. Said we needed new coil packs & new spark plugs. Charge? $1700! I know we're new to the area but I could not believe the price. I called 3 other mechanics that all quoted me between $700-$800 for parts AND labor. Was the guy just trying to take advantage of my daughter? My mother in law was with her & I could not believe how much he quoted her. That was $1000.00 more than even the dealership! And then gave her no paperwork with a breakdown of his estimates. Shady business is happening here. Buyer beware!!

Man, I love this place.Got my Suburban in and out faster than they thought it would be done. All the front end work is done and man does this drive so much better.I have never seen a mechanic shop with such high ratings. You will not be disappointed in chosing Patriot to do the job. Great trustworthy people and great service!

Found this place by accident. My passenger window was not rolling up like it s suppose to so I took it to them. They correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and had my car fixed all in the same day. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. Super nice and friendly but also honest. The honesty is what I really appreciate. They also do military discount which I m prior military so I appreciate that too. With this whole experience, if anything is ever wrong with my car, I will be going to them.

I m new to this area. I did a little research to find a good place to take my car. Saw the good reviews and I was not disappointed. I had to cancel my appointment and reschedule for another day and it was no problem. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Work was done quickly and the price I was quoted is what I paid. I will definitely be going back. Great service!

Who ever heard of a repair shop LOWERING their original estimate?!!The job didn't require near the hours that the book called for, so they adjusted the cost based on ACTUAL time spent! I can't say enough about the guys at Patriot Garage. From the ownership all the way down to the mechanics. Honest, fair, stand behind their work, and do things the right way!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

They have not even started service on my car yet, due to dealing with insurance issues, and I can already tell that these people care about what they do. The patience and understanding I have received from them has been above and beyond and I recommend them based on that alone. I cannot wait to get my car back so I can update this review and give them the praise I'm sure they will deserve for the work done on my vehicle.Edited to add: Jim has been the one dealing with my multiple phone calls and I appreciate him, I even received words of wisdom and encouragement. The guys at Patriot helped us out in a pinch. Jim and Alex were able to take a look at our vehicle, diagnose it and get us going! Clean shop, fair pricing and excellent service.

This is the only shop around I will trust to work on my car. I drive all the way from the south side of Moore to take my car to these guys. I just got a 4 wheel alignment on my car after installing a bunch of performance suspension parts and had a custom stainless exhaust fabricated. I will not hesitate to take my car to them again!

Top notch! Came to me to see if they could identify problem and help before I paid for tow minutes after calling. Saw the urgency of the need. Found parts and repaired same day. Patriot has become my Go To place for car repair. They have worked on my car three separate times as issues became apparent. They are friendly, they communicate well and their prices are affordable. Check them out, you won t be sorry.

I was able to get in ASAP the next morning after calling. Had an alignment and brake job done--both reasonably priced. Communication was great and I liked the detailed text quote I received (instead of the usual over the phone quote). Very friendly staff who are honest and sincere. Will be using again for my future car needs!

I m in quite the situation from a Mistake I made I slid into the curb bending some things see you guys at 9am Monday ..after reading all the reviews and responses , i genuinely believe y all can help me without bankrupting me at the same time thank you.and thank you for reply so quickly maybe it ll be the same for the car my wife and I are from out of town and I slid into a curb in our 2023 base model Camaro now the rear right wheel is steering the back of the car a little bit ..to save some time ..can you guys fix this ? Being the car is so new and I don t have an appointment.. my wife and I are scheduled to head home to ATL Tuesday

Honest and fair. I ve taken a couple of cars here and have been pleased every time.There was a car that just would not start and Jim and his team spent about a week just trying and trying to figure out the problem and theamount they charged me for all the work they put in was more than fair.The thing I like most about Patriot Garage is that they re honest, they have the best interest in your car, and they re treat you like family. Whenever I go to check out, I personally feel very pleased to be paying for genuine work.

Recent review here.I m a new customer here and I was wondering how Patriot Garage had a full 5 star rating, I m so thankful that I called and found out for myself.I implore you to give these gentleman a chance before you do business with just any other shop. There is a legitimate reason why they have a high rating of customer approval In the reviews here.This Patriot Garage group are more than just mechanics and staff. The most personable and caring group that I ve experienced in the auto repair industry. They take pride in helping you get your car repaired and do it reasonably as well. They are quick with the repairs, never had a scheduling conflict. Very quality work and all of the guys there are fantastic to talk to and deal with.There s a level of human there that you don t see much of in the world anymore and these guys are really doing so much for customers and the community. I don t leave reviews often but I don t want to see their efforts go unnoticed.These guys will go the extra mile to earn your trust and business. Patriot Garage is the BEST. They are communicative, honest, friendly, reliable, efficient, reasonable, caring, e.t.c.... I could list their positive attributes all day. From speaking with Jim on the phone to seeing all the professional mechanics buzzing in and out of the shop to get their jobs done well, the entire experience is top-tier. I also appreciate how personable Jim is and how he walks clients through the details of each item on estimates. Patriot Garage has a 5-star rating because they produce 10-star, quality work. They also treat you like family while doing so. Look no further for your automotive needs. My car is happy, smooth-riding, and chilly (all things I wanted) since sending it to Patriot Garage for a little 2-day getaway. Plus, the teacher discount was tremendously helpful and appreciated. It s a locally-owned company, the shop is very clean, the guys working there are really nice. I went in for an alignment and they let me watch and talk to the guy working which is unique. Then afterwards they let me test drive the car with the tech in the passenger seat. The owner actually gets his hands dirty too which is nice to hear. Plus the prices are reasonable. They quoted me $150 for a 4-wheel alignment but I only needed 2, so it cost me $89 with a military discount. I m definitely going back to them if I need anything else done!

Patriot Garage is amazing. My wife had some break issues amongst other things and Jim got us in for a consultation and then got us in the same day. Clayton even gave me a ride home. When they let us know the car was ready, I let Jim know that it would be after 6. He said no problem, that he would wait. We really appreciate the service that you guys provided. I definitely recommend them and will definitely used them again!

Had an problem with my A/C not working correctly. Guys at patriot garage got to my vehicle quickly, diagnosed the problem efficiently, and fixed it professionally and at a reasonable price. Shop appeared very clean and organized, and staff were friendly and responded to my questions in a professional manner. Now my truck is ready again for the Oklahoma heat. When others failed, Patriot Garage gets it right. We had our vehicle at several other garages. No one could find the problem. Patriot Garage relies on more than computer diagnostics. The men here were incredibly friendly and welcoming and helped fixed my issue quickly. I came in late to my appointment by mistake and the technicians were kind enough to stay a few minutes late to help. My repair was minor, but I d definitely recommend Patriot Garage for any repair. I have never had such a wonderful experience with an auto shop. The staff at Patriot Garage truly went above and beyond to address all of the issues we were experiencing with our vehicle. Great experience, they was attentive and got everything correct the first time. Fast and quality work. They removed and replaced differential clutch pack. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles back if repairs are needed.

I had a great experience here. I thought I had a head gasket issue and told them as much. They looked into it and found it was actually a much cheaper and easier issue. They could have easily charged me an arm and a leg for a simple fix, but they were upfront and honest, charged me only for the work they did. Honest reliable service, they actually came in under the quote for the work I had done. I was able to get in within a week. Will make the drive to get any other work done there as well.Highly recommend making an appt in advance. They are wonderful and busy!

The guys at Patriot Garage are great! Very knowledgeable, humble, and extremely kind! My AC was not working and they diagnosed the issue and made the repair in a timely, cost effective manner. My AC in my 10 year old car now works better than the one in my new car! They didn t try to sell me services I didn t need and made me feel comfortable in my decision to have them repair my vehicle. These guys have restored my faith in humanity. The Buick was running ruff and we dropped it off yesterday and found out something had chewed through the ignitor harness.. They fixed it and we have the car back today. The price was right and I am telling you these guys are good guys that will do you right. They also fixed a pain in the butt to get to headlight.
