I needed help with my middle break light but I was in a bind, because I had My two small children with me. As soon as we came in a young man helped me right away and even applied the bulb to the mantle for me. I appreciate that a great deal. Well done O Reillys

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had at an auto parts store. Two knowledgeable, friendly guys working the whole store by themselves, clearly understaffed, yet somehow making sure every customer felt like they were their priority. Top notch

I went there today and brought a broken part from my turn signal bulb. They didn t carry it for my older car but the 2 young men that were working pulled it up on EBay and showed me exactly which one I needed. They were so very friendly, helpful and patient. Thanks to them, I came home and ordered exactly what I needed. Thank you!

My car wouldn t start at 7:15am this morning then it did. So I took it up to O Reilly s to have the battery checked. The battery had low voltage and Daniel helped me, checked it out and replaced my battery. Super customer service from this very kind young man. It was rather cold this morning and I felt bad that he was having to do this in the cold weather. This is why we always go to the store. Thank you for helping out this morning, I really appreciate it.

This was the rudest experience of any O'Reilly's store I've ever been in. Started out with a simple phone call asking about used oil drop off, after I had purchased oil from the store. The guy on the phone was really rude about it while stating "well you can bring here, but you have to dump out yourself and you can't throw away the container here, you have have to take it with you and throw it away". Then I drove up to the store with my jug of used oil so I could dump it into their dumping can, there were at least 8 employees doing nothing but standing around and staring until I asked for assistance. No one asked if I needed help and then they seemed very put off because I asked someone to show me where to dump the oil. After today's experience I would rather go into the city and deal with the road rage drivers rather than go to this O'Reilly's again. Yukon is awesome but their O'REILLY'S sucks!

This store has my business for life! I unexpectedly had car issues on my way to work and took it to O Reilly to read a code. When it turned out to be something urgent that needed to be dealt with immediately, store manager Jim insisted I come inside and get out of the cold while I called around to try to find someone to work on my car. He even offered to give me a ride home if needed. He made a really bad morning much better!

I have been a Loyal Customer for years. I have never had a problem there until today. (7/12/23)I went into the store seeking help with A/C coolant recharge info. I was having a bad day, and I banged heads with an employee there. I left the store yelling at that man who was trying to help me.Then I realized I was in the wrong store. I made a complete a** of myself.I believe in making amends when I screw up, so I called the store and actually got to the man on the phone. But before I could apologize he got mad and hung up. So I've come here in hopes he might read this. (I won't say his name)Sir, I was Totally Wrong and I hope you accept my apology. Thank you for reading this.

Almost always friendly, helpful, decent and knowledgeable folks that want to help and get you the right part or info to find the right parts. Mostly have the parts in stock and folks to help get you the right part and info. Thanks, rely on them more so than any other parts store.

The car started to overheat & we were 155 miles from home. We had one phillips screwdriver & a pair of pliers. After we cooled the car down at a quick stop, I looked up auto parts stores, and O'Reilly was 2 miles away. We made it there, bought the tools & gasket that we needed. An hour and a half later, with no daylight left, we were on our way again with no additional problems. I'm grateful that O'Reilly Auto Parts was so close & that I was with a person who knows how to work on engines. The car manufacturers do not make that job easy anymore!

I tried to warranty out my truck battery with them and they refused. The customer service was not great at all. They told me to take my money elsewhere. I ve never had a problem with them about parts or anything until now. This was the worst I ve ever been treated by an auto place.

I get all my car needs from O'Reilly's. They are always very nice, I'm greeted immediately after walking in the door. The service is quick, they have tools you can borrow to do quick things in the parking lot. They are always able to help me find the right part and are happy to do so. I never feel like I've been a bother to anyone at any time; and that's a great experience every time!!

Thanks to O'Reilly's Auto in Yukon.I had to get a new car battery. I ordered online drove to the store they came right out and installed it and I was back home in less than 20 minutes.Thanks to the tech Jeremy for great and safe customer service.

Shame i usually come to oreilly to get the above and beyond service but today Karmen one of the counter guys I asked to test my alternator with the bench dyno and on the dyno they had a "suspect lead" witch is the connector from the alternator to the bench tester he claimed he could not test my alternator due to the lead being bad I asked him if they had tested the lead through the machine self diagnostic. he claimed that even if he had a working alternator that he was still unable to test the lead and it was above his pay grade. So I went to the napa down the road they had no problem with testing my alternator smh

If you call ahead for a part and they say they have it done trust them. I am currently waiting an hour in the parking lot for my parts to deliver from a warehouse, when I was told yesterday they were in store ready for me to pick up this morning.

If you black go to a different O'Reilly's this place is ran by a bunch of racist white people who meet and greet the white people when they come in but look at black people with disgust.
