Absolutely terrible experience! DO NOT GO HERE! I went here to get my oil changed, tires rotated, and a check on my brakes because they were squeaking. I had scheduled an appointment that said this as well as put it on the key drop off slip. They did the routine check and called me to say that my brakes were worn, but it wasn t necessary to replace them right now. However, they said, if the squeaking bothers you that I could just replace not only the brake pads but the rotors as well even though there wasn t anything wrong with the rotors. I then received the report for the inspection where they suggested that I do over $5,000 of repairs, and most of the reasons were due to mileage including having my shots and struts replaced, which of course I said no to all. I then went to pick up my car and tried to pay, but they seemed confused because they said they just did the inspection. I told them that I specifically asked for my oil to be changed and tires rotated, and they apologized and said they never did it. Honestly at this point I m glad that they didn t do anything to my car.

I brought my 2010 Ford there. I spent over 5,000 dollars on it getting several things fixed not related to the engine. On the way home the motor gave me trouble. I brought it back they said I needed a new motor that would cost 9,000. I already had 5800 into it so I opted to sell it because they said the engine was shot. The guy who bought it put a timing chain on and now it runs fine. They did me wrong. Very wrong. I trusted them so I didn t get a second opinion. Don t make the same mistake I did. This was the Yukon branch. Don t be fooled by them. This is being re edited. They cost me several thousand dollars with their dishonest analysis of my truck and then send me a patented response. I already reached out to you. You burnt me fair and square because I trusted you.

Really bad experiences this past year with this Yukon location. I paid almost 1200. For some work done and then it continues to have problems with the same thing. Then was quoted another almost 1700. For fixing something that should have been fixed three months ago. I have had to take this car back twice because of a door panel not put in. It was in the back seat when I was told that my car was ready. Then three times they ordered wrong parts. Another car they had to order three different kits to fix the brakes because I had to take it back. It was making noise after I just paid to get it fixed. This time they said they would not back the work that they did three months ago. I spent lots of money between my four cars here the last year. I don't like making bad reviews. But I think warning others so they won't have to go through what you went through is important. This location looks like it had pretty good reviews until around a year or so ago. I don't know what happened. But I will NEVERRECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NOONE. Do your research. I like good customer service. It MIGHT be ok to get a oil change. But I would not trust them with anything else. Customer service is important. Honesty and integrity is important. Apparently they don't think so!

Made an appt and arrived a bit earlier. They had my car in a bay and had a diagnosis with cost in 20 minutes. Car took a few days to fix due to getting parts but they kept me updated and prices were reasonable. Would use them again.

Service and staff both very helpful and courteous, every time I come here I am very satisfied with my experience. I keep coming back cause I know I can rely on them and that s hard to come by now days. If I had to complain on something it would be I wish they had a bigger parking lot . Sure they would agree! Great job, and keep up the great service.

Meineke s service is dependable, honest, more than fair, fast and never pushy. I have taken several vehicles to them and have never had a bad experience. Meineke makes vehicle maintenance and repair relatively painless and their friendly service combined with along-the-way status updates makes them my go-to auto shop. If I could give them 10 stars instead of just 5 I would.

We were traveling from the west coast and upon arriving to OK City, we heard a horrible sound every time we would brake. We stopped at the Meineke near our hotel in Yukon. Jeremy and Mike (or Chris - can't remember) were extremely helpful. Diagnosed the issue and we were back on the road in no time. So appreciate how they took the time to figure out the issue and help us out.

Got the oil changed in November and they replaced a car part that didn't even really need to be replaced, they put a sticker on my car saying March 24th, 3 months later my car breaks down and the engine seizes up while driving on the highway because it ran low on oil, now I'm questioning if they ever even did the oil change at all and why they would put that date on the sticker. Never told me of anything that may have been wrong with it, probably never actually checked.

I ve been a reoccurring customer at Meineke for three years, and i ve always left their shop with outstanding reassurance that my car is fixed and safe for the road. I ve had two cars, a Nissan Altima and Nissan Maxima, that regularly had a lot of mechanical issues. The intelligent and hard working individuals at Meineke, though, have diagnosed and resolved each and every problem for me every time I went back, and they even provided me with a diagnostic sheet that explained what was wrong. I will continue to go back!

It was an awesome experience the manager there had me to go and purchase my oil and filter and I just brought it to him and he charged me like $30 plus tax it was really awesome went all around in Oklahoma City went to places that I normally get my oil changedMoore Oklahoma no one wanted to touch my 2012 C6 Corvette but they did a good job and I'm going to go back and purchase some more tires from them and he's going to get me a really good deal on a good set for my car

Jeremiah truly was a blessing as he thoroughly explained each aspect of the service my van needed. The service was completed in a time let manner and I felt they did a great job. I am only giving 4 starts because the warning brake light on my dash is still on and that needs further investigating.

They were able to squeeze me in that morning for an oil change, ended up needing two new tires and they were able to get them brought over to the store same day. Quick and good service.

I've had a couple good experiences, but my last few have been not good.Brought in my first truck for an alignment, told me they couldn't do it because it needed ball joints....funny thing...they replaced the upper joints a few months prior, it wasn't the ball joint, the shock needed to be tightened more since I just installed new ones.Bring in my 2nd truck a few days ago, they tell me it needs upper and LOWER ball joints....I just replaced the upper control arms, the rubber boots aren't even broken or anything. I go home, jack my truck up to assess why they say it needs ball joints.... absolutely no play in any steering components up front, absolutely no need for ball joints.Oh and can't forget about my 2007 Silverado that I brought in about a year ago where they didn't tighten the oil filter correctly and spewed oil all down the underside of my truck and their response was "well we can give you a free oil change"You can't even call these guys for a quote without them trying to sell you things you don't even need. I'm glad I have previous mechanic experience or I might've been scammed out of a good chunk of money. These guys lost my business and I won't be coming back in.Want quality service for a better price....take your stuff to Mikeys Automotive off memorial in OKC.

Cannot say enough good things about Jeremiah and Tommy at Meineke. Jeremiah went above and beyond to get my company truck in when it was leaking oil. Come to find out I had gotten a oil change by another shop the week before. That shop couldnt get the oil filter off, knocked a hole in it and sent me right out the door. Jeremiah and Tommy got it right. Tommy was able to get the filter off, no easy feat if youve ever attempted yourself, and got me back on the road asap for beyond extremely reasonable price. Will definitely be coming back to get my oil changed at Meineke again. I also appreciate that Jeremiah had a good sense of humor, as Im a pretty dry/joking person.

This is my second time at Meineke and I am so happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and timely. I feel confident in the work that was done on my car and will definitely be back again!

NOTE: I made two updates to this original post. Be sure to click the "button" at the end of the paragraph.This one star rating is a first for me. The work on my vehicle has not been completed. I have communicated these issues in person and by sending two emails. There hasn't been any attempt to resolve the outstanding issues. I withheld my review until now because I expected Mineke to contact me before now. I will modify and update this review as necessary.First Update: Wednesday October 11, 2023I intend to take my vehicle back today. I'm limited by my health to exact a time. This will mark the third time. The initial problem has not been fixed. I read some of the other reviewsand noted one customer had reported being overcharged for parts. I learned that I've been charged more than 100% for the part replaced. The customary up charge is 10%.I will continue to update and hopefully close my review. I encourage the owner to follow this review.Second Update: Thursday October 13, 2023I dropped off my vehicle with a Manager (I will not name the Managers / Service Advisors. If the owner is interested in my story then he can reach out to me).Later in the day he called and said they could not fix the primary problem due to the lack of parts availability. Also, he commented that I was right about my assessment from the beginning and I believe he understood my concerns. The eCheckIn was completed.We talked about adjusting the invoice and he was to call me the next day (Thursday). Having not been contacted I called him on Friday. He explained why he didn't reach out yesterday and I was fine with his explanation.We did agree upon an amount to credit. Basically it was removing the diagnostic charge, half of the shop supplies and brought the up charge on parts from 115% to 35%. Still higher than what is generally charged (10-20%) but I felt he was negotiating in good faith.I would give three maybe four stars at this point. I recommend Meineke for their basic services.As mentioned above, "If the owner is interested in my story then he can reach out to me."Thanks for reading this review! Bye for now, Paul

Every time I go to Meineke on Mustang rd in Yukon,OK, I am impressed with the customer service. The guys are great no matter what I am getting done, from an an oil change or getting repairs done. If I ask for an estimate for repairs they have it ready within minutes. Definitely go see the guys at Meineke in Yukon!

5 star experience went in for brand new tires alignment and balance. Philip worked on my car this time and was able to answer questions I had like always a great experience. Cleanest lobby I ve ever seen in an auto repair facility and same goes for their bathroom. Staff all extremely friendly, only 4 stars because of the labor charged to replace a brake light. I needed it changed on a road trip so it had to be done but $80 labor/shop fees for what took less than 20 minutes and was held in with 4 standard Phillips screws. Although unhappy with the cost, I really can t complain because I took the lazy route of having someone else do it and if I had to go back in time I still would ve made the same choice in bringing it here. Overall great shop and would definitely recommend, especially over anything back home

I bring my cars here, since 2021. I trust these guys with my Honda, Chrysler and Nissan. I avoid going to the dealer, not just to save money, but also the speed and quality of service is always better than taking my cars to their local dealerships... the dealerships have always let me down in someway. This Meineke is fast, reliable, thorough and the staff are really friendly.

I have been a somewhat happy customer of this location for several years.I keep trying to use this location for oil changes and other car care services. Today my appointment was for 11am for oil change. Tire rotation, and brake check. At 11.40 My car had still not moved into a bay and I was told if I took off the tire rotation my car could be serviced. At 12.15 my car was ready minus the tire rotation. They did check my front brakes. Not showing rear brakes checked. Very disappointing. Will look for somewhere that can accommodate appointment in a timely manorService: Oil change

Went here for the umptenth time last Saturday and it will probably be my last. Had these guys fix my wife s car back in may and they told me It needed a new battery in it. I declined but was given a quote anyways. Well, as time passed the battery gave out and I decided to take it up there and get it done. The original quote was for $311 and when I went in the guy acted as if he had to order the battery and wasn t able to do it and then gave me a price of $580. Me being me I keep all of my auto records and I showed him the original quote. He looked as if he d seen a ghost. Went back into the side office and came back and told me the battery price had went up but they were able to go ahead and do it for $320 and they magically were able to find a battery for it. If they weren t the only place open on Saturday I would have went elsewhere. I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment in the past couple of years, and now I m questioning if I could have saved myself some cash on my previous visits. Just because you can up the prices on people who aren t mechanics, doesn t mean you should.

Phenomenal work ethic and attention to detail. Communication was spectacular and professionalism was on point. They quickly got my car in last minute and corrected the problems I was having. Price aligns well with the quality service. Super comfortable waiting area, very clean environment. Highly recommend!

This location has been phenomenal every time I've visited. The staff is understanding and does a great job of explaining what's wrong with my car and helping me decide what services need to get done now.
