This is our second buying experience with Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon, and we are in the middle of attempting a third purchase. Our experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. They are so courteous and attempt in every way to make you feel comfortable. We communicated with several employees throughout the shopping process and all of them were very professional and friendly. I can in particular speak highly of Johnny our salesman, and Cutter who helped us navigate financing. We worked with Johnny on our first purchase and my daughter and I were very happy and thankful to be able to work with him again for this second purchase. We are now hoping he can find us the right used vehicle again, to be able to work with him on a third purchase! Cutter works in financing and I absolutely cannot say enough nice things about her. She gave me multiple options on the extended warranty to find what would work best for me. Then there was a kink with my credit union and she worked with me and them to get me approved. She was so pleasant and can I even say fun!? to work with!! Car buying is stressful, but I can highly recommend Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon if you are looking for a guided and stress free shopping experience.

Dusty was excellent! He was very accommodating, honest and helpful with the truck buying process. Kirk, in finance, was also a pleasure to deal with. We drove 2 hours just to do business with them because they were by far the most fair and most of all the dealerships we had contacted. We will be doing business exclusively with them in the future and sending all of our military friends here.

Nathan Arney did a fabulous job for us! I had been looking for a used F-250 for a while and found the one I wanted at Joe Cooper Ford of Yukon. I live 3 hours from there but Nathan was able to reserve that pickup for us and worked with us to purchase it. He was able to tell us all the features of the truck and also did a slow walk around to show live the outside and inside of the truck. I recommend calling Nathan for your next vehicle!

Cooper Ford of Yukon is where I had my car serviced. The gentleman (Bjourn) was very nice and pleasant! He let us know exactly what they were going to do and how long it should take. He told us about an hour and that s exactly what it took! Usually when I ve taken my car in it s at the least a 3 hour wait! I usually leave it and they call me at the end of the day.

I just bought a vehicle here yesterday, Johnny Fucci handled everything for me. He was professional and friendly, and took all the headache out of the process. He worked a great deal for me, we started via online purchase and I came in to sign paperwork and pick it up. Joe Cooper has ALWAYS been my go to for vehicle purchases. They're fair and honest.

2 stars for a good salesman and sales manager. Problems happened 3 days after I drove the car off the lot. I texted the salesman that an error code was coming up. He said to bring it in and they would check it. Once I got there, which was a 35 minute drive, the service person said it would be 24-48 hours before they could diagnose the problem, then they might not be able to fix it since it was a Ford dealership and the car was a Cadillac. I told them what error code it was and that it was a common issue on that model. Just change out the thermostat/coolant sensor. They didn't flinch or seem to care. I told them, I had nothing to drive home so they checked on a car to borrow, but of course didn't have anything available for that situation. The service is good until you buy the car, then they don't seem to care. Took it to a different dealership where it was fixed within 6 hours.

Bad Business!! The whole process took 6 hours to complete and from the beginning we stated what interest rate we were willing to accept. My wife, had spinal surgery 22 hours prior to visit and was there in order to complete purchase. The sales team and finance team was aware of my wife s recent surgery and pain medication influence. She was unable to sit and spent majority of time pacing the showroom floor, while waiting on them to meet or not meet our request. For 5 hours they kept coming back with payment changes but NEVER would give us the interest rate. They just kept saying that it would be in between these numbers!! As the time continued to pass my wife s pain continued to raise. Finally at our limit they said that we were just waiting on finance and then we can leave. When asked again what the interest rate was, we were told that the finance person would review with us when signing documentation. We were given bags to clean out our trades and keys were taken from us. Again still not knowing what the interest rate would be. By the time we were told about the finance charge my wife pacing the office and clearly stated that she did not agree with that interest rate and that she was angry. The finance personal didn t do anything but push the tablet towards me asking me to sign. All we were told is that we could refinance in 6 months for lower interest rate. My goal at that time was to get my wife home in order for her to take pain medication. The next business day my wife was looking over the paperwork and stated that she did not agree to that interest rate and that for 6 hours they did not tell her what the interest was and she felt taken advantaged of. They knew the amount of pain she was in and took their time finalizing the deal until all she could think about is getting out of there. When I talked to them about the situation the refused to do anything, fully knowing that they took advantages of a compromised situation. I m also a 100% disabled vet and my wife is my legal representative in regards to financial decisions and due to her compromised state at the time, I was also put in a compromised position. I called the bank and explained the situation to them and they stated the dealership can cancel the deal on their end. When I talked with the Sales Manager he flat out told me that the deal has been funded and even if he could change it that he wouldn t because that is not how they do business there! So everyone please be advised!! They are misleading and make statements about taking care of you , but clearly they DONT. If this is how they treat veteran customers, please take your business elsewhere. We are looking into legal options but wanted to put out the warning.

Knowledgeable. Fair. Cost-Effective. Fantastic Customer Service.The service department here is fantastic. I ve had my vehicles serviced here for 4 years and Seth over in the service department has always taken great care of me. Not only is he and all of the technicians deeply knowledgeable, they always take care of me with the least amount of hassle and cost. I m always impressed with the care that is taken to make the experience positive and I never feel like I take my truck to a stealership .Highly recommend these folks!

Salesman was good and understood our needs and took care of us. Finance paperwork was fair, didn't get us the best rate available even after asking about a local bank. Also add-ons were not fully explained - just presented as a small 30 dollar a month increase- full cost was over $3500 for the mechanical contract and over $800 for the windshield contract. Just think they should fully disclose all the information upfront and not hide in monthly paymentsGordon Dodson

We had Tim as our seller up at Joe Cooper Yukon, he was extremely helpful and not pushy at all! I hate it when salesmen are pushy or try to force me into something I don t want and he didn t do that at all. We weren t planning on upgrading but happened to find something that was perfect for me so we went for it. I do feel my trade in offer was low but they made it right on the bottom dollar price so I can t complain too much. Overall very pleased and love my new car!

I went in for a oil change. Normally do this at home. Deal for 3 changes and tire rotation plus inspection was less than I could purchase materials.Oil change went ok and I was recommended front brake work and fuel filter. I knew I had changed the filter not too far back and both were well over priced.Got home and went to check front brakes that evening. I had a lot of trouble using my 21mm Socket which I've used in the past. It's very tight, but worked. Most I had to file a little and one I went up to 7/8". Not happy about this. I believe Tech used too large of a Socket.Yes, brakes needed changing.Purchased heavy duty brakes, cleaner, a 22mm Socket and another adapter for about $100.Well below Ford cost.Now, do I replace lug nuts?

We purchased a company truck from Joe Cooper of Yukon that was part of their "Certified pre owned vehicles." We took the truck on one delivery and returned with bald front tires due to the alignment being so far off. They REFUSED to do anything about this even though the truck came with a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty. We got the run around from every manager we spoke with after calling 5 separate times. We had to fix the truck ourselves and eat several thousand dollars to repair it. We would not recommend you buy from this dealership- they will not stand by their claims. Please be aware.

Today when I took my Rav for its oil change and tire rotation and check up, something happened when the technician was rotating my tires and the repair was going to require getting parts from another dealer and I had to wait quite a long time. When all was said and done, the service for everything was covered by Joe Cooper! What a blessing!! I bought another service policy good to 2025!

I have recently gone hard of hearing and mute (DeafDisabled). Everyone there made it super easy to get the vehicle I wanted. No type of trying to haggle me to get something else. They were super friendly, patient and understanding. They also had me in and out in under 4 hours from start to finish. Believe me when I say from someone who (health wise) is tired all the time...this was amazing. They keep this up and they'll have my business for life.

I purchased a used Mazda 6 from Joe Cooper Ford Yukon about a week ago. The vehicle has some cosmetic issues so in order to make the sale, the manager promised to fix the headlight and rims for me. I like the car (I am still looking forward to them fixing those things), the experience was overall fairly pleasant, staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I am not pleased with was the financing. We were having a time getting the payments where I wanted them. I told them I was applying for a loan through my bank to see if I could get something better and he assured me he does work with my bank and not worry about rates, because he was going to get the best rates. However after already signing the papers and leaving, I noticed that evening in my email that I HAD been approved for THAT car through my bank at a lower rate and same terms that would ve saved me about $60 a month, over $4000 for the life of the loan. So fair warning, make sure you are thorough when searching for financing options and don t trust that the dealer will get you the best rate even if they say they will.UPDATE (12/11/23): I have had the vehicle for one week and two days now. I was told mid last week to give them til Friday and they d let me know about bringing the car back to get the wheels, headlight, and oil change done. It s now Monday and I haven t gotten a call. I am also having an issue with the key fob for the car falling apart and not working. And apparently the tire pressure sensors are missing or not functioning so my tpms light is always on.
