The staff at Discount Tire in Yukon, OK was most responsive to our tire problem while traveling through Yukon. OK.Even as a walk-in with no appointment, we were in & out in about one hour. The trailer tire was not repairable, so it was replaced at NO CHARGE with a new identical tire because we had purchased the "Certificate of Refund or Replacement" when we bought 2 trailer tires in 2023.We did choose to renew the Certificate for this new tire for a reasonable fee.We were pleased with and grateful for this Discount Tire store's excellent service.Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and informative. I purchased 4 brand new tires today and they did a wonderful job. One of the guys even went above and beyond to help me. Thank you to all, especially to the guys who put the tires on. I have never had a bad experience here. Only place I'll ever go for tires.

Can t say enough about this location. Great folks! My measurement mistake actually cost them time (so money), and they reordered wheels and saw it through to the finish line for me anyway with no charge to me. Bottom line; good luck finding a better tire shop nearby. This is the best!

I bought 2 new tires May of 2023 from discount tire and when I went in yesterday April 2024 they said all 4 of my tires were bad and I needed new ones. I realized I had just bought some about 10,000 miles ago. They said I didn t rotate my tires on my oil changes and can t help me. Even if I didn t rotate my tires, shouldn t brand new tires last longer than 10,000 miles? They guy yesterday said maybe they installed old tires on but can t help me and still would like me to buy 4 new ones. It s hard to spend money on new tires with that short of life. Please don t go here.

Good price on tires, fairly quick. Only issue, was I had to ask 3 times for an almost new tire I had replaced. Shouldn't have had to tell them that many times.

I only had one request when I had my new tires installed. Please don't damage my wheels. I even keep my composure and stayed calm. After going home only to realize my new tires don't even match!! They were different speed ratings and different PLY rated tires!! Had to return the following morning to have the correct tires installed. If I hadn't noticed they were incorrect the tires would have stayed on my vehicle. And now 2 of my wheels have damage to them!! Is this the type of service I'm to expect when it comes time to rotate the tires?! Unacceptable! Would it kill you guys to take your time and do the job right the first time?

15 min before end of their day, I pulled in to check my tires for low pressure. They sd sure we'll take a look. I didn't know if it was the sensor or low pressure. They didn't act perturbed or dismissive at all. They were professional and kind. I bought my tires there a few years back and will probably be buying my next set there. Thanks guys for GREAT customer service!

Excellent customer service! Called looking for a specific tire, they sourced it and had it in their shop within a couple of hrs and installed by the end of the same day. Tommy was my customer service rep and he was eager to help me file a tire protection claim while working to get the tire installed. I will no doubt be a repeat customer!

Excellent Customer service from the entire team at this Yukon location. They were extremely courteous and went out of there way to take care of my issue. While waiting on my care service to be completed I observed them give the same amazing service to every cu that walked in there door (and there was a lot of them).

Guys... please make sure those answering the phone have some idea of what they are doing. All I wanted to know was cost per tire to mount and balance. After givong all of my info and truck info..Guy literally spends 15 Min to figure out its 25 to balance... I remind him I need mounting and balancing. I need my old tires off. New tires on.. balanced.. and installed onto the truck.. he still seems confused.. another 10 min he says 25 to dismount, 25 to mount, 25 to balance.. so $75 PER tire? I told him that doesn't seem right.. it's literally triple the cost of other places...

Update: Discount Tire scheduled me in and replaced my valve stems and TPMS sensors. While it was an inconvenience and should have been performed correctly the first time, I am more interested in the response to an error. They responded well.The good: I found tires from another supplier for eighty dollars less per tire and they matched the price.The bad: When I got home I checked the tire pressure and realized they did not replace the valve stems; still brake dust on them and they did not appear to be new. Who knows about the TPMS sensors?I would advise you check their work before you leave because they didn't check their own work in this case.Also, don't bother scheduling an appointment because it means nothing. It is first come, first serve.

They have earned a lifelong customer. All of their staff is professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and NOT pushy. They have always gone above and beyond for me and my wife, and I have never felt overcharged. The tire warranty has paid for itself a hundred times over.

My car developed a vibration at highway speeds, I assume a tire lost a weight and is out of balance, took a day off work and made an appointment to get them balanced/checked. They walked out and looked at it and told me they wouldn't re balance them due to them being to worn out. This is the tire that he pointed out to me that is "too worn out" he did graciously offer to sell me new tires, I told him these tires still have many miles left on them, he was completely unwilling to attempt to check them unless I bought new tires. I confirmed with him before leaving." so youre not going to check the balance of them unless i buy tires is that correct, and he said yes, these are worn out" Their policy clearly states "free balance and rotation for THE LIFE OF THE TIRE"

Best discount tire I have seen. They actually had my tires rotated and me out the door 7 minutes before they were supposed to even open. Friendly, fast and professional.

During a drive, imy low tire pressure alarm popped on and immediately pulled over to air up the tire and found the calve stem was eaking somehow and leaking badly. I hurried over to Discount Tire without an appointment and whole they were VERY busy, they worked me in as soon as possible and quickly confirmed the issue and expertly reomoved and replaced the valve stem while taking care not to damage my spendy wheels. I was impressed that even though they were slammed. They still managed to give each and every customer respect and a smile and excellent service. Also, they didn't try and hard upsell me as other tire places have in thecpast. I will continue coming here for the forseable future. Always careful always a comforting experience working with them. Great warranty service as always. Often, zero cost repairs as a result. Thanks for being in my corner Discount Tire!

I buy all my tires here. Service is great. If you book an appointment, your wait time is greatly reduced. My tires came with free tire rotation. And they send you reminders when it s time to rotate. Highly recommend Discount Tires in Yukon.

Had an extremely bald tire, discount took care of it for an amazing! Price and took less than an hour to finish. Job was done correctly and quick. I Highly recommend discount tires and will never go back to Hibbon tires.

Nice to shop online when they have deals. But the staff here can be hit or miss on customer service. That's the only reason I give the rating I do. Other than that, it's a decent place to get tires.

Broke Door Hinge.I would like to start off saying that the customer service for shopping for tires and dropping off the vehicle was good. Once I dropped off the vehicle I was given an hour timeline and it exceeded that by about 30 minutes. Not too much of a hassle. I was told that one of the bolts for my hubcap broke and they had ordered a new one and it would arrive the next day. This was on a Thursday and I expected a phone call on Friday. That phone call never came. After my truck was finished I went out to my truck and used the key to unlock the door and the door was very hard to open. So much that I thought I was turning the key the wrong way. After a couple of tries with they key I pulled the door handle pretty hard and the door opened. I climbed inside and tried to shut the door and it did not shut all the way. I got out to look at everything and that's when I noticed the door hinge was coming off along with the door not sitting evenly on the hinge its self. I assumed the wind took control of my door when they parked it in the open parking lot as it was very windy that day. I pulled up to the building and I started to walk inside to ask questions and I was met in the parking lot by a gentleman (good customer service) and explained the situation. He already knew what I was going to say as he almost admitted that the wind took my door. This was when I realized that they seemed like they were trying to cover it up. The manager filed a claim and told me the claims department would get into contact with me within 48 hours. Here it is almost a week later and I still have not received a phone call from anyone and my door still is not working properly.

I have never posted a review before for anyone, but I felt the need to post this. The managers of the store in Yukon Oklahoma were very knowledgeable about tires and suggested a set of tires that i was looking for. Every step of that business was like a well oiled machine from start to finish. I observed young men working hard and not standing around complaining or trying to get out of work.They reminded me of myself because my Dad taught me how to work, thats why i was able to work a hard job with UPS for 37 years and retire. They were a blessing to me. These young men were very respectful also.

4:30 pm on a Saturday. They close at 5 pm. Would not patch my tire in the middle of the tread because tire had worn shoulder. Wasn't needing a warranty on my tire or their permission to use my own tire.Just needing a patch to get car in for new tires on Monday as it does not have a spare from factory.

During my lunch today I am Getty to new rear tires at discount tires, they noticed I had a nail in one of my front tires and they were worn as well. I told them I couldn t get the fronts done until the end of the month. They called me back and said they were going to replace the front tires for free because my safety was important. I have had similar service from discount in the past. This is old school customer service, you have a customer for life now. I don t expect them to do this for everyone but just not marketing to get someone s business but the right way.Discount Tires of Yukon I am humbled and proud to have a business that helps the residents of Yukon like you do.Thank You.

I left a meeting and my car alerted me my tire was low. I stopped to put air in but it kept losing air. I drove to Discount Tire and they aired it up and it held. I likely let air out while trying to put air in. No charge. Very helpful and nice.

When to Discount Tire in Yukon this morning to have our tire repaired. We had the spare on already. They took the tire out of the back of car and fixed it put it back on the car, and put the spare back where it belongs. All was done in under an hour.Everyone was very pleasant that works there that we talked to or bypass walking by.Every part of our experience there was great, the best part was they didn t charge us anything at all. We were very surprised and very grateful.

Not a bad place, if you get a good team member. The first guy didn t check me in correctly causing a much longer wait. Once i realized and ask someone else my vehicle was taken care of very quickly. Christian is much more informative!!

Had the same argument with them I have every time I have my tires rotated. This time they won. Would not install my spacers on the front end. Done it several times before but not today. Will never go back!!
