Couldn't ask for a better customer service experience. Wish I would have gotten names but was in such a panic I didn t. A younger gentleman and a parts lady came to the rescue! I lost power pulling my camper from Louisville KY. Pulled off the right exit to meet these two who didn t have the part I needed but immediately called to get one delivered. Let me borrow tools to replace inner cooler hose on my F350 and was back on the road in an hour. Thanks again for your kindness and help today!-God Bless!!

I'm really am disappointed in them today. I know the weather was crappy. I went up their today to get my battery checked out. Because my boyfriend had to jump it yesterday. The guy at autozone said to me he couldn't check the battery, because it was raining. So Orally helped me out and I bought a new battery from them.

If you have to go to AutoZone, go see Luis. He knows his stuff. He helped me resolve a couple issues. He listened to what I had to say and responded accordingly with possible solutions to my problems. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. He should be a manager with his own password instead of having to ask for a password to refund a battery core charge. Will somebody, PLEASE, get this man, a password.

Employees were quick to offer help and friendly. Good selection of various car accessories, stuff for aesthetics, and car related items like oil and batteries (obviously, lol). They offer free checks for if your engine light comes on.

I came in to buy a new battery for my vehicle, the purchase was very easy. The employees I interacted with, store manager, and another employee were both extremely nice to me. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your automotive needs.

I needed new wiper blades. The store manager, David Bryant, helped me every step of the way including installing them for me. I offered him a gratuity for going above and beyond the call of duty but he declined to accept it. At least, I am able to publicly acknowledge his outstanding customer service.

Their core reimbursement policy sucks. If you buy your part with a card the only way to get your reimbursement is by presenting the card used for the purchase, even though you have already been charged. Very inconvenient and very devious.Other than that, it's just a prats store

Another excellent customer service experience. Needed batteries replaced in my car key fobs. They had the batteries & replaced them for me since I couldn't open the fob with my nails. Above and beyond again! Thanks guys & gals!!!

I visited this store today for the first time because my car needed a jumpstart and I figured I needed a new battery. They were able to test to confirm that was the issue, then a very helpful and courteous young man installed it for me. I wish I had gotten his name because he really deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond.

I asked for a mid grade, store brand battery with a 3 year warranty at this location and at their direct competitor. $50 lower at Autozone. Hell yeah, HOOYAH!

Jacob answered the phones and knew very little to do with Auto mechanics and parts relating to such.It was a terrible experience I tried to get to a manager but the employee proceeded to forward my calls and hangout on me. Terrible service, somebody should hire someone who knows there parts and how to assist people more properly and make the customer happy. Such a shame to see a good buisness go to waste do to employees.

My battery had been sluggish for about a week so I went to get it checked today. I was greeted by Jonathan who came right out, checked it, replaced it and sent me on my way. He was customer centric, so pleasant and friendly as well as totally efficient. He is a valuable asset to Auto Zone. Thanks again Jonathan!!

I tried to DIY fix my headlight. After several unsuccessful attempts, I resorted to plan B and went to AutoZone, to at least purchase the bulbs and then figure out the next step. Fortunately for me Jonathan was working and went the extra mile to replace both of my bulbs at no charge. It s those extra efforts that mean so much these days. I will definitely be recommending the Yukon AutoZone to family and friends. Thank You Jonathan for the blessing of extra help.

Trash service. I did an online order. I went in to pick up the order. First, they tried to give me a order that wasn't even close to mine. Next, they spent 30 minutes looking for the part that I ordered. They came back and informed me that they had products in the wrong boxes and didn't actually have my part. I asked if they would just cancel my order. They explain that they don't know how the online order stuff works and can't cancel it. So, I call customer service to get it cancelled and they put me on hold to call the STORE and have them cancel my order. Thanks for wasting my time

Went in for an a/c relay. The person who was helping me tried two or three different times before getting someone to help him and instruct him on the way to do what he needed to do. I liked seeing this that alone was worth the trip.

Louis was very helpful. He showed me 3 options for my purchase of a new battery and explained each one. He carried my bad battery from my car to the store and lastly recommended the terminal felt pads and protective grease that I would have forgot if he hadn't have thought of them.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received anywhere!! Not just Auto stores, but retail stores of every kind!! I was helped by a great guy named Luis (whom I believe was the stroe manager at the time) and he went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my needs were met to the best of his abilities!! I'm very grateful for him and for this AutoZone in particular!! I highly recommend this location if you want to be treated with respect and kindness!! Thank you so much again to Luis!!

The guys on Garth Brooks Blvd. in Yukon,Okevaluated & assessed my vehicle with a diagnostics device to locate any unknown/ hidden mechanical issues at hand and recognize the need . Service was quick, efficient andat a fair price to the consumer..No on-site work areas/availability for the assessed needs to be repaired.

I was driving back from Pennsylvania, my mom had a stroke, to my hometown in Tucson, Arizona. It was just my son and I. I stopped for gas and when I was finished I went to start my car .NOTHING! Already stressed from driving all the way by myself straight through, worried about my mom, my son is a type one diabetic, it was over 100 degrees, and we were all alone stuck in a town that we knew nothing about I was on the verge of tears. Thank god for nice people who gave me a jump and I immediately headed to the closest Autozone, which turned out to be right around the corner. Arriving to Autozone, a friendly face made eye contact with me and asked how she could help. She immediately calmed my frustrations and took very good care of me. Lanee and her team were AWESOME! Within minutes, she had a team member installing a new battery and by the time I was done checking out, it was installed and ready to go! Thank you AutoZone for making a horrible situation turn out not so bad.

Always pleasant experience in the store. Greeted and asked if need help finding anything. Good prompt customer service and normal retail prices. They do have good sales on oil and filters every so often.

Man these guys know what s up. They don t try to sell you a battery if your battery is still good like those o ther guylly s. Always have the parts I need and if they aren t there they will make sure to have someone from a different store deliver it to them before the day is over. These guys have gotten me taken care of after closing before and talked me through how to change the parts on my car.
