Personally and professionally have used this company a lot throughout the years but last few times the quality of service has plummeted. Last transaction involved denying a return of a deposit. Completely disrespectful attitude from the salesman along with the owner. Retired Firefighter here and encourage anyone reading this to do business elsewhere.

Took my daughters car in for tint and the customer service was great, got the car back the same day.The tint was applied correctly and I couldn t be happier. The price was the best around. Highly recommend.

Rick and Mickey do phenomenal work, Kenna has been solid through the process. If your department is looking for outfitting give them a shout. If you are needing something for your car give them a shout.

It s a shame you can t give a 0 star or I would. Was excited to find a place that does it all just to be disappointed beyond belief. Went to have my dash cams hard wired. They were done faster than expected which is always good but they installed the dash cams knowing they did not work. Their excuse was we were already 85% done and would have had to charge you anyway . I cannot return em because all the wires are ran and I m not going to rip them out. 300 for dash cams wasted and 180 for installation of broke equipment. No one called me to say what was goin on so I could make a decision on what to do. If I had to pay for work not done would have been better than paying for equipment installation I can t return. I did not stay and argue cuz I have PTSD from military service and cannot control my temper. So instead of getting the police involved, which is what would have had to happened, I left. One of the guys said this is why we normally don t install if it s not ours . Then say that before. Make me feel stupid cuz they install broke equipment. I know I m just one person but they will not get my return business and I will tell all my friends who live in Yukon to somewhere other than them.

We have used this business form location tinting to auto custom work and even cool truck modifications for my husband. Always a fair price and a nice job done.

I highly recommend this place. I bought a 2021 f150. I knew if I didn t get all the extras I want now, then I would never get around to it. I went to see them and discussed what I wanted done. They answered all my questions and gave great advice. I got a beautiful back- flip cover for my bed. Two swing away tool boxes and a leveling kit. No one else in town I d trust with my truck much less when it s one day old to me. I got it back better than I dropped it off. I couldn t be happier with the work, service, salesmanship or experience. They have also tinted my windows on every vehicle I ve ever owned. Check them out!!

This is a shop I would recommend for anybody if you have a dream they will build it for you,They are all very nice and all there tint and labor is life time warranty definitely recommend!!

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!Took the wife s car here to get auto start out in I bought her for Christmas, they told her they have one they can install (instead of they one I got her) that would work for her and be a CHEAPER route with THEM, they bait and switch her, made us pay $400 to have a remote that won t work more then 10ft away from her car. When I confronted them they hid behind a computer screen and wouldn t even look at me. Then told me I would have to buy an all new system if I wanted more range( oh like the one I already had!?) they won t fix what they did and now I m paying more then double to get an actual auto start put in.

Had a snag at the beginning of process of truck bed cover and Billy made everything right. They know how to do business and how to keep my business. It is nice to have a company treat you right.

I ve can only speak on this store, they ve always treated me right. Never had any issues. Billy has always been a great person to deal with, and shoot the breeze. Definitely recommend.

No. No. No.Sucks because a lot of friends and family went here. Including myself.I will make sure they never will again.Really upset. Was scammed. Waste of $400 for remote start. Wont give me the factory fob that came with the parts. Wont make it right with me. Didn t install what I wanted. Please save your money!

Great customer service! From the initial phone call to the end of the sale and even beyond! I purchased a Green Mountain Grill from them and when I got back to the house I realized the drip pan wasn't included. They also noticed and gave me a call to actually get my address to bring the part to me. Highly recommend this shop!

After spending a couple thousand, my back up camera on new head unit didn't work. They did fix this right away. However, after leaving and noticing my steering wheel controls had quit working I tried to go back in the following morning only to be told I'd have to "get back on the schedule in a week" this place use to be better in the past

I NEVER give one star reviews, especially to local businesses but I ve been left with no choice. I had them put led headlights on my brand new jeep, i also had them put in a sub and amp. I don t love the installation job on the stereo equipment but it was effective. I was given some incorrect and bad advice about it from them as well but that is on me for not taking the time to research it, it isn t something i would give a bad review for Though, normally i just wouldn t go back. But this headlight nightmare is ongoing. I ve had to call them a total of 8 times and they do not return calls (they already have my $3000 so why would they) I ve had to go up there 3 times and i am still driving a jeep with one headlight. The owner made me feel like he did me a favor by installing the light in the first place. I did not ask for a favor and I paid handsomely for these headlights. When getting the replacement headlight (which also doesn t work) i watched the gentlemen sit on the phone in my jeep with his shoes and feet propped up on my dashboard, I don t even do that to my own vehicle and would certainly not do it in someone else s!! I guess my next step is to request my original headlights to be put back in and my money to be refunded because i can t spend hours a week dealing with this. They are probably really awesome people but they are to big and too busy to provide decent customer service and they don t really care about your time. I wouldn t have gone to them in the first place but my husband and I are too busy to do it ourselves with our own business and I had hoped this would be a reasonable and painless ordeal, i was BEYOND wrong. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere with the time, staff, and materials to do the job right or at least not take on a job they are unable to complete correctly. I ll update tomorrow with how many times i had to call to get someone to talk to me or call me back... in the mean time I am driving around with one headlight on a 2016 Jeep for the 3rd week in a row.

Very rude. Refused to help with sound system at all. Proceeded to then say that they help build 10,000$ setups and isn t gonna waste his time on my 1000$ setup. Just went in to see if he could listen to it and give me an opinion on what could be going on. Was even willing to pay. Very very rude. Pretty sure he was the manager too. Walked out while he was talking. This was the el Reno location

A recent visit was the second time I had work performed by Auto F/X. They did a great job, despite my difficult requests and time constraints. Furthermore, one of the parts I ordered was shipped incorrectly and they upgraded the part with a more expensive part they had in stock with no upcharge. The sales counter guys were very direct and presented me with a printed quote without any high pressure sales tactics. The work they did on my truck turned out just as expected and the service was professional.I'm looking forward to more truck upgrades with these guys, and I would recommend them to my friends!

Was asking for advice on an alarm that they installed. Came at me with attitude when I told them I knew how to reprogram it, but the alarm wouldn t shut off. sounds like you know what you re doing then very unprofessional.

Had a hitch installed on my car. It s rattling against the muffler. Took it back to have them fix it, it s still ratting. Had them quote some audio equipment and labor. Much higher than anywhere else I went. The guy that works up front is super nice. However, it appears most of his staff is very young.

Went for a tint job. Beforehand I asked if they could make the front strip across the front of the vehicle to appear to be rounded instead of straight across. I was assured that was be no problem and they would get it done. They pulled my vehicle out and there was a straight strip across the front. I told them that's not what I wanted I wanted a round. And proceeded to tell me that's the only way it comes out of the computer for that model truck. When I went in the same place before 6 months ago and had it done to the same model truck just a difference color.Because of this they lost my business. I was going to be them a total of 22 work trucks in for lights, tint, and bush guards. But not anymore.

---This rating is for my most recent experience(4/20/16). I have taken these guys 5 vehicles over the last 6 years based upon a reference. During those visits (last one in 2013) they did great work with great customer service.---(4/20/16) I went into Auto FX around 10:30 am. I asked them if they would be able to remove tint off 2 windows and tint 3 windows today. The gentlemen working told me they could do it, quoted me $160 and said bring it in at 2:00 pm. I brought the car back at 2:00 pm amd asked how much time they needed to get it done as I would be walking to a restaurant and wanted to know how much time I needed to burn since I was on foot. I was told 1.5hrs. I returned to Auto FX at 3:17 and my car had not even been pulled in. I went in and talked to Billy and just asked for my keys. He was nice and apologized however that does not fix what happened nor change my current rating. I always referred people here but will not continue to do so unless something changes. It is sad too since they are a local Yukon company as I appreciate locally owned businesses.I recommend Adam's or somewhere else.

So on a Friday I was suppose to get the windows tinted, truck sat for 4 hrs and I called and they said they had no idea I was in for a window tint. I come by to pick the truck up and they apologised and I understood. It s saturday now and there open 9am to 2pm, I m here to get the windows tinted and we had an appointment for 10am, doors are locked and nobody showed up to do anything. Wasted a bunch of my time, the owners son is nice, but not sure what s going on with there service. Bad timing?

The experiences have ranged from bad to worse. I ve had floor mats ordered that were pushed back after ordering. I had a bed cover that after setting up for install, got a call and was told it was back ordered for 6 weeks. Today was a bedliner and a phone booster, dropped off at 9 and was told that it would be ready by 5. About mid day Was called and told it would be an hour later at their closing time. It s currently 6:40 and still waiting. Not once has anyone mentioned knocking if anything or trying to work a customer service angle. Wouldn t recommend and won t be back.

Took husbands truck in to install remoteStart. Gave Tanner the keys and walked us out to our truck. He hit a couple of buttons on the key fob......truck started..If Tanner wasn't a honest man, he could have taken our keys and call a few hours stating it was ready without doing any work.So impressed with his honesty. Hard to find good honest people nowadays. Thank you, Tanner for your honesty

First thing is first, the address in google maps is wrong, its up the street at the corner same side of the road. Now these guys are good, not only good but professional and do business right. I had work done on my car which other audio companies didn't know how to do. Auto FX was able to figure it out and gave some of the best customer service I have ever received. I will not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone needing work done on their automobile.

Truck leveled and trifold truck bed cover installed. Work was done in good time and most everything in house. The alignment was done by a partner, but I would like to see that come in-house if possible. Will use them again

Terrible service... Completely aweful.I went to inquire about some issues with the instrument cluster of my 2004 GMC pickup. I was refused service by means of the manager saying, very rudely, "we don't do instrument panels!" When I asked if they knew of anyone that might be able to help I got a "no" as he literally turned his back on me and walked away.I understand that you have enough service not to need my business... Though I do repeatedly rebuild trucks... But a manager with that type of attitude will never see me, or any of the my gear head friends, in his place of business ever again.
