Where do I even start! The front end of my truck was squeaking loudly. They did an inspection and told me that basically my front end was in bad shape and advised that I should have it looked into. A few minutes of determining the work that needed they gave me a estimate and of course it isn t cheap but Mike had gave me a 229 dollar discount and brought the total down enough to where I could afford to have the repairs done. Mike and his crew set to work on my truck and basically replaced the entire front end upper and lower control arms and various steering system components. Also there was a problem with one of my shocks and they put two new ones on at no charge to me! Really this shop and this crew ROCKS! The pics show the great work they have done to my 23 year old Ford. Will be visiting again for my automotive needs. Oh and I forgot they are on Mustang rd in Yukon, Oklahoma. I got a 12 month 12k mile warranty as well plus a pleasant experience! These guys got it done quickly too! Thanks yall!

Excellent customer service. I had car trouble traveling from Chicago to Texas and Jose took care of the issue and I was back on the road with the problem fixed. Mike at the front desk was attentive. I truly recommend this place.

This location is absolutely fantastic. We had the transmission rebuilt on a 2011 Suburban. They were quick with the repair and kept me up to date on the status. They also discovered the reason for another issue with my vehicle, which 3 other mechanics were never able to solve. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back here!!

If there was a way to give less than one star, I most certainly would. We took our 2014 Ford F150 in for service. The technician called back and said the valve cover was cracked and needed replaced so we okayed it. Come to find out, that particular part has been on national back order for over a year with NO estimated date as to when it would be back in stock. One would think with them being a repair facility, they would have known about this back order issue BEFORE taking off the old one and causing more issues. The vehicle now has a leak worse than it did before, has fumes coming through the vents and smoke coming out of the engine compartment. And they had the nerve to say it was our fault because we knew it was cracked. Well, duh, you just told me that. At least it was drivable before you got ahold of it. When we went back up to talk to them, a shouting match ensued and it was pretty obvious nothing was going to be done. Now, we are out all the money paid on labor for them NOT to be able to fix it AND out of a vehicle due to the fact that it smokes like crazy now. I would be very cautious before using this company as Jay, the General Manager of this store pretty much agreed with the technician that it was our problem now.

Mike was so good to us. We had a lot of car problems, but they took care of every problem, kept us informed, advised on getting the best prices when there were options, and got it done so fast! At this point, I wouldn t take my cars anywhere else in the Oklahoma City metro!

Even though I didn't get my vehicle serviced, I did want to leave a review on my experience. AAMCO took my car in and did all the transmission diagnostics without any cost to me, and I paid nothing out of pocket. I worked with Mike, and he was very professional, courteous, and gave me the information I needed to make a clear decision. Unfortunately, the cost was more than I was willing to pay, and that was my own decision. Others might have paid that amount, and maybe I should've. Time will tell.

During my AAMCO 10-day transmission rebuilt check, the mechanic discovered the plastic thermostat housing had started leaking, which has been replaced 4 times under Ford warranty. Mike & his mechanics quoted a superior, metal thermostat housing replacement, which was a no-brainer in trusting AAMCO Yukon to make this repair. 100% recommend this location, it's a top-notch auto care & repair service center!

Highly recommend! Very professional, courteous, and honest. They did a great job with the transmission repair. Mike was great! He explained the options and made recommendations but didn't push me one way or the other. He kept me updated throughout repair.

Just recently had the transmission rebuilt in a 2010 Ford sport trac, adrenaline, dropped the pick up off with Mike. It was very promptly diagnosed, and they also found a misfire issue on the engine that we were unaware of and that the Ford dealership had missed! We picked it up and it drove like it was brand new, the customer service was awesome! From the moment the pick up was dropped off to the minute we picked it up. Mike kept us in the loop on exactly what was going on. Thank you so much to Mike and everyone that took part in this repair, this was an absolute top-notch job!

car problems always stress me out but anytime i ve been here i ve always been helped with professionalism and kindness that helps calm me down :) my car has been repaired here once already but just got some stuff fixed in it again today and i can always say if you are looking for somewhere to go here is the place!!! they are always quick and helpful with their services

Of course my truck had problems on a weekend of subzero temperatures. I took it in after hours without an appointment and they fixed me up quickly. Very pleased with the service at AAMCO in Yukon.

I am a 77 year old woman who is very leery of garages. I always feel that they will take advantage because first I am a woman and second because I'm old. My experience dealing with Mike at AAMCO was wonderful. He listened to me and worked with me. They all restored my faith in garages (well maybe just this one). The team at AAMCO was superb! A different shop told me I was having transmission problems so I took it to AAMCO and they ran extensive tests and didn't find anything wrong. I appreciate their honesty and the way they treated me. Very rare these days! They do more than just transmissions so I will be back for more car work in the future!!Service: Transmission

I just had my transmission rebuilt by them. They were very courteous and informative. They answered all of my questions. They have a very clean shop and knowledgeable employees. I would definitely recommend them if you are having problems with your vehicle.

GREAT! service here at AAMCO in Yukon OK. Amazing and the care exceeds expectations! After leaving McClain's RV sales in OK City my transmission went by by! Chris was able put me at the top of the list being the out of towner, was able to get my transmission swapped for a new one, and had me down the road within the next couple of days. I never experience this kind of service. Thanks Chris and AAMCO.3 year 36 mile warranty

When ever I or my family have a car issue or problem. Aamco on mustang rd in Yukon are the only ones we trust to service our vehicles. They get to the problem and they let you know what the problem is and explain it to you. They just serviced one of mine, an I am all round happy with their service. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to everyone at Aamco.

I had a very pleasant experience with this AAMCO, I especially liked Mike. He is friendly, thoughtful, professional, and just a great guy. He has a very nice smile also. I had my a/c done when it was ready for pick up, Mike explained what they did to detail, I love that. I will come back for sure, and tell friends.

Had my car towed there . One of the staff Mike; offered me the complimentary service to check the vehicle it was so Hot outside he offered me a popsickle and bottle water they really take care of the customer and keep you informed of the charges before they begin the work. Great Customer Service on 601 S Mustang Road. In The Heat of July. THANKS AGAIN.

Had visitors from Minnesota for Christmas and the transmission on their 2016 Ford Escape went out on Christmas eve. We took it in the day after Christmas, they diagnosed it, totally rebuilt it and had it back to us in 4 days for half the cost of the dealership.

I called yesterday because my coolant tank was leaking out causing my car to overheat and have my check engine light on. They kept me updated before and after the evaluation and was very helpful explaining everything to me. These guys are great! My transmission went out in my 04 F150 on Monday (03/13) and I brought it to them that same day. They started working on it the next day and rebuilt my transmission and had it back to me by Thursday (03/16). I had a trip from Dallas to Memphis already planned for that following weekend. I drove my truck and it made it there and back with no issues. These guys are awesome and will definitely use again.Service: Transmission

Mike was great. He was upfront. No sugar coating. Told me what was necessary and what was suggested but not dire. He gave me best case, worst case, and conservative estimate on the work, cost, and time. He got my truck to me under time and right at the estimate (a little lower because he worked to do it.) Transmission rebuild on an 05 GMC Sierra. He's got older folks with experience and an attitude of thoroughness. He's got a customer for as long as I'm in the OKC area.
