I left my work truck at A&A overnight so they could perform some routine maintenance the next morning. I was referred to them by a mechanic shop in Yukon, so I wasn't sure what to expect but ultimately they far exceeded my expectations. Before committing to them I did call other shops and their pricing was better than their competitors. On the morning of my scheduled appointment they ended up finishing quicker than they originally quoted me, gave me a full report of what they found (thankfully everything was good) and were happy to answer any questions I had. The customer service is superb, and they're a mechanic shop who delivers on what they say they will.Hopefully I won't be needing A&A outside of routine maintenance but this is now my transmission shop and I will be recommending people their way without hesitation.

They are friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and they get the work done fast. The price was very reasonable, not near the price I thought it would take to fix my transmission.

First transmission failed on installation. Shop lied about root cause of failure. I provided a second transmission. Also failed. Over $7k and 8 months wasted. I could have bought two brand new transmissions for what these crooks charged. Now I have to start over with a different shop because this one is ran by some of the most dishonest people I have ever dealt with.Avoid this shop. You will be over-charged, lied to, mislead.

They have been so easy to work with. We had to get a new transmission and they showed us how to maintain our car while we waited for the new one to arrive. They worked with us financially which took so much weight off of us and overall they did a great job and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely use them again in the future if we need to.Service: Transmission

Have used A & A Transmission for minor work on two classic cars that were both nearly 50 years old. They took care of the problems on both at a far price and in a short amount of time (it helps to make an appointment). I can t tell you how happy I am with John and his team. They went way out of the way to give me a second opinion on an issue and ended up saving us thousands of dollars vs what we were quoted at a locally dealer. They do quality work and they always watch out for the customer first! Highly recommend these guys for any transmission work

Well worth the wait. It took a bit to get my vehicle into the shop, but this is the best customer service I've ever received at an auto shop. Had my truck towed to A&A transmission on July 5 the truck was ready by July 11. They rebuild the transmissions themselves so you know you re getting a quality product. My son who owns Platinum Heat And Air had a transmission rebuilt a few years ago and it is still working. My husband also took his truck there and had his transmission rebuilt it s still working. Good job A & A transmission!

6 months ago we had our transmission giving us trouble. A&A transmission quoted a lot less than the dealership and even was able to replace a few extra things without extra charge. They were very friendly and quick to assess the problem and get our car fixed in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

They were HONEST and went above and beyond with service. Priced good too. I was having car issues this winter. Took it to get diagnosed. Brought it back later for repairs and the engine light was no longer on. They tested it out again and it turns out it was no longer an issue. They didn't try to sell me or suggest unneeded services. They even gave me a ride back and forth so I wasn't there waiting for hours at the shop. Who does this!?..I will always take my car here. HIGHLY recommend.

I highly recommend A and A. They where fantastic to work with. John and the the crew are awesome. So patient and fourth coming with exactly what was need to fix our Nissan Rogue transmission. A very fair price. Class act to deal with. I will use them anytime and recommend them for anything related to transmissions. A big thanks to you all.

Experienced car troubles here on our drive from California to Alabama. The shop was very busy but they were very polite and more than willing to squeeze us in considering our predicament. Prices given were very reasonable as well. Other shops we called were very rude and expensive. Would definitely recommend coming here if you are every experiencing any issues.

I brought my Jeep to A&A because the engine light came on and the code was for a transmission issue. A&A did a diagnostic and determined it was an engine problem, not a transmission issue. They recommended a good mechanic and didn't charge for the diagnostic. A&A built a trans for my 07 2500HD several years ago and No One Else will EVER build another for me!! They were ahead of schedule AND stayed on the low side of the price Quote!!

I brought my low-mile 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis for some upgrades and installation of a shift kit. Brian initially didn t like the idea of doing a shift kit in a transmission he hadn t rebuilt himself. Mine was in exceedingly good condition, so he agreed. I got a firm estimate which I felt was very fair. When I picked up my car, the bill was significantly LESS than the estimate. The work is flawless and the car performs amazingly well. I had to bring it in once because the shift points weren t to my liking. Brian happily made the corrections and went with me for a road test. I could not be any happier or more impressed with the entire experience. RIGHT ON!

I just wanted to take a minute and praise A&A Transmission. After multiple "I'll call you back" and several times being hung up on by joe cooper Ford I took my car to A&A Transmission and they had my car diagnosed in the same day and if they would have had the parts (instead of having to order them) my car would have also been fixed same day. It was also incredibly cheap (says my dad who is a mechanic), also a massive praise to John who made sure I had my car back before my job started and even stayed late to get my keys back in my hands. I appreciate you soooo much and you will have my business if I ever need anything else!!!!

I had transmission replacement done in Apr 2019 on a 2012 odyssey for 4500, I left shop and before I got home, pressure dropped and hardly any power, drove back at 30 mph, and they fixed over next 2 days, now in 2022 transmission went out again, not covered anymore but having to wait 3 weeks to even get inspected, will update after inspection how service was

Very honest people went in thinking I was needing a transmission rebuild that the dealership told me I needed and found out it s not the transmission but a couple of sensors on my engine causing the delay going into drive from the park position. Saved me thousands of dollars.Always get second and third opinions and don t believe the dealership they change parts and don t repair vehicles. Had two different dealerships tell me my transmission was junk.Thanks A&AService: Transmission

Would not recommend them . Prices are good but was told they would have truck done in a week took 2 weeks . They forgot to tighten oil pan bolts had to crawl under truck found three missing bolts and had to tighten all others . I'm going back to Yukon transmission shop .

Recently had A&A rebuild the trans in my wife's SUV, and couldn't be happier with the level of service and communication we received from A&A. I wouldn't trust my vehicles to anyone else.2009 Saturn Outlook 58k milesThe transmission should not have gone out this fast. A&A fixed what GM screwed up from the factory.Thanks Brian & Jennifer

I had my vehicle towed to a&a transmission shop after they assured me they could handle the repairs. They called me the following day and told me they did minor repairs and the car was fixed. Best "little" transmission shop in Oklahoma! Owner BrIan Filippone is as honest and smart as they come! The "Transmission Guru"...according Farm Truck! He has never let me down. The last time he saved me money it was to an issue with my wife's 66,000 FJ Cruiser when the Toyota dealer diagnosed it as needing a transmission. He had it good as new the next day for around $650!I have used him in the past as well...for a rebuild on a 5-speed, years ago in an 87 5.0 Mustang. Flawess work on it as well.
