I ve been using 1E for a while now and they never let me down. I send all of my trucks needing repairs here because they ve been very reliable. They re efficient, professional, and I ve never had a customer return to me because of faulty work. Communication is always a breeze with these guys. I will point any and every body shop in their direction.

Very pleased with taking my truck here. Very professional and great with communication. Had no idea they would do a pre work inspection, much like luxury brand dealerships do. Caught my front shocks needing replaced which I really appreciated. This will be my new go to shop and recommend to anyone with a Diesel.

I was nervous about taking my truck somewhere without my husband. In the past I ve felt taken advantage of because I m a woman, but I decided to take a chance on 1E and I m glad I did! I was having some issues with my 2017 duramax. Tyler and Bryson were very helpful. They're honest and forthcoming. They got my truck in and had it back to me in the exact time they estimated. Kudos to them and the shop guys. Thank you for taking care of me and my ride!

Had trouble with my powerstroke not making boost while towing. The guys at 1E were able to explain to me (in a way I understood) what the problem was. Not only they had the parts in stock to fix me up they got the work done quick and had me back hauling on the road. Thanks 1E for getting my diesel truck back to work!

Great experience, had front u joints and all 4 shocks done on my 2019 f250 with 260k miles on it. The guys at this business made everything super easy for me! The front end of my vehicle sounded awful and they were able to get products in and service done within a couple of days. Bryson and the team came to the rescue at Metro Ford of OKC. I sold a Ram 3500 that had a cluster recall and the Dodge dealer flashed the truck back to stock!! The truck was DEF deleted and we needed it tuned ASAP! He came to the dealer and flashed it within 30 mins! Best customer service ever! These guys worked on my husband s Chevy Duramax truck to fix the head gaskets. They had to take the entire cab off to fix the issue. They got done in a timely manner and also guaranteed their work.
