We bought a used tractor the other day. Saying we got good service is an understatement! The manager was very rude! He said he would have it serviced and fueled before delivery! None of that happened! It was low on oil, my husband had to grease it and service it himself. He mowed 6 hours and ran out of hydraulic fluid after being told there was nothing wrong with it!I would like to say that the manager at Woodward agreed to fix the hyd. Leaks , the parts were ordered and the job was done. Every one was good to work with . Caleb ,the mechanic was top notch going beyond that job , and charged the air conditioner. Would do business with them again thank you.

Caleb Zook came to the rescue of Odessa Pumps back in early 2019. The team at Western Equipment exceeded ALL of our expectations. They truly made Odessa Pumps feel valued and important. They provided a high priority status to our issue and stayed with us till we had ALL of our engine issues resolved. The Staff at WE set the bar for customer service! They make you feel like part of the family and they appreciate you being there! From the friendly greeting you get to the excellent service we received in both the Sales and Service departments. Not sure why you would ever go anywhere else when the product and the people are both top quality! Forever a customer!

My husband and I enjoy working with Caleb Zook for sales and service both. He has great integrity and is invaluable when it comes to advising us of what our farm and ranch options are. He understands our operation and that is a huge blessing. We also greatly appreciate the respect he shows us at every interaction. That being said, we are thankful for the entire WE staff at Woodward and all they do to keep us running!

I have bought two tractors a lawnmower and other equipment from here. They have always went out of their way to get me back on the tractor. Service department get my units in and out fast when it's time for servicing them. Parts is always fast at getting me parts I need. Great friendly employees their also.

Western Equiptment has a friendly & knowledgeable staff. With multiple locations they normally have parts on hand or in a very timely fashion. I have purchased several implements and very pleased. Western Equipment also is a strong supporter of our area schools and activities. I would recommend Western Equipment to anyone

Western Equipment-Woodward treats their customers like family. From the moment you walk in the door, Mandy greets you with a twinkle in her eye......she KNOWS you. She knows your family, and you know she genuinely cares, and is happy to see you. Same with the sales, parts and service staff. They are local, have a vested interest in Northwestern Oklahoma agriculture, and work hard at building relationships that last.

As usual, i hardly ever have any good experiences with Western Equipment. I do what I can to avoid having to go to their stores just so i don't have to deal with their rudeness.

Everytime I stop by everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They even tried to help me find parts for my lawn mower that's not their brand. They go above and beyond ! Thanks!
