I would give 100 starts if I could. I will definitely continue to go to Vance for all future purchases. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They were so nice and personable. I felt like I was talking to a group of friends giving me honest advice about buying a car. I could tell they truly wanted me to get a car that fit me and my financial needs and that I was happy with. That is so hard to find and I'm glad I did. Thank you to their whole team for helping me buy a car that I love! Go car shopping at Vance, you will NOT regret it!

We were traveling and our Chevrolet Truck seemed to be losing power. Vance Chevrolet was the closest garage. We drove in and Brian Williams greeted us warmly. He had an idea of what the problem was and an estimate of the time to repair the issue. The mechanic confirmed that Brian had diagnosed the problem correctly. They were able to get the work completed yet that day and the cost was less than their original estimate as they actually did not need to make all the repairs that were initially considered to be necessary. We were grateful that they were so honest. We had not had lunch and they let us borrow a vehicle and even recommended an excellent restaurant. We were very pleased with the customer care and the service we received.

I was out of state and had my wife bring in our Tahoe for an a/c problem. They had diagnosed/ordered parts/ had it fixed in 4 days. And were able to get some of the cost covered under our warranty. They did a great job communicating along the way.

This dealer was great to work with. Love the new GMC Sierra 1500 Duramax! We live in Colorado, found the exact truck we were looking for, got a great deal, and made the trip down to pick it up. Super friendly dealer, excellent customer service, would highly recommend!

The staff were professional, courteous and upfront. The installation of the new tires and the alignment was projected to take between two to three hours and the staff ensured it was completed on time.

They got something special at Vance Buick GMC! EXEMPLORY CUSTOMER SERVUICE! What a great buying experience! Everyone professional and friendly..even tho i was an out of state customer everything went smoother than if i was in person! Trae was my salesman was funny helpful professional easy going. He got me the best deal ever! .. And through finance had Dustin go through everything and worked through my lender directly to make sure everything was handled perfectly! Roger and Freddie volunteered to drive several hrs to meet me at the airport for pick up. They were very sweet to make it easier for me to drive 10 hrs back home. Now my wife has her dream car and if shes happy then i have to be too lol jk

I was traveling through the area from when a check engine light came on and temperature gauge stopped working. The service individual at the desk wasn't sure if they could do the work in a timely manner. It ended up they diagnosed the problem then found its covered under my plan to be fixed in Amarillo which I didn't know. My family and I were in and out within an hour which could have been much more. Exceptional customer service and my questions were answered. This dealership service center is one of the closest to me at 120 miles away, how i was treated I plan on returning if anything needed. My first time at this dealership.

Well, since John Vance took over Irwin's auto. Who was supposed to fix my car? That I had just gotten from them. Dance no longer wants to take care of what they should my husband Work for John dance on a 122nd and North may and they took care of business there. I guess since they're out here and Woodward they're religious don't care, especially after they take Uber a dealership to honor anything to previous owners, said within the last 6 months of purchasing a vehicle that they would fit. Then I want to run down another business and try to sell me things I don't need because I'm a female and I think I'm stupid. To have, I'm looking a linkage pen that's in my gear shifter that I have to hit to make it stop ginging once I park there one to charge me a $130. I used to work on cars and I know I don't need a new replacement kit but yet your people won't take care of it. So I'm really satisfied. That's why I take my car to be serviced elsewhere.

Took my Buick in for the 3rd time. Car not reading FOB. Picked car up on Wednesday and it quit working on Thursday. Had to have it towed back to dealership. Communication is terrible with the service dept. Car has been in shop for about 55 days total. Has quit me 4 times. General Motors needs to step in and by the car back at full price.

Couldn't ask for better service. I had a last minute programming issue on a transmission job, and they were able to get me into the shop, fixed up, and out the door in less than an hour. Technician was very knowledgeable and gave me a few pointers about the vehicle.

Service writers was unprofessional and not upfront on time to perform work. I was told that my car would be done by end of day on Friday after being there all week and when I called 3 times to talk to service writer he told me that tech hadn t finished and it would be Monday. Still took over half the day to finish work on Monday. I was also told one price and then when we went to pay there was extra parts that wasn t on papers I signed that we had to pay for.

Do not add a NAC oil additive and charge a customer without telling them first. My owners manual in my vehicle said not to add additives and I was not informed before they added it. Had to return to get my money back. But it s part of customer service to let the customer know if you add additives or plan on it.

Worst experience ever & at a car dealership that should say a lot. No sense of time management or honesty in services. Would advise anyone to stay far away, unless you are looking for a horrible experience.

Service Dept was exceptional with my truck, both mechanically and the gentlemen at the front desk. It is running smooth as ever for the mileage and use it takes on. I appreciate their communication and patience dealing with a 3rd party vendor to approve their diagnostic testing and recommendations. As someone who drives for the majority of the year and deals with several locations these guys are top notch!

Traded a car, bought a car and sold a car. The salesman, Peyton Howell, was kind, helpful and paid special attention to our needs. He taught us how to use the dash components and made sure the car was washed and filled with gas. I can't thank him enough. We also did business with Dave who was a pleasant, likable man. This was our second trip over the years to Irwin's and will be back.
