INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION THEY FAILED ME ON A SNOW DAY AND THEY ARE GOING TO CAUSE ME TO LOSE OUT ON A JOB BECAUSE I TRIED TO GET MY LICENSE BACK - MY OLD ONE EXPIRED - AND THEY FAILED ME ON A SNOW DAY AND TOLD ME TO COME BACK LATER!!!GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION !!!THEY WILL PUT A TRAINEE AND HER INSTRUCTOR IN THE CAR WITH YOU AND THE EXAMINER'S INSTRUCTOR WILL ALSO GIVE YOU DRIVING DIRECTIONS AND SIT ON HER PHONE AS A HUGE DISTRACTION DURING YOUR EXAMINATION!TAKE YOUR KIDS SOMEWHERE ELSE! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!*******UPDATE********I was called by the director, Matt, and he was such a a gentleman about my situation! He spoke with me about what happened, and made CERTAIN that my issue was taken care of.There was a technical glitch that happened in the system.Matt made sure that a supervisor was attending the Enid DMV for me in case anything else happened, and it did happen, it went on to say a few more things were wrong with my file, and the people who helped me at that location joked with me and treated me like a human being. I didn't have to wait when I arrived fifteen min early, I made sure that I was minding my manners too. I was very upset that I had a drive taken from me, to be expected, and honestly thank you to the DMV workers and supervisor at Enid, and Matt all made sure that my score was done correctly and not favorably but FAIRLY. I made an 88 and I did the best I could. I asked questions and made sure they knew all I wanted was a fair chance to drive with whatever score they gave me.Thank you very much for fixing this Matt, Enid DMV workers, and Enid supervisor. I changed my rating to 5 stars!!!! Matt will take good care of you! He made sure to call me the day before, and right after my test to make sure everything went good!!!!

We went here a day it was really rainy because highway patrol office and Enid was no longer helping people at about 11 AM. We made the hour drive to Woodward and luckily the driving test got rained out so my wife can get her state ID.. the woman that helped us that was very nice. Got us in and out.

The worst customer service started calling before driving an hour due to having to transfer from another state. Went in after lunch and got told I needed to be there at 730Am to get into line. I had already call 10-15 times starting at 8AM got told it wasn t his problem that I drove that far or that he couldn t answer the phone all morning.

As most places go DPS divisions don't usually get a very high rating. We've all heard horror stories of one kind or another. In fact, I've had a few myself. To say frustrating is an understatement. But that couldn't be farther from the truth in Woodward. These folks were amazing, extremely helpful, and very, very professional. I drove almost three hours to get there and I'll do it again without question. I did have an appointment so my rear wasn't in a chair two seconds and they called me in. Several others were walk in and they were serviced within 10 minutes or so. Now don't go thinking this is always the case, but it was on this day. DPS in Woodward is top notch!!!

It's hard to fathom giving a 5-star review to a government agency, but DPS folks at this location are awesome. We drove from OKC to this location for a scheduled appointment (one of the only ones in the state that actually had available slots). Mr. Nightingale was very professional, patient, and helpful. Highly recommend driving here vs wasting time and ruining your mood at other locations.

Should be a crime for a place as important to working people as this to be ran the way it is. Stand in line for 4 hours listening to the very rude lady talk down to people the entire time and at 11 am she closes the door on a line of people needing to make money. And it s every place like it that I have heard of. 6 week wait time for an appointment and I only seen 5 people make it in in the 4 hours I set there. 4 hours for 5 people. 6 weeks. And she shuts the doors at 11 am. This is the second time I have waited and the same results both times. Get here early. If there are more than 4 people standing in front of you you most likely won t get in. I ll try again tomorrow. SMH

They were wonderful with a teen driver. Let them know what they needed to improve on and what they did great at. We drove 3 hrs to get the license here.

This is the worst place to go to do anything the guy that works inside is so rude would not give my wife her license cuz she is married and dos not have the same last name as me which is illegal and when he found out I am not registered to vote almost did not give me my license and also asked if i was republican or democratic which is also illegal he needs to be held accountable for this I really hope someone else see this and dos something about this

Examiner Brown was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond to help me attain my driver's license! I highly recommend this place.

Highly unprofessional drove 2 hours for my son's driving test. Just so we could get here and the office to be closed. Got an email stating "I had canceled my appt" 30 min before his appt we had just pulled into woodward when we got the email. They need to be mindful that people are driving from different cities for the test they should of least give a 24 hr notice instead of 30 minutes.

I called to ask questions about obtaining a license renewal. The lady was so hateful to me. I told her she didn't have to be so rude, she hung upon me!! Way to serve your community and represent Woodward!!!

The lady who helped me was very friendly and efficient. I was able to transfer my Colorado license to get the Oklahoma Real ID license. I was in and out in twenty minutes.

The people are very kind all 3x I went. I needed to transfer my out of state license to Oklahoma. The first time I came by I had the wrong copy of my birth certificate but was told everything else was fine. I came back the second time and was told my social needed to be updated with my married name but wasn't told that the first time. I finally got it updated very close to the expiration date and then was asked why I hadn't updated my married name on my out of state license. I told them that was because I no longer lived there and was married in Oklahoma.Fortunately another person was there to explain things to the person handling my transfer. Thank goodness! Only one star since I wasn't told about the additional items to be updated and I needed to drive to Enid a few times.

Fast appointment. Friendly, positive guy at the desk. Would recommend and has time for walk ins. Online scheduling is bad though, took two months to get the appointment. You can just walk in and be seen at this one.

I didn't have an appointment, but I did get my driver license. Waited in line until scheduled appointments were finished. Examiner's are very friendly and helpful when you have all necessary paperwork available. Thank you.

Even with an appointment, you will be waiting. They need more help, especially when you have no appointment. As is, you can't get an appointment until next year. Will keep going back until I can get in.

Excellent! Was taken into the office right at my appointment time. I got a cdl renewal and it took about 20 minutes. Nice people.

Tried setting up a driver license renewal for me and my husband they canceled my appointment and said you've been rescheduled but with my husbands stuff cancelling out my appointment and now they are saying they are full even tho both open spots were for me and my husband both cant talk to a real person to get any help sorting this just keep getting told to go online this whole experience is a joke

System plagued by computer problems and therefore backlogged for months. Not the fault of the employees at the site though who are very nice and do their best under the stress of bad state systems.Be sure to go to the back of the building, that's their entrance.

Amazing staff, the system was down, our appointment was at 10:40am but they still managed to get us in once the system went back up. Amazing staff

Very rude people and their website and books dont match up went there to get my motor permit and the book that was on the dmv website where i found them wasnt the right one
