Well if you have time to spare stop here & enjoy the ultimate customer experience! You ll have all day to enjoy the show room floor while getting your flat fixed because trust me when I say this you ll be there all day lol Should ve known it was bad when we pulled in & there wasn t any other customers & whatever you do don t ask about your vehicle because they re the fastest in town & it ll be out in 5-7 business days. They re even nice enough to turn the lights out while you wait.

I've used this place back when I drove a truck and it was great. Recently, I got two new Kelly tires on the front of my car and I gave them to keys walked to subway a block away and when I came back they were done. It was so fast and the tires are great. Really great service and staff!

Was not a good experience. Had a slow leak so I asked if they could look at it. Was told if it needed a patch it would be $20. 40 minutes later I'm charged $30 and they could not find a hole so they replaced the valve stem. I asked why so expensive and I was told they charged for the labor......can you say rip off. It would have been cheaper if it just had a hole. STAY AWAY I SAY!!!!

Their prices are definitely steep as they have a monopoly in the woodward and surrounding areas (on big truck tires at least. I'venever purchased car tires here) but they do have a large inventory of all sizes of tires. I have used them when I cant help doing so for about 8 years for semi truck and trailer tires. They also do offer 24 hr roadside assistance at a good price for the industry.

Called to get a new set of front tires on my car. Knew there was only one size but didn't have it written down. Person on the phone asked for the size, told him the make and model. I was rudely told "C'mon, you should know the size. It has more than one size". Ended the call there and double checked, yup, only size on my car. Took my business down the street and won't be coming back. Please be respectful and helpful to your customers, plenty of other shops that will be.

Worse experience I've had, they called after I left to tell me they did more work on my vehicle than I asked for and I owed them more money so before I took my vehicle back I checked the parts they said they changed and can tell 100% none of them was changed my air filter was extremely dirty (first they said they blew it out then said they changed it out for a new one then said I didn't need one but even the change air filter light comes on my dash ) it was never touched my fuel filters they couldn't tell me where they was located or couldn't show me my old ones ( the fuel filters wasn't on the list of things to do I told them I needed a tire fixed and air filter) they did fix my tire but didn't even put my spare tire back under the truck just threw it in the bed and charged $25 for it I will never do business with them again and definitely wouldn't recommend anyone else they are a scam and the work they do is trash. I was a mechanic over 12 years managed 2 shops so I've seen this a lot it's sad how some shops will take advantage of people because the vehicle got dropped off so they don't do honest work it's pathetic.

Called yesterday to get the price on putting ball joints on my truck made the appointment yesterday for today to have 2 upper ball joints installed got there to drop the vehicle off tells me he has no parts only 1 balljoint in town and the other would probably be backordered... So why wasn't I called and told they don't have the parts I would have gladly waited until next week but the appointment was made for today and if the parts were backordered why would I want to leave my vehicle there for days on end when I was told they would have all the parts today.I will never go back here! and unless you want to leave your vehicle with them for who knows how long I would suggest you go elsewhere.

Went in with trailer tire issues. Needed 2 new ones. Walked in and was completely ignored. Two men at desks. Not one even acknowledged me. The fat bald one glanced at me then intentionally turned away. He was not doing anything else. No one likes to be ignored!! I walked! No wonder so many bad reviews about attitudes.

While visiting family in Woodward I had a flat and had to buy a new tire to get home. 2 months later the tire is completely separated and no longer serviceable. I called and spoke to the shop and told me there s nothing they can do without the tire there. I live 4hours away with no assistance. A $240 lesson not to do business with these folks.

Was suggested by my insurance company while I was in town and had a battery problem. They don't do electrical other than batteries though. Good service. Being that it was an fleet insurance deal I couldn't say as to how price compares.Be aware they shut down for lunch 1230-1300.

They were called by U-haul to be subcontracted in a tire replacement 45 miles east of Woodward. On Saturday October 3rd 2020. They agreed and the dispatch was sent to me with an ETA of 80 mins. They were set to be to my broke down at 9:45pm ish. They never showed up at the at 9:45, at 9:57 U-haul called to verify the service being done. Told them the guy hasn t showed. At 10:55 I get another call from Uhaul saying that K&S tire canceled the contract, and never bothered to call anyone to let them know they weren t coming. Very flaky and great representation of poor business management.

I called this local business to get a quote to have two standard car tires ONLY mounted. They legit told me it was going to cost $160 to $180 to have these tires popped onto the rim. I purchased the tires online and was going to install them on my vehicle myself after having them mounted. For anyone wanting to know, the normal price for this service is usually around $25 per tire and I found that price at another local shop, (named Check Engine ) so customer beware these people seemingly prey on the inexperienced consumer.

Needed a camper tire on our trip across OK. These folks were friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. We were in, out, and back on the road in less than a half hour. I reccomend them!

K & S Tire is the place to go for tire repair or purchase. My sister was here and had something jabbed in her tire while at Walmart. It was Memorial Weekend and no one was open. The only place that even had answering service. The answering service was very nice, helpful and informative. She was able to get her tire fixed and back on the road for home early Monday morning.

We had a blowout on our camper right outside Woodward, and we called K and S. They were ready to help us immediately and they got us fixed up quickly. They even had clean bathrooms for our kids.

Took my tires and wheels up there to have mounted and one had water in it. They denied that there was water in there and wouldn t fix it that day. Took them to another shop and sure enough there was water in my tire. Sad that Walmart could do better

save your self the waiste of time and go to high plains tire the owner at this store and the manager only cares about the money not your safty they make the guys in the shop over torque your wheels and are completely disrespectful to there customers

While traveling for work, I needed tires. These guys got me in and out super quick so I could start my 6 hr drive home. Big thanks to Tommy and the crew. You guys are great.

Horrible service the owner found me on the side of the road in a 5-Ton army truck stranded and broke. Offered to "get me all fixed up" I ask how much sir I dont have any money then after having it fixed a week later and having to nag to get my tire back he charged me for it.
