Barber Dyson s pick up and delivery service is perfect for us working folks. Got my vehicle serviced and didn t miss a minute of work! My interactions with this company have been outstanding! So glad to have a customer service oriented dealer in Woodward! You should check them out!

We purchased our F150 almost a year ago, and have had it in for routine maintenance several times since. I have been extremely pleased with all of our interactions at the dealership. The staff is very welcoming, the initial purchase was done with ease, and all our services have been competed as expected. We are thankful to have Barber Dyson here as our local Ford dealership, and would recommend them to anyone.

Dale with service jumped thru hoops to make sure I was taken care of to the best of his ability. Ruby in parts is always super friendly and ready to help. The entire tech team always works to make sure each repair is done quickly and done right.

Went to service bay to check pricing on for our F250. I was greeted by a team of friendly and informative staff. Surprisingly the GM was working the desk! Service was quick and great. The waiting area is clean and cool.

I have been searching for a car for months. I first spoke to Wayne back in April. Since then he checked on me a couple times until I came back and he continued to work with me for probably a solid month. He made sure I had a safe working vehicle and even got me into something pretty too! I previously had work done in the shop with a different vehicle and was given the absolute best service from Alex! This company is full of lovely people. I highly recommend!

I had the best experience I've ever had buying a car yesterday at Barber-Dyson. Dale and Patric took such great care of me . As a single women it is scary to buy a new car by yourself , but I felt like I was working with family .. thank you so much guys ... !!!

They did recall work on my Explorer. Took a while but it wasn't their fault. Ford slow at getting parts to them. Furnished me with a nice loaner while the work was being done.

I set an appointment for Friday July, 14 I get there at 8:00 in the morning. I was never told that they were behind two days. So they did not actually pull my car into the service Bay until 3:00 that afternoon. I was told more than four times that I was going to receive a phone call back from the service department after calling at least five times checking on my vehicle. After receiving a phone call at 5:00, informing me that they did not have the parts for my car, I was allowed to pick my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up, I was informed that I would receive a phone call after checking my aftermarket warranty and the parts being ordered. I never received the call back from them again. Worst service, I've ever received the dealership in my life.

I broke down traveling from Colorado to Alabama, and I could not have been luckier that it happened right outside of Woodward. After calling around a handful of shops, it sounded like I might be stuck there for several days or longer. Luckily, I ran into the people at Barber-Dyson. They immediately took a look at my truck while it was still on the tow platform. They had my truck back and running in less than an hour, and I made it back to Alabama without any further issues. I can confirm that the people at Barber-Dyson are friendly honest people that are willing to do anything they can to help. If you ever have any vehicle dealings, I would highly recommend going to Barber-Dyson!

This place has a great atmosphere and the people are amazing to work with. I just purchased my explorer from them and couldn't ask for a better sales team. They made me feel like I was family, and the service dept is working hard to get all of the customers new and old taken care of.Give this company a chance. I promise u won't be disappointed!

Right after the new year, I needed an oil change and tire rotation! Stopped in, asked if they could do it even though it s not a Ford/Lincoln vehicle. I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they got it in right away! They got it done fast and the people working are so friendly and Very thorough! If google went to 10 stars they d have them all! Will absolutely recommend to anyone! 5

Over charged me 1,000$ on shop bill. Warranty place told us to get our refund back. Refuse to refund us. Nicole told no one she messed up on the invoice, covered her tracks by saying we only paid the 600$. We paid 1600 total. Only needed to pay 600$. Place is a joke
