Excellent service and a very customer focused staff! I always choose AutoZone as my first choice for my automotive needs, but the service I received at the Woodward store yesterday exceeded even my very high expectations. The staff was kind and compassionate and went above and beyond. They took the time to listen to my concerns and even helped me assess what my actual needs were. They even provided recommendations for repair shops in the area. Please, keep up the amazing work!

Outstanding service today. I am from Texas and was visiting family in Woodward. My F150 was having intermittent starting problems and I pulled into AutoZone for help. They checked my battery (in very cold/wet weather conditions) and found that it had a bad cell. Replaced the battery and had me back on the road in less than 30 min.

They have a manager here in Woodward Richard craddock that is extremely rude with everyone likes to argue and is a complete a****** I quit shopping there years ago because of him and I will not go back there till he's gone

The two lady's that work there are awesome but the two guys that up there are rude unwilling to have polite manors toward customers an employee that works there as a customer I've heard the guys being rude towards the other employees such forth they don't need to be environment where they don't like there job they need to else where I quit being a customer because of the two guys you have there sincerely an concerns customer

Don't go there for brass radiator drain valves they don't carry them. The other 2 places do.

Not much on seeing a lower ranked employee being treated like trash by higher ranked, nobody deserves to be disrespected like I saw, not fair, and I wouldn't put up with it regardless of position in store

Needed a new battery for my car. They were quick and installed the battery for me at no charge. Not used to this type of service. They made sure everything was good before I left and answered all of my questions with no problem. I will definitely be a regular for my car needs.

Store clean and organized. Parts person very nice and helpful finding our part. Manager was very courteous and busy with deliveries during both of our trips to AutoZone today.

I just wanna give a big shout out to Tabitha at the Auto Zone in Woodward Oklahoma, I was having problems with my car. The check engine light came on and someone suggested that I go up to AutoZone and they could run a test to see what the problem was, so I went up there and was waited on by Tabitha and she told me what the problem was and while I was speaking with her, I was telling her that I needed to go try to find some car seats. Covers for my car. She informed me that they carried those products in the store so I went in and she went through the different varieties of car seats and floor mats and which would be the best, considering I have grandchildren and needed something that would be good that when you have children, she was extremely helpful and patient answered all my questions and also I purchase some air fresheners. I did not know that Auto Zone carried all of this because I had not been in there, so I totally appreciate her professionalism as a general manager of a restaurant for 23 years. I know how important it is to have a employee that is patient and courteous and Tabitha was amazing and I just wanted to give a shout out about that. Thank you.

Tabatha is so very helpful. She went out of her way to help me find the parts I needed. Even if it was at a different store or online somewhere. She doesn't give up till she helps u find what u need .

Came in for a simple power port accessory, and was impressed by the selection. Unfortunately the sales associate decided to use my choice of power as an opening to attack me politically for several minutes until who I assumed was the manager says something to him. Glad I had a conversation with ole Jack Herrera before coming in, otherwise I wouldn't have been so polite about things.

I was needing a screw for my spoiler, so I went to Autozone. When I asked for help the worker laughed at me and told me there was no way he could know what screw it was. I asked if he would look and point me in the right direction of where similar screws would be. He again laughed and said there was no way he could help. I then went to O'Reilly's. I again asked about the screw, and the worker said the computer base wouldn't be able to give us that information. He then walked out to my car, looked at the missing screw, picked a screw that would fit, and fixed the issue for me. He was super helpful and nice. I for sure will not be going to Autozone in Woodward ever again.

This Woodward store has really went downhill has one knowledgeable person and then several that just have attitudes and don t want to do their job have been shopping here for years and this is as bad as it s ever been. I believe they need more training into work on their customer service

On a road trip and had to make an early stop, needing a battery, on our way out of town. Joel was the only one on counter that early in the morning but he was helpful & friendly. He was very apologetic that he didn't have enough extra help to come out and change it for us but offered us the use of their tools and whatever we needed and gave us a discount for our trouble. We were able to get it fixed up and back on the road almost right on schedule. Thankful our issue happened here, where we had a friendly hometown store in which to stop, and not someplace in the middle of the highway.

I went into this store looking for various tooling and window tint for a friend. I asked an empoyee for the tooling which he was unable to find.. . But, I decided to ask someone else who turned out to be the district manager. The district manager not only found the tooling. But price matched the tint to a different one that was not in stock at that time. He truly saved me time and money..... which was excellent. He truly turned an inconvenience with a negative outcome into a positive experience which intern lefy an impact on me as to my feelings towards autozone. Hats off and thank you. Your positive attitude and helpful demeanor hopefully spreads to others with in. Thanks again!

Today @ approximately 2pm I went in to buy a belt and oil filter for my car. Transaction started off normally for a masked person speaking through a plexiglass window. But when the lady asked me which belt I needed reading off the several options, without thinking and struggling to hear what she was saying I looked around the edge of the plexiglass window to try to get a look at the parts screen as I and many others have done in the past I was suddenly, loudly and with a threatening tone was told to step back and distance myself in a way that caused me to feel assaulted. I felt my face instantly flush as I said ok I will take my business to O Rily s. I m not one for upsetting easily and don t leave many bad reviews but today is an exception. Then when I called to talk to the manager Liesa, she condoned the behaviors of her employee and said her employee acted in accordance with corporate policy. 5 minutes later I was greeted with great customer service at o-Riley s and acquired the parts I needed without being treated like a plaque to society. you can't go wrong with AutoZone there are usually very courteous very knowledgeable people here usually they'll have the parts you need and they're good even about loaning the parts will come and check your battery do things for you and help to females when you don't know how to check their change your own wipers go and check out AutoZone they've got almost everything you need

Michael and David were very helpful. I broke down about 5 miles out of town with a dead battery. They were kind each to charge me over the phone and personally bring me a new one and replace it, due to i was traveling and not from the area! I highly recommended this autozone. Thank you guys for all of your help.

Being a parts mng. for autozone in Woodward, Ok. in the past and a love for that store rating is a 4 not a 5. Because of one really disrespectful person wearing a grey shirt on 5-30-2020 @ 12-30 he was yelling and really rude to someone on the phone. Then I asked for assistance with obtaining my paint code and he just told me We Don't Do That!! I know thats not accurate so instead I.just took a chance and sight matched. And then turned around and said I'd take the can I had picked out and he looks at a guy who had just walked in and ignored me asking the guy do you need that tested referring to an alternate he was carying. When I asked if Chris Oden was still the regional manager he told me he retired but refused to tell me new one?? Will be reporting to corporate!! And will be driving to Autozone in Dodge city, from now on for my parts.
