Rather than stop at the rest area, I exited the highway for this Love's. As is usual, the pump area was clean with no trash and they have the long stick squeegees so I was able to reach the highest edge of the windshield on the Sprinter van.Inside, well stocked snacks and drinks. Coolers full of sodas and juices and cold water. Coffee station was in good shape with sweeteners and creamers. Men's room was in good shape as well.

Excellent service last night when we stopped. They have a decent doggy yard but they didn't have bags for excrement which is kinda a downer because I ran out at the last stop but still no worries. It's not huge yard but it is bigger than others I've been too. We went today and their pumps broke down so we couldn't get gas but they were on the phone trying to figure out the malfunction.

I have been to this Loves several times and have had to same/similar unfortunate experience each time. First time here I parked on the street; there are NO signs that say No Parking ; they (STATE TROOPERS) will issue a citation, tow and or make your behind move (THEY ARE OVER THEIR HEAVY). In addition, if you re a person of color, like myself, this is not the area for us. This Loves was recently renovated but unfortunately the staff is unable to keep up with the cleaning. Mildew throughout the shower, fecal stains in the toilet, just to mention a few INFORMED

Made a quick stop here for a restroom break and souvenir purchase. Glanced around and picked up some jalapeno popper chips. Great snack! We will definitely be back when needing fuel or other while traveling through the area. Many blessings for the New Year!

The staff took money from me for the shower, but I waited 40 minutes until the shower was free and several people came out, but the staff was in no hurry to clean the shower stalls, so I had to wait further. The staff of this gas station like to walk around and smoke cigarettes very often and do not like to work, so I had to wait a long time until the free shower stall was washed. And despite the fact that I waited for a long time, almost an hour, I came and showed my ticket and they said that I had lost the right to wash myself because more than 10 minutes had passed, I said, Of course, more than 10 minutes had passed, about an hour had passed while you were preparing the booth, but several people had gathered and They put pressure on me and said that I would not wash. I am angry and upset; I have never seen such an attitude anywhere in US.

We almost always stop at this store on the way through.... its very convenient and relatively clean. It has a subway and a burger king. Its open all night , and right off of interstate 40. This time when we stopped it was just for a restroom break. Not sure the reason but all the restrooms were out of order. So instead, they had a double line of portable restrooms in the parking lot. Still fairly clean but a bit inconvenient. Hopefully they'll get things fixed and back into shape soon.

Super clean bathrooms, a place where you can stop; have a fruit. Chips or any snack. Do you need something else? Burger King and Subway is next door.Staff are great and very helpful.

Stopped here to use the restroom. Lots of room to park and the store is huge!They were only accepting cash which was turning a lot of people away. Hopefully it will be fixed soon

Really nice place, lots of parking, friendly workers on the Loves side,Burger King though... Omg. my husband and I made our order, Mike Goes to get his tea, he tells the girl at the counter there's no tea.. She tells him it's brewing, so we wait, when our Cold food was finally ready, Mike again asked about the tea and the same girl tells him that she hadn't gotten around to making any.. Which means she lied to him the first time,.. I'm not sure what kind of people Burger King hires but not one worker there seem to be at all happy.. All in All... Store was great... Burger King .. Well just don't go

Really tired of dealing with people that have no customer service skills. The shower guy shouldn t be up front on register if he can t communicate with a pleasant demeanor. I m a driver and I ve been running into this a lot lately at Loves especially. Condescending little jerk. SMH

These people clearly don t understand that time is important for truck drivers. I visited the service department for air in my steer tire. The lady they have working there told me it was going to take 30mins for her to change my tire. I was here for over two hours. Very slow service!

Most disgusting dirty Lobes I have ever been too! Toilets don't work... water is a trickle. Floors are disgusting, restroom is dirty.

Good sized lot but the grassy area behind the trucks is absolutely filthy. Looks like a garbage dump with overflowing trash cans and large amounts of litter that's been mowed over.Got a shower in the early morning and the toilet didn't look clean.

Would never stay here again got cops called on truck drivers parked out on the side road because there are pickups without trailers on truck spots then when told employees about it they said oh well

As a 40+ year old man, I find it offensive to be asked my birthday if I want to buy cigarettes. I realize many places have to do it as a matter of policy, but said policy should be posted to allow a person to choose whether or not to patron an establishment. Bathrooms were nasty as well.

Jack A. (Manager) was completely disrespectful after I asked a question during my transaction while experiencing a problem with their card reader. From the outside looking in, if you would've heard the way he talked to me, you would've thought that I was a scam artist. I like shopping at Loves but the disrespect was unprofessional... & uncalled for

SLOWEST truck service ever. Truck in their bayTHREE hours to change one tire. Said something about ridiculous amount of time and mgr yelled at me. Crew in shop office laughing and making jokes about how long it is taking them to do service. 'Gonna be a couple more hours' a lady behind the counter yelled as she laughed. Americans wonder why the store shelves are empty.

This particular location did a great job with the restrooms (we are traveling in a car). Interesting selection of items at the store too. They even gave my aunt a free coffee too. May be an effort to boost their ratings, but we all appreciate the effort.

The parking is way too tight and if you pull any type of camper steer clear. The ends are for large campers well they have close parking which resulted in the back end swing of the camper striking a car that was parked too close. And the kicker is the employees at this location we re not friendly to this poor guy for a simple accident. The policeman seemed very nice but the employee and his fellow employees were not the nicest over the incident.
