I couldn't believe how horrible of a person that lady named Susan is that works there, Yelling at customers. I just couldn't believe it. She's very rude and unprofessional, she really needs to be fired. They make their own prices up on things as they go along and adding in unnecessary things to charge you with. I recommend going to hydro or Clinton, anything and anywhere Susan is not!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!!!!

Omg how rude and hateful can people be... I'm guessing it was Susan that screamed at me told me to shut up told me I was a liar all because they tried to charge me almost double what they told me the title change would cost. No no no don't ever go here, go to Clinton or anywhere else but here unless you want to be talked to like a animal. I'm going to the mayor over this nonsense to see what can be done. They all need to be fired in there. Very unprofessional and rude!!!!!!! If I could give a half star I so would

Completely dissatisfied with Susan s customer service. When getting a real ID, she chooses not to abide by the Oklahoma website checklist, stating that they tell me to use a different proof of address instead of a former (unexpired) driver s license. My husband didn t run into that issue 4 months ago when obtaining his, nor was he yelled at or had the table slapped while she schooled me on how it s supposed to be. She still accepted my ID, so maybe she just likes to yell at people? I have been going there for years, and have never been treated so badly. I had been warned beforehand that they ve gone terribly downhill, and this was a very disappointing way to find out.

This place is completely unprofessional. All the employees would direct me to Susan who is very rude. She refused allow me to get my real ID with my passport. And would not help me if I did not provide my birth certificate.

Absolutely horrible experience!! The lady with short grey hair and the black heads set was completely rude and yelled at us because she did not want to do her job!! I do not recommend coming here!

Absolutely unacceptable customer service! And on top of it they want to tell you lies about the services they can and cannot provide just because they are busy and do not want to help you out at the time. Very lazy and inappropriate is their attitude! Try to confuse you as to what they can and cannot do and tell you to go to a different tag agency. Very frustrating for a Dealer when they have to go all the way to OKC just to get the job done. Very backwoods and bush league, definitely not professional

Susan and Peggy are very nice and laid back. I have been going to them for 8 years now and its always quick and easy. They are very helpful if you have any questions! I must say this is a college town, so the other reviewers may not be use to a tag agency. As some states do not do it this way, so personally love it. Try getting a renewal in TX....

So far 2 people in my family have fallen victim to the sheer unprofessional attitude. They seem more interested in pointing the blame at everyone else except for the ones performing the service. I have been told by two companies in town. Go to Hydro. They know what they are doing. Plus care about what they are doing. I m starting to think they do this to scam more money. This place is a joke.

Have to make an appointment just to get your license renewed and they don't tell you that when you call and they are very rude if you show up without one. Just go to the Clinton tag agency. They're better and less rude.

These 2 ladies are awesome and quick! I called ahead to make sure I was able to do everything I needed there, and they told me what all to bring and they handled it all! Changing my last name, renewing my ID, getting new voter ID, they saved me many trips. I will for sure continue to do business here, and I highly recommend you do so as well!!PS. They close at noon on fridays!

This tag agency and Susan especially is very unprofessional and rude to the customers. There is such a thing called courtesy and you dont call your customers dumb, liars, and that they are doing something illegally.Who ever runs this tag agency needs to do something about the rudeness of their employees.

I found out that when I bought my Harley(used) that the title transfer, and other fees, were hundreds cheaper at another tag office. We did this process at this tag office for a newer, smaller, and cheaper honda motorcycle and my Harley was less expensive at other tag offices than a cheap Honda at this one. Definitely call others and get quoted. Don t overpay for the exact same services.

The lady(older, short gray hair, heavy set) was extremely unprofessional and rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Now I know why everyone I've spoken to refuses to use this tag agency and drives to another town. Absolutely horrible service. Don't waste your time.

These people are extremely lazy and snarky, especially Susan. They will lie to you just to get out of doing your paperwork. They will squeeze every dollar out of you that they can. Not sure why? They get paid 30k a year no matter what.

Worst service everThese folks need to get out and exercise, and see what s it s like earning money, before being so pedantic and picky. Wasted a whole morning trying to get a form signed.It s hard to find and should stay that way. Go somewhere else.

I got my driving license printed there and the young lady their she took a picture of me and refused to show it to me or retake I m so disappointed the only reason that I m giving it 2 stars is that the other lady is so nice and helpful when I went to renew my car tag

I only wish I could give a lower rating. I had to have my finger prints sent in from this tag agency for my nursing license. I spent $35 to have them do this and, as of 8 weeks later, they have not sent them in ELECTRONICALLY! I'm new to Oklahoma, but this whole "tag agency" thing is government red tape at it's worst.

Do yourself a favor and drive to hydro or Clinton. They are very unprofessional and squeeze any bit of money they can out of you.

Not very professional. Had to go in three different times and they would tell me more things I needed to bring before they could help me. I wish they would have told me everything I needed to bring when I asked the first time.
