Tanners is absolutely amazing! I had a tree fall on my car august 8 and they had it back to me august 10! Then they had to replace the side drivers mirror and had it back to me in under 30 minutes! THEN the motor on my window had to be replace and I went in there this morning to get an estimate and they quoted me $90 less than another place! And what they said was wrong wasn t even wrong with the window! They said I needed to replace the window! But I dropped it off at 10:30 and they had it done by 11:02. They are absolutely wonderful!

I brought it in the part needed and I was there for less than 1.5 hours. Employees were helpful & friendly, mechanic was great. Much better & reasonable price compared to other places such as some in OKC. 10/10 recommend!

If I could leave no star, I would! Extremely unprofessional place. Every time I spoke to receptionists on the phone, they were VERY VERY rude! They wouldn t ever communicate and let me know if they were waiting on parts or anything. Every time I d ask for an update, they would say it s almost done but they had my vehicle for almost 3 months before they finally finished. It wouldn t have bothered me on the amount of time they had my vehicle if they just would ve communicated instead of just telling me it was almost done every time. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! I m pretty sure all the good reviews come from employees or their friends because this was the worst experience I have ever gotten. On the day it was ready, it was supposed to be ready by noon and it wasn t until 2 so we couldn t go pick it up until after work and then the receptionist had the audacity to call and ask us to come pick it up right that second because they wanted to go out to eat but they were waiting on us. If it would ve been ready by noon like THEY told us, then it would ve been picked up at that exact moment

Awesome service. They repaired my son's mustang. Looks just like it did when we bought it. I highly recommend them.

Just wanted people to know the owner Robert is an amazing man. I broke down in his parking lot at night with my 2 dogs in the truck. I was 100 miles from where I was headed and 1500 miles from home. [California] He went out of his way to make sure my dogs and I got to a hotel and fixed my truck the next day. A Sunday mind you. He didn't have to help me at all. Hes an auto body shop. Not a mechanic shop. The man is great. Just wanted everyone to know he is an honest man and trust worthy. Thanks again Robert Tanner! You are a heck of a guy.

Worst body shop experience I ve ever dealt with. Took 6 weeks when told 2-3. Never once was called back after asking for an update. Owner cannot time manage vehicles. My new truck has been a rattle box since getting it returned and still finding loose and missing bolts and clips from parts that were worked on. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I really trust a nurse to always do a great job with my vehicle's I have taken more than one there they are very thorough they work one-on-one with your insurance to save you out of pocket I would highly recommend Tanners for all your car needs
