I went here before, no problem but this time, they won't make good. They used a part from NAPA and told me it was fixed I paid for it. Now it is messing up and they want ME to pay the difference of the part. I said no it was their eat. He he said he wasn't eating the 60$he was already eating labor cost and I could come get my van.

We've started using Schlegel's for oil changes in our diesel trucks, and they recently put air bags in my truck to balance out hauls. While they're not great about calling back, they do a great job once parts are available.

From my experience this place is money hungry I paid 2,300 dollars. For a service and when I went to pick my car up the check engine light was still on and the car was shaking past 30/mph. I communicated the problem to them and they told me I have to pay $75 more dollars to fix the ORIGINAL PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT FIXED. Be aware! They are money hungry and the car experts don t know what they re doing at all! They should not be in business benefiting and from their scams and not actual car services.

Y'all check your oil after an oil change. They didn't put near enough oil in my Range Rover. Not only was the oil change expensive but I had to turn around and go buy 3 quarts. These guys are a rip off

We were passing through the area in our RV and had a flat tire. We couldn't quite fit in their parking lot and pulled into another near by. Staff came out and took the tire off and repaired it for a very reasonable fee, something we don't often see traveling.

Had a flat they mounted and balanced and did a repair. They would not charge us! Plus they transported both tires back to Walmart and mounted the tire on rv. Since the young man would not charge us, I gave him a $20 tip. Oklahoma hospitality at its best to a Michigan tourist. Don t hesitate to use this business!

Traveling through on my road trip when my car was making a noise. EXCEPTIONAL customer service, very knowledgeable and diagnosed it right away. Very short wait before I was able to get on the road again! Thank you so much.

Schlegel Quick Lube LLC On 4/11/23 my 23 Trailblazer received an oil change / multi-point inspection. Inspection revealed a cut in the sidewall of the RF tire, (previously existed) I was offered a quote for a new tire in the same brand and model as my current set. I elected to proceed forward with the purchase of a new tire, during this process it was discovered there was an issue with their disturbers phone number and they would have to research it and contact me in regards to availability for that tire and subsequent cost. The following day I returned in person to inquire about the status of the tire, the card with all my information remained on the receptionists desk, I had to explain to two people what was going on in regards to the aforementioned, I further stated that if they could not obtain the exact tire then a satisfactory substitute would be acceptable.After waiting a week I ordered a tire myself (from Amazon), exact brand and model delivered to my door for less than I was quoted, although I would rather pay the mark-up and support my local business , however, I needed a tire. I was offered a product and service, I returned in an effort to have the aforementioned product ordered so I could utilize their services. Being told I would receive a call, not once but twice irritates me, especially when you locate/offer a product to rectify a concern that I m willing to pay for.Their shop appears to be clean, the personnel friendly and I have no concerns about the oil change and I commend the staff for locating the cut on the tire. For the (primary) services I received I am satisfied, fast, friendly, clean, and a value, furthermore, I was given a punch card to be applied to future oil changes.This speaks to reliability and customer service, I literally returned the following day in an effort to follow up and spend my money there.Services: Tires, Oil change

Super super nice people. They really helped me when I was in a bind. The kind of people that you can seal a deal with a handshake with that you can find anymore. Over half a quart low doing a simple oil job, no measuring was done just poured until Garica felt it was good while smoking a cigarette and doing whatever was more important on his phone the entire time. Called whoever answered was very sensitive to obvious frustration through incompetence and said were all grown men who make mistakes. Absolute joke of business, I never say this but I'd go to Walmart over these clowns, at least Walmart has cameras and insurance if they mess up.

I cannot say enough good things about this place and the people that work there. I first brought my car to them when it had started making a weird dragging sound. As soon as I go there, there were guys there willing to help. They went above and beyond for me, even speaking with my husband over the phone and gave me a ride home while I tried to work things out with the dealership I bought the car from and their warranty. They told us what to look for and what not to accept because it would end up causing more issues in the long run. Brought the car back for an oil change a couple of weeks later and they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. Called on a snow day when my car wouldn t start and they came to my house to help diagnose the problem and had it all solved within an hour. I cannot recommend this place and their friendly service enough. They have always been so friendly, professional, and reasonably priced. So great! It was a Sat mid-morning and I was well past my oil change maintenance. Pulled in, and was serviced right away. Staff and mechanics super nice, and they got me back on the road quickly. Now maybe I was just lucky & hit them just right for the immediate service, but they treated me so well, that I'd certainly be willing to wait for my next service. Try them out, you won't be disappointed!!

Stop in on our trip back to California. The staff there was amazing! We were pulling a trailer with our jeep and they were able to preform the work without us having to drop the trailer. The guys were really friendly and customer service was on point! They were quick and pricing was good! Thank you!

We were traveling cross country and needed a place for a quick oil change. We happened to stumble across Schlegel's and decided to give it a shot. We were greeted instantly and work began immediately. The gentleman that greeted us was super friendly and double checked exactly what service we needed and which type of oil was needed. Not even exaggerating, we were in and out in 10 minutes flat for an oil change and didn't even have to get out of the car. Highly recommend this place! Thanks guys!Service: Oil change

The 2nd time I used them a few days later my oil filter came loose. I was driving and my car dies and all the oil poured out. I had to have it towed to garage. Thankfully my car did not get damaged. The mechanic called them and told them about my car before I did. Then when I called they was nice said they would call me back. Never did! I called them the next day and talked to store Manger he offered me 2 free oil changes. But their negligence cost me more than that. And again I was told they would get back to me and they did not.

Didn t tighten my drain plug!! Luckily I checked it. Manager just said okay like it s not a big deal. 110 dollar and got negligence that could have cost a motor. Horrible business and even worse techs and manager. Don t go there!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I love the customer service here. The only issue is up front pricing. If you order tires from here and want them installed on your vehicle. Just know that they charge extra to put them on. I got a decent tire price from them that is why I ordered from them. But they charged me $70 dollars per tire to mount and balance without letting me know up front. I could have went and gotten a way better tire from a place that includes mounting and balancing in their pricing (ie Firestones). Also I had tire pressure gauge changed...it still shows it is not working. Employees are super nice and friendly and the customer service is out standing. Just know that you will be charged extra without being told. I have never been to a place that sold tires that didn't include mounting and balancing in with new tires.

I really like bringing my vehicle here. My only complaint is on days like today, with freezing temps and high north winds, they're required to leave the north doors open. Extremely fast and courteous service. Got my oil changed in less than 5 minutes! The staff don't mind if I watch to make sure they do a good job on my truck. Most places make you sit in a lobby while they service your vehicle.

Great folks to deal with had my radiator flushed. They did a great job , were professional and reasonable. Made me feel welcomed! Very nice shop, ill be using them again for all my truck needs!

Very poor and sub-standard customer service. Was told one price upfront. When the work was done, I was charged more than double of what I was initially told. Owner claimed I was only quoted for parts. Which he did not specify... They handled me.On top of that, they left a hose loose which dumped all of my engine coolant. Luckily I noticed that quickly. Was not offered any compensation nor future services for this extremely subpar service. Will not be going here in the future. I recommend Caulkins!

I stopped into Schlegel s after reading a review that it was the best deal in town for an oil change. I was needing a quick change and didn t have a chance to stop at my usual place. There were 5 guys working on my car, I now see why they weren t busy. I was charged over $25 more than my usual oil change in Edmond. I would rather have two guys work on my car and pay $25 less. It wasn t any quicker having five guys work on it either. I drove away feeling completely ripped off. I expected the oil change to cost a little more because I know Weatherford prices are higher, I lived here in college. Well, never again will I not get a quote ahead of time. I didn t think a business could get away with this in such a small town.

Schlegel's Quick Lube is a quality shop. The staff is pleasant to do business with. Schlegel's Quick Lube offers way more than just oil changes. I had them convert my trucks OEM halogen headlights to LED and they did a great job especially since they had to remove the whole headlight assembly to access the bulbs which was not a simple task.
