This should be a zero rating. I have a relative that depends on this service to get to Dr. appointments. This lady treats him terribly. My relative is disabled and so are many of the other people that need this service. It's almost like she knows that these folks depend on her and she enjoys giving them a hard time. The service is not dependable so you can't feel secure about making appointments because you don't know if they will answer the phone or if the service will be available. My relative has complained several times about the way that he has been treated. I did not tell him that I was writing this review, but someone should do something about her.

After calling the company on numerous occasions and receiving nothing but a fax machine in my ear, I'm done. I can't rate the service, simply because there was none. No one answered any of my calls. No one returned any of my calls, let alone assist me. This isn't worth anyone's time, let alone their business. I would gladly give this company zero stars if I could and still post this.

They will leave you hanging when you have no other ride Even if you're disabled And Terminally ill If it's anywhere close to 330 or 3 o'clock don't leave bother to call because by 4 you'll get left hanging and most of the time we need to call that I don't even have an available driver driver you cannot count on these people for anything important by doctors visits or groceries we're getting your laundry done they will expect you to carry all of your laundry home without a ride if you're not done when they come to get you even if it's before 4 o'clock very poor service The lady to answer the phone very Manderly and helpful if she can

Robert is great, he took us to do laundry and wen he got a call to go out of town he came and told us so we wouldn't get stuck walking with clothes over 2 miles away.

The lady was awesome!!! But it seems like no one answers after 3pm but bought a bunch a stuff and she even helped me carry in big dog kennel! And for $1 to go anywhere in town each trip... I'd rather call here than daves taxi, that guy was a jerk :( !!

Zero!!!!No such service! Started calling at 9:00 AM and tried all day about every 30 minutes until now (3:15 PM) nothing except a fax answering!!Why even call yourself a business??Weatherford needs a rental car company and or a DEPENDABLE taxi service!

I was using the service for going to a Dr.s appt. Since I live out of state and passing through it was very convenient and cheap. The lady was super nice and I will definitely use them again when I'm in town.

Missy is terrible, she takes an extra 30 minutes for her lunch practically. Don't expect her to get you anywhere if it's 10:30 because she takes her lunch at 11:00 and will give you an excuse saying "well it's 30 minutes till my lunch so I can't pick you up" this woman would rather shine you than take 10 minutes taking you home, it's not like Weatherford is a huge city.

This place is a joke if u don't want business close your doors you are suppose to be here to help ppl get around you can't do that if no one answers the phone jokes.
