Riley and Will were super helpful. Got stranded from Wisconsin and they called Cody a mechanic and got me back on the road like an hour. Awesome people. Top notch service. Thank you so much Riley, Will, and Cody!!!

Good place to stop when having a car problem. My car battery was totally dead the other day, then they charged and checked it for free. They mostly have every kind of batteries and offer you to buy a cheaper new one if giving them the old one

I just love O'Reilly's. Always good men working very helpful. I've been going to the Weatherford, ok branch for many years I especially like there limited lifetime and there lifetime warranty on almost everything

Riley, an employee here at O-'Reilly's ironically enough, went WAY out of his way to help me out as a customer. What a tremendous attitude this young guy has. These days, people just cant rely on each other like they used to. I got lucky here, though. I'm from out of town, just passing through, and I had to do an emergency oil change in the lot. It was such a mess & pain in the A$$. I expected someone to come out and yell at me, but to the contrary. Riley rolled his sleeves up and literally got his hands dirty lending me a much appreciated hand when I obviously needed it. Huge props to you man, that attitude WILL get you far in this world. I hope he gets a raise, or promotion... because it is SO rare to find help like this anymore.

I was so thankful they were even open on Christmas Eve as we were traveling states away we were worried nowhere would be open. But they were bright and early and the gentleman that assisted us was very nice

Needed ASAP help with a battery for a birthday party I ran to Walmart, called this store and Christian was the one who helped me from the call and once I got there!! Super great and FAST service! Props to this guy and his knowledge on something I was about to give up on

If you've got questions, keep them to yourself! The guy at the counter was rude, I tried to ask about the parts I was purchasing... he ignored me, Blightingly!! Wouldn't even say thanks, have a good day or anything! If I was NOT on a cross country trip, and desperately needed the parts to complete my journey, definitely would've left without them and would pay more elsewhere just to prevent them from getting my business!!

I'm a farmer I needed a starter. I'm in a serious need to get fields done. Ordered starter they sead it would be there by one the next day. Called that morning to check if it was on its way they sead yes. So I drove an hour to get there. And they didn't know what I was talking about. It cost me alot of money will not go there again if all possible.

I had a truck broke down 200 miles from home. Gino worked with me and another O'Reilly Store in Texas to get parts to my driver to get him back on the road. This is a great store to work. Awesome job.

Went to recycle oil after buying oil from here, and was treated like a problem. They helped others and answered phones before helping me. Just another reason why I don't like O'Reilly auto parts. I haven't found one store that makes me want to go back. I gave them 2 stars because they actually took the oil.

Called ahead to get CV shaft ordered. Was told it would be in next day at 900. Called at 930 was told be here at 230. Drove 60 miles and told be 2 more days. They had my number. They could have at least had courtesy to call.

The employees are knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. There has only been 2 times that I went for an item and it was out of stock.

Knowledgeable staff, good customer service. Nothing against this store location, but because O'Reilly's (corporate) is a little too proud of the products they sell, I took one for prices

Everyone here actually knows what their doing?! Only one I've been to where I get the correct parts or the right items that I order or where the employees actually know what their doing! So 5 stars for you!

Great service! Guys treated me with respect. I appreciate that they didn't try to"mansplain" anything to me...Rare quality when dealing with anything to do with auto repair or parts.

Went to get a fuse bcuz I discovered my tail lights were out. Asked a man that worked there to help me by showing me where the fuses are and then by checking to see if the tail lights came on or not and he wasnt much help. Refused to help me and refused to step outside saying that wasnt his job then walked to the back and waited until i was leaving to come back out. Poor guy probably didnt know what tail lights are considering he didnt even know where to find fuses for them. What a sorry excuse for an auto parts store. If you hire ppl, at least make sure they know what theyre supposed to know about what theyre supposed to be doing. If its my job to find what im looking for then at least provide a self check out so I dont have to interact with the local talent that are there only to get a check.

Was on my way from ny to airizona. Got a screw in my tire. My tire psi system warned me with enough time to get to a auto store and buy a mini air compressor and a plug kit. o'reilly had everything i needed to fix my tire and get me back on my trip.

Got some bad fuel and needed new filters for my truck. I called ahead and they set the filters aside for me. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes and back on my way down the road.

Terrible Cust Service, seems like none of them want to be there or care if they keep their job. Very rude, and after I was done checking out I said thank you have a nice day. Not even an acknowledgment. Will go to El Reno next time.

Once it was my turn, i was able to get the parts i needed reasonably quick. They seem to be short staffed ALWAYS. BUT THE EMPLOYEES ARE VERY HELPFUL
