These folks are what a business is supposed to be like!! Outstanding Customer Service!! My daughter was traveling from OKC to her hometown near Amarillo when her car had some issues leaving her stranded on busy 1-40, I called a couple shops in Weatherford and didn t really like the answers I was giving when asking if they could diagnose her cars issues. Man we are covered up and it s almost lunch etc. I gave mikes a call and the man said we are busy but if you can get her here we can look at it real quick and let you at least know the problem so you can make arrangements for a rental, pick her up etc I had a tow truck (veterans towing) pick it up and in to shop at no time at all. Within minutes he diagnosed it and had his mechanic fix it. Outstanding customer service and offered to take her to get food or anything else she needed. I job shadowed at Mike's shop last year, it's not my place as a teenager to judge others and their businesses. Mike and his crew are professional and respectful. They are efficient and reasonable.

These guys were amazing! They worked with me to find a good time to change the wheel bearings on my van. They were understanding when I was having a delay on the parts being shipped. They were SUPER hospitable. And since I had my kiddos with me while we waited for the work to be done, he made sure there was a lift and technician ready to go when I got there. I would 10/10 recommend going here for amazing service, and especially great work done by people who really care about making sure the job gets done right. It really shows.

Had a tire fly off my truck on the freeway, traveling through the area. The wrecker dropped off the truck after hours, and the next morning, Abraham was on it. With getting it looked at and finding parts, and prioritizing our repairs, he provided great service, treated me, a female, with respect, intelligence and kindness. Rates were excellent. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needed emergency care traveling through Weatherford.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake replacement

I was driving from Tulsa Oklahoma to Tucumcari New Mexico and I ran over some road debris. Called Mike s auto and they were able to look at my car and had it fixed quickly at a VERY reasonable price. I have a 2008 Chevy Impala SS that had an issue and I thought I had narrowed it down to a throttle body assembly and was ready to order a $240 part from an auto parts store and install it myself. Since I wanted to eliminate the fact that it might be faulty wiring or something else I decided to call Mike's and see what they thought. I spoke to Abraham over the phone and he guided me through all the possibilities and options. Despite the fact that they were extremely busy, he took the time to spend 5 minutes looking at my vehicle and diagnosed that it was the acceleration position sensor (gas pedal). I ordered the part myself through a Chevy dealership ($119), installed it and my car is now working perfectly. What a relief to know that there is an honest auto repair shop and it's right here in Weatherford. Wow what a godsend. Thanks Abraham!Service: Engine repair

Mike and his employees are phenomenal. My boyfriend and I were driving across the country for a move and noticed an oil leak. I stopped in at Mike s and he fixed the leak immediately but noticed another problem. They had my car fixed and ready to go in just a few hours and even let me borrow a charger block so I could charge my phone as we walked around town. Great service, better people!

Cody put in a new battery for me. While he was at it he checked all my lights. Found my rear turn signal needed a new bulb. So glad he caught that. My parents live in Weatherford and have trusted their cars to Mike for years. I live in Oklahoma City. I always bring my car to Mike when it needs services.

Didn't have my car worked on but they were super hospitable and when told about the issue they gave us a suggestion on where to go rather than trying to do a task they weren't familiar with and potentionally making a mistake
