Cummins is a five star dealership. Must be due to their leadership. Our car broke down while traveling from Missouri to New Mexico . They got us in the same day, and knew how to fix our car. They even drove us an hour away to pick up a rental car. When we found out Enterprise would not have a car for 4 hours the driver offered to take us to another location. Fortunately, it all worked out. Otherwise, we would be stranded without a car. They offered us water, coffee and asked how they could help. Much appreciated!!

I've been their twice now this time over some brakes. They informed me of a discount that was eligible for my 50$ off coupon and was given a great deal . I appreciate how well they have treated me with great deals , friendly service, and quality work definitely a place worth investing in

Terrible service department. The brakes on my 2022 Bronco (9700 miles) are making an odd noise, so I took it to the service department and had a gentleman get in to listen to it. He told me it was normal road noise, all cars do that and stated to turn up my radio so I dont hear it. The gentleman was very condescending. I have had multiple issues with the brakes on this vehicle and I really regret buying from this dealership. I usually shop in a bigger city, but decided to give my small town dealership a try this time. BIG mistake. I will be taking it to the service department of a dealership in the city. I wish I could upload a video on this platform, just so everyone could hear how loud the brakes are and what he completely ignored. I've owned many cars in my lifetime and none of them ever made this noise that he said "all cars make".

FANTASTIC Service!! My Grandson attends SWOSU. His F-150 had problems which would him stranded in Weatherford during fall break. The service manager & staff, got right on the problem & fix it!! Such a relief to know, there are still dealerships that REALLY CARE about Ford customers. THANK YOU Cummins Ford for giving this Grandpa a PEACE OF MIND!!!

We were traveling on I40 today headed to Colorado when our front left wheel area started making a noise and vibrating. We pulled into Cummins Ford Service and they immediately took our truck back, figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and got us back on the road as fast as humanly possible. The service manager and mechanic were so nice and friendly. We highly recommend Cummins Ford. Thank you Cummins Ford for the excellent service.

We were on vacation when our oil change light came on. We went to Cummins Ford at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning to see about getting the oil change. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got the oil changed and was on the road in about 30 minutes! Great experience!

When i showed up to pick up the company work truck due to the new quote that they gave me was to high from the original quote we decided not to do any service on the vehicle, MEGAN LEE from the front desk was very unprofessional and rude because of the charging fee that they wanted to charge us when i left a note saying not to do any service to the vehicle until we get the new quote and that s when she said YOU CAN GO FIND YOUR KEYS and walked away! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY SERVICE HERE!!

Thank you so much to Megan and everyone at this location! This summer while traveling out of state we followed my elderly parents here when their suv starting having problems. It was one of those very hot, humid days so I was concerned about my parents comfort. They quickly took it in to see if they could get us back on the road but unfortunately it was a major problem and we had to leave it there. Megan was so thoughtful and caring and we really appreciate the great service we received. Super great service!

I ve recently had one of our work trucks dropped in for a quote on general maintenance items. (Brake pads, rotors, engine oil, trans oil, etc.)My employee left a note with the keys stating to not perform any work or inspections on the truck without first producing a quote with an agreed upon price.After receiving a questionable quote with an undesirable timeline to complete the work, we have decided to hold off on the maintenance items.Considering we dropped off the vehicle with no mechanical issues to investigate or diagnose, why are we to pay a $120 diagnosis fee?No verbiage on your quote indicates a mandatory diagnosis fee. No paperwork has been signed forming a commitment to a diagnostic service.Manager offered to take $20 off the fee. Curious how far this will go.UPDATE: Picking up the truck was very unpleasant. I advise you look elsewhere.

I've used Cummins Ford many times to service my car. The staff is very friendly and the service is great. My air conditioner hasn't been working very well but I didn't say anything. I pick up my car and I have air. Having COPD its been rough, now I feel safer and much better in this heat. Thanks Cummins you are truly the best. Keep up the good work. From a very satisfied customer.

I'm traveling cross-country from CA to IN. I stopped for fuel and accidently put DEF fluid into my gas tank. Big Mistake. My fault. I called Cummings Ford, and talked to Megan Lee, very professional. They had my truck, and trailer towed by a company called Calvin towing, Matt, and Monty helped me, very professional, and friendly, so far so good. Day2. I'll keep you posted...

My vehicle died along the Hwy, Veteran towing towed me to the nearest shop which was "Cummins Ford Dealership" in Weatherford Oklahoma, while waiting on my vehicle I met several people that worked st Cummins Ford, the service people were very kind and easy to work with, the mechanic was very knowledgeable and I met Doug one of the sales associates, Doug was a great help while I was looking at vehicles, I highly recommend Doug and Cummins Ford Dealership in Weatherford Oklahoma for Sales and repairs.Thanks to everyone, the nicest people you'll ever meet.

Incredible service. My husband and I were pulling a trailer to CO from OKC when we started noticing a scraping noise coming from his front end. Stopped in to Cummins Ford Lincoln and Chris in the Service Dept. immediately helped us out and got us back on the road. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating to us when we were in a less than ideal situation - headed for vacay. They saved the day!

Had issues with my Ford F350 with a major power loss, managed to limp into this dealer (I called ahead) on a Saturday afternoon, with no diesel mechanics on duty. They were able to correctly diagnose my problem and had me back on the road within an hour. Outstanding customer service.

I personally didn't do anything with them but went in with my friend to get her camera fix on her car & it took less than an hour. They have a nice waiting area as well.

Traded my car in on a low ball trade offer (turned around and sold it for 6k more than they gave me for it). The car they sold me has had several issues in 4 months and they take about 2 weeks to fix issues. They never have time to get me in and issues taken care of

Great place. It's not just words said, it's what they are going to do. Henry Ford himself said "you can't build a reputation on what you're going to do" and this dealership is the standard. This place is friendly and the way business should be. Very impressed and they go above and beyond for their customers. Very happy with my purchase from several days ago.

My experience started out fine the service department got my truck in before the appointment time and said it was fixed I went got the truck it was not fixed the came got the truck and called the next day told me they had it fixed for now but it needed 1800 more dollars than the 1200 I spent and I now owe 400 more for the bandaid they did on it I drove the truck 2 full days and the 400 dollar bandaid failed wen I called service they seemed willing to help until I called back and was told basically I was SOL they told me it would fail sometime well ya but for 1800 dollars total you would expect more than 2 days now my truck is stuck 40 minutes away from were I'm stuck with no money I was looking for a job wen this happened I wouldn't deal with this place again

I understand people have a job to do, but when someone says they are just looking five times and the salesperson still badgers them to test drive a vehicle they don't even want, it dosen't give you that warm fuzzy feeling about the experience. Its fine to offer but take a hint (or better yet, take a direct statement at face value!!).
