This establishment has changed owners and the customer service is absolutely horrible. Personally I pulled up to get air in a low tire, was not offered assistance or even approached by a worker. They have treated myself and two of my female children as though we do not know what we are talking about when we have gone to have repairs done. It is so sad to see such a great establishment fall short like this when it once was the best. I suggest using a different repair shop!

I would like to send kudos to manager Jeff Minter, mechanic Payton and staff for giving me the best service in the whole world. I was driving into Weatherford coming from Tulsa Oklahoma when my tire rolled completely off of my car from a Tire Shop putting my tire on my car the wrong way. It was a very traumatic and scary experience for me. it was near closing when this happened. This caused for a very little to be done at that time and for me to have to stay overnight in Weatherford for the first time. They made my experience very comfortable. The owner Jeff went out of his way to make sure I was transported to the hotel that I stayed in and also made sure I knew exactly where all the good food places were to have dinner. He politely gave me a ride to Walmart to get all of my toiletries that I needed for overnight. The whole staff was just overall delightful to meet. While I was there for that short period of time I didn't have to worry about anything. Most companies are not like that. when 6:00pm comes they are ready to go home and they could care less about your problems. Not this company. I would also like to thank Payton, the mechanic as well. He and Jeff made sure that they done all they could to get me back on the road early that morning. They had to search for a tire to match my car but they found one with all the effort that it took. I just feel like they went over and Beyond and I was so grateful to go home and tell my family all about the staff at the store and their kind hospitality. It's very seldom that you get that kind of service anymore nowadays. This is the reason why I wanted to make sure they got the thanks and the recognition that they deserved. Thank you so much Caulkins Conoco for all that you done. I was blessed that evening to be in such good hands. You all will get that back 10 times over for the way that you helped me. Please take the time to stop into this store and let them share their hospitality with you as well.

They changed the price 3 times. Apsultly despicable. Note if you are not from this town try a different place. Cuz they might price gauge you like they did me. Not cool. Price gaugin a mom with 3 kids in the car.

Since moving here to Oklahoma from down South I ve gone to Caulkins Conaco for a few months now. Ain t got nothing to Belly ache about. They are honest, timely, and do great work. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic like back home but, the folks here are top-notch! I m be taking my Chevy Tahoe there for any work needed for years to come.

My wife had a flat while on I-40 and was running on a donut. I was able to reach Jonathan who answered after hours. He and is crew bent over backwards to help find a replacement tire. He even called me after my wife had been back on the road for a while to make sure she was getting along OK.

Hands down, without any doubt, the best customer service that any locally owned and operated business in Weatherford has ever shown. Jeff, the new owner has proven to go above and beyond what anybody should ever have to do in his line of work. Trust when I say, If you need a vehicle repaired, a tank of fuel, or even a simple coke. This is the place to go to.

Bobby greeted me with a smile. I got there right when they opened to have them look at my flat tire. Within 20 minutes, I was on my way safely back to Texas. Honest service and honest price. That the way business should be. Thank you for saving my day.

I was driving through the state and my engine light had turned on so I took my vehicle here cuz they were the closest and they were able to check my vehicle within 10 minutes and diagnose the issue. Turns out the mechanic that had did my oil change didn't tighten the drain plug. I'm so glad that was the only issue and nothing major. They were very friendly and got me in and out quick. Great service!

My grandpa got his tires changed a couple days ago and tpms sensor came on. We called them and they said that there was nothing they could do since we couldn't prove it was them who messed with it. Today he took it to another shop and the sensor was completely broken off and held by zip ties. Not a good experience with caulkins.

We have used Caulkins for a few years. This Morning we pulled up with our check engine light on. They hooked it up to the diagnostic reader and advised us to get a new gas cap. They said if that didn t work to come back. It worked! They saved us a lot on money. We will definitely continue to use them for all of our car maintenance needs. Thank you!

The owner don't care about customers just money. He treats customers bad and his employees terrible. He takes advantage of his customers and his employees. He even tells his employees when hired that they won't ever get paid overtime even tho they have to work alot of it. It's over 12 years since I worked their and I went back and it's still exactly the same for customers and employees!

Needed some good used tires just until I could get my front end fixed. They hooked me up with two tires in reasonable shape, they mounted balanced and installed them. Everything was done quickly and at a better price than I'd hoped for. Very professional and very courteous. Would highly recommend them to friends!

I love this place! This summer my AC went out and one of the guys looked at it for 1 hour, ran tests and figured out what was wrong, told me what was up and didn t even charge me. Just asked me to come back and see them!They ve also replaced a tire and patched a tire. Both times they did it for free, or very cheap.The workers have always been super nice and quick to get my car fixed!!!

If you need a tire repair at 8pm on a Saturday night....go elsewhere.We were stranded on the roadside and made our way over to Calkins Conoco because they supposedly are open until 9pm and offer emergency tire repair/service. We arrived a few minutes before 8pm and we had a new tire with us and the rim we just needed it mounted. The lady working went to let them know and he refused. He said to come back the next morning at 10am when they reopened. We explained that we went there because they stated tire repair until 9pm. No dice. He wasn't doing it.I personally wouldn't go back no matter how desperately I might need assistance. I am a single incident but it was just bad customer service and bad first impression.

Caulkins is an excellent service center. I came in about 7:10 p.m. with a nail in my tire. I wasn't sure of their hours but I was welcomed without hesitation. My tire was fixed and I was on my way by 7:35 p.m. I appreciated them taking care of me and my car at such a late business hour. Best Service Ever!

I ve been getting my car serviced and oil changed here for over a year now! The guys are always so friendly and timely and make sure to refill my fluids, air up my tires, wash my windshield and clean my air filter. I highly recommend Caulkins Conoco for anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced!

Had a tire going flat in a work truck so we stopped here as it was the only thing open at the time. They got us taken care of and it wasn't expensive. Really appreciated this shop!

We get our car serviced here every time! They are quick, cheap and fast! You don t even have to get out of your car. Just drive up and they come to you. We have only had one major hiccup and it was them putting in a new AC compressor that went out 3 months later. They told us to come into the store and have them look at it but we were 9 hours away. They order the parts and you bring your car in, they fix it same day.

I always take my car here for tires , oil changes and general maintenance. They never try to sell me anything I am not needing or wanting. They're quick and do a great job and the staff are all friendly.

I was on a cross country roadtrip from the East Coast back home to California. I hit something in the middle of the night and annihilated my back right tire. The next morning I can in and they immediately jumped to it and replaced a rather hard to find size. Courteous, professional, fast, and fair!! Great people here.

This is the only place in town I will go to get an oil change. Service is quick and price is reasonable. I have trouble going to mechanics and not feeling out of place because I'm a woman. A lot of places think I'm too stupid to comprehend what they have to say. Caulkins has never treated me that way.

Had a wheel with an old junk tire on it, pulled up and asked if they had time to take old tire off and put one on, the guy said sure. Reparked my truck out of the way and filled up some jugs of water from their handy water faucet on the east side of their business. It was during the power outage and by the time I had the jugs filled he rolled the wheel and tire out, I paid him 15.00 and was on my way with a spare for my trailer and water for the house in less that 10 minutes

This place was very helpful in fixing our flat, we went ahead and purchased all four tires because they were very affordable. Also they have a really nice waiting area with friendly service. (Very toddler friendly!!) God bless them!

My man and I are going to Arizona for Thanksgiving next week so he bought new tires for my car. I love him so much!!! The price was by far the best in town and the employees were all very helpful and friendly!

I've been coming to Caulkins for nearly 2 decades. It's a good place to get a tire fixed or oil changed. There is usually a mechanic on duty until the middle of the evening, so you can get minor service work done and be on your way after work or when traveling. The gas prices are high compared to the Shell or Phillips stations because they sell ethanol-free gas. This station does not sell beer or lottery tickets.

Needed water to cool my overheated engine and replenish the radiator. The attendant kindly offered a container and the sink. Very thankful for their generosity!
