My two daughters and granddaughter were passing through Oklahoma on their way back to Illinois. They had an emergency situation with their vehicle, and this business got them back on the road. I really appreciate the folks at Tote The Note for taking care of and looking out for my girls. They made it home safe and sound. I'd give ya a ten star rating if I could. Thank you!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I love that they talk to me and not down to me just because I don't know much about cars. They explain everything in terms and ways that I understand and are able to keep me and my '04 Tahoe on the road. I would highly recommend them!

Took my car in for a front end alignment, he refused to align it saying my car is broke. He tried charging me over $780 for a tie rod and 2 control arms that weren't even broken. Took it to dealership, they specifically said tie rod and control arms were good, and they are almost brand new. AND the front desk lady treated me like I was a child. 1/5 service, 5/5 BS

I do not know how anyone can give this place anything other than a 5 star review! We had flat tire on a mini weekend vaction this past weekend, and they came highly recommended by the owner of the lake house where we stayed. They stayed open on a Saturday longer than their normal hours to ensure that they could help us patch the tire, and make sure we were able to enjoy the rest of the weekend. We would have had a very frustrating weekend without their help, and we had kiddos that would have been very bored and disappointed. They were extrememly helpful, quick, and beyond reasonably priced! If they were not three hours away they would be the only place I would ever go for service and maintenance. Thank you to all of you guys working that day!

Best tire shop in the area. Blew a tire on our boat trailer and the owner saved the day he was our hero. 10/10 service. He did this for us on Labor Day when he was closed for the holiday

This was our first time at this business. Our air conditioner in the truck was not cooling properly so the young men at the shop put the gauges on it and adjusted the pressure on the unit. It took about 15 minutes or so from start to finish and the best part was they didn't charge us anything!Thank you Shane & Dakota for your courtesy & efficiency!

I was leased a car that had severe damage from having been driven into a ditch. It broke down due to that damage and instead of replacing the car as any decent dealership would do, they gave me a rickety loaner that I was afraid to drive, then returned the original car.Later, when they repossessed it, they told me I could retrieve my belongings from the car on the lot later that day. When I showed up they told me they had loaned the car to a friend, with all my things still inside it. They said they would contact the friend and he would be there "soon" so I waited. I waited six hours, with them telling me they couldn't get in contact with him. I had to leave town in a borrowed family car because I had to work that night.Each time I called to follow up I would be put on hold and left there for extensive amounts of time. My personal belongings were never returned to me.There are more reputable, honest, and kind dealerships in the area, don't waste your time with Tote the Note.

I have been sick since Thanksgiving. I am on oxygen and had a flat so I stopped in to get air. It only would let the air out. I asked the employee sitting at a table if the air was working he said yes. He didn t ask if he could help. I talked to the manager and ask if he knew what customer service was. He said that I had to ask for help. He also said I was FIRED and to never come back! No worries there! I will never go back!

Not so good. I provided the 5 qt jug of motor oil and filter. They used the wrong filter and kept a qt of oil. They only needed 4 qts. Will just go somewhere else.

They were very friendly. My rotors are bad on my car. Will replace tomorrow which is Friday.

Bought a 2008 dodge pickup , been waiting for the title so i could get it tagged, hmmm the sales guy Tate keeps telling me it should be here ,but never is ,called various times ,even drove twice to check on it still nothing , so I call again and tell the sales guy Tate that Im fixen to bring it back ,Tate then tells me "go ahead I will give your 1000.00 back". So today Im sitting here waiting for the owner Dustin Beckham to show up as I was told by tate He would be right back , 1 hour has gone by still no one , this place is a joke , I had them also check the tires ,and found out they werent even balanced, forgive me but wouldnt you want to make sure a vehiclr is safe before you send it out , not to mention all the tires on most all the vehicles are wore bad . I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone , unless you enjoyed being lied to

The nicest people and very knowledgeable....the guy that tried to find out what was wrong with our truck tried really hard... professional, knowledgeable, clean, helpful, respectful, I would recommend this full service car care center to everyone...I will definitely come back

Most horrible car experience of my life.. had a car 2 weeks and transmission messed up, spent 4 weeks in a loaner car and for a week straight I was in a different loaner car every day because they all had problem, and then instead of fixing my car they auctioned it off . The sales person Tate is a great guy. Don't like the owner. Got my down payment back and got a truck down the road that was even cheaper.

The guys got right to work fixing my tire. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The price was comparable to other shops and the shop was clean and organized.
