$29 tool rental quoted on phone, $76 at counter when i got to the store. Employee admits it, manager won't back it. Absolutely the most inept idiots. 2/10/2024

I went in yesterday to get a can of silicon spray. A young man was coming out of the aisles behind the counter & just looked at me. He headed toward the back yelling, "Somebody (name) get your butt up here!" He didn't say they would be with me in a minute or anything. I waited & waited. No one ever came to wait on me. I could hear people talking in the back but they didn't come out front. I left. While I was outside more customers came. I hope they had a better experince than me. My husband called to ask for a manager but apparently they were off work today. Poor customer service today.

I needed a lower control arm bushing they spent ten minutes looking on computer then asked me if it was the right bushing I had to find the right one and then they said they don't have it and they can't get it. I went to leave then thought about how it said on the computer the specs about the bushing that I needed so I went back in and asked if they could get me the right bushing based on the specs. It doesn't need to be for any specific vehicle as long as it's the same specs. You'd think that they would know to do something like that so then they looked up bushings with the same specs cost me twenty dollars for one bushing that I could pick up in a week. After paying and leaving I realized I could get way better deal online which after looking I can get the whole set of bushings online for the price of one from O'Reilly so I turned around and went back and they said that they could return me the price of the bushing which was only $8 but the other $12 was non-refundable because it was for shipping the bushing. Like they really can't cancel the order after only 10 minutes? The store is scandals. Way overpriced and don't know what they're doing. Very unhelpful.

Called the store I believe terry answered the phone I informed him I was from another state and have a commercial account and I needed a wheel hub assembly ask him if he could put his hands on it he not only made sure they had it wrote our name on the box had it sitting on the counter when we pulled up allowed us to fix this at store and got us back up and running

I threw a belt on the toll road and was forced to stop at this location. The staff was unbelievably helpful. They went out of their way to find me a belt that would fit the vehicle even though it was not listed in their computer and it was closing time. I can't tell you how much relief and happiness they gave me. This allowed me to make my business meeting the next morning which I would have otherwise had to cancel. They stayed past closing time to make sure I was okay. If I owned this corporation, I would be proud of this store and put it forward as a shining example of how helpful and productive a store can be. I attempted to tip them for their extra efforts but they refused any additional money. This store is a shining star.

Applied here for a job, told me I wasn t hireable because I needed a license, why do I need a license for a sales position he told me he needed someone to drive then hires my brother for sales. I won t be spending a penny at this place, I m a mechanic also I buy thousands of dollars in paarts. 10 out of 10 do not recommend! GO TO MIAMI!

Driving half way across the country, three hours from my destination, weird noises were coming from my car. I have my car serviced regularly, but something was clearly wrong. I was relieved to find O Reilly s Auto Parts. Mark did not disappoint! My desperate yes, please, I hope you can help me. response to his polite How can I help you? May have been too much for anyone else. He was incredibly patient as I blathered on about knowing nothing about my car but needing to get to my elderly and ailing father.Mark not only helped trouble shoot the odd noise, taught me a bit about my car while putting in FIVE quarts of oil, and gave me a delightful history lesson of Venita, OK. His burger recommendation was spot on too! Thank you!

I was on my way to a funeral in Missouri and got stuck in Vinita because my car wouldn't start. I had already had delays and issues on my way and was so stressed out by the time I got to Vinita but Mark and Ethan got me fixed up with a battery, even though my vehicle called for a different one. They made it work and got me back on the road and were so kind throughout the process. I wish I could give them more stars! (To the powers that be, please give these two a raise!)

O'Reillys in Vinita Oklahoma is the only auto parts store I patronize! Their employees go above & beyond to help you out! Today one of their employees switched out my windshield wiper blade in less than a minute! A task that had previously taken me over 30 minutes JUST trying to get the old wiper off! Don't judge....I'm a lady a 1st time DIY LOLHighly recommend!!

This store is the most unorganized, with the employees that have no clue. They have absolutely no customer service skills, they don't order parts when they tell the customer they will. They avsabsolut refuse to call a customer to let them know parts are in, like I have time to waist running back and forth to town. This store is why I go to AutoZone. If not because that's where family wanted the parts from I definitely would have ordered the parts from AutoZone. .

Love this location and staff! I have went to the AA parts store next door a couple of times only to end up right back at O'REILLY'S. I suppose I will just go there first from now on.

I was travelling from Springfield, MO to Vinita, on a Saturday afternoon, to pick up 7 dogs on a rescue mission, when the engine light came on. An older staff member helped us. I wish I knew his name. He ran a diagnostic test on our van and helped us get back on the road in a timely manner to meet fellow transporters in MO. Many thanks from 9 hot and tired travelers.

We walked in with a blown hydraulic hose, the young man at the counter said go on back, the guy is back there making a hose. He made us a hose, we went back, put it on and went back to business.

Broke down, these guys were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. One alternator, two quarts of oil with their assistance an they even sent us out with some free donuts!

The guys are always friendly and they go out of their way to get whatever part you are needing. I always check with them first before I go anywhere else.

They are getting better. Make to check any parts you get from there.. may have defaults in the products and that's not their fault... they just distribute what they receive

Call to see if they had a part, drove a half an hour to get their to find know one had set the part aside the they could find or the person that had taken the call. They are now on bottom of the call list for parts.
