If you want a great vehicle shopping experience, ask for Taylor. She will take great care of you throughout the entire shopping and purchasing process. The wife and I own a flower shop and needed to replace our delivery van in a hurry. Quick internet search lead us to Matthews CDJR. Taylor contacted us and guided us quickly and easily through the whole process.

BEWARE!!! These people destroyed my mother s truck. She bought this truck new in 2014, paid cash. She has always brought her truck to a dodge dealership and had it serviced. THIS DEALERSHIP HAD A ROOKIE try and bring this truck into a bay. They crunched her fender on a pillar that was designed for protecting the doorway from collision. manager Jeremy McMorris is the rudest and most unprofessional person I ve ever heard on the phone. He had the audacity to call my mother and BERATE HER OVER THEIR MISTAKE!!! Be a man and accept responsibility for what YOU allowed to happen. She deserves her truck to be returned in the same condition it was drop off in. If this dealership had any class at all, they would quit the side show, and take responsibility for the damages. I would recommend Walmart over this dealership for an oil change.

Awesome team! Friendly and courteous. The guys who sold me my jeep listened to everything I I wanted and needed in a car. Then they found me the perfect fit. When my radio went out the service and part department were patient with me and gave me expert advise. I definitely recommend them for fir all your needs. Matthews CDJR is my new favorite hometown dealer.

Wasn't to happy with how they treated me. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks and cost me 1700 to get out for to only fix half the problem. And then a week later it goes back for them to say we thought what we did too it before would fix the problem. And then when it went back they said it would cost me 8000 to fix the problem that I wasn't asking about. I feel like they try to take advantage of people here and will never use this dealership again in the future. Will take my service else where.

UPDATE: The GM over service, Danny, took over overseeing the truck and is doing a great job. They received the alternator today, did an inspection, found the backside brake pads needed changing (called and updated us on status and requested approval to fix the brakes). We took my 77 yr. Old mother's truck into the dealership for electrical problems. On 14th of NOV 2023, they said it was the alternator and would order it for install the next week. They never called. We had to keep calling. Never said anything about not driving it. Lo and behold this black colored truck died on a back road in the dark. You couldn't turn on the emergency blinkers. She almost got hit by another truck. We had it towed to this dealership and are still waiting on it to be fixed. Alternator arrived 21DEC2023. While in their care, they hit a Power pole on the way into the garage-small 2-3 inch dent on the front bumper. I have gone by there several times and the vehicle was unlocked, sometimes after hours. Draw your own conclusion but we won't have any more dealings with them after this. We bought the truck, new from here. No loaner or rental car was offered.

Great service! Chris is the best. He always takes great care of us and our vehicles. I've always had good experience with Matthew's Chrysler Dodge in Vinita.

We drove from Fayetteville trying to find a reliable dealer to purchase a vehicle from. With the most reasonable pricing I was able to find in over a 500 mile radius, the purchase experience was one of the easiest I've ever been through.I really appreciate 'Pickle's' friendliness and knowledge and willing to go the extra mile, and Chris, the shop manager, was absolutely A+++ going above and beyond expectations.Even though it's a drive, I would not hesitate to return to purchase another vehicle or have them service our new minivan. I just wish y'all would use slightly less Armor All, and leave the scratches on the bumper next time vs letting someone loose with the white nail polish

We have bought 3 vehicles through them. The first experience was great second was ok and the third was a joke.We told them they didn't have to detail the van so that is no big deal but I did tell them they needed to do all fresh fluids and brakes and all regular maintenance that it would get before being put on the line for sale and I feel they majorly failed me on this aspect this round. I had to quickly get cabin air filter replaced along with the engine air filter and several other basic maintenance items needed done that wound up coming out of my pocket when I paid the full asking price. I will be much more careful and aware if I use them again.Update: Thank you for reaching out we appreciate your honesty and working with us. I hope we can agree on something.

Chris was super cool. No pressure to buy. I looked at the online inventory, called him with the 3 we were interested in. He had all 3 at the front door ready when we got there. Chose the one we wanted and was out of there in around an hour. 2020 Charger Zero down... can t beat that.Finance manager Dylan was great. No hoops to jump through. DL, Insurance and a paystub. Thanks Matthews Team.

Jeff and Cass were both down to earth, answered all my questions over several days and really worked hard for my business. BEST car purchase experience EVER! Straight forward and honest. Didn't know them from before this purchase but have made sure to tell everyone about them. From driving the car(s) I was considering, to bringing one in from another lot, to work completed on them prior to completing a final selection to purchase- just to make sure the one I chose was in perfect condition when I drove off their lot...I cannot tell you all the hoops they went through to make this a perfect experience even down to in-house financing....and they were gracious about all of it the whole time. You could NOT do better with another dealership. I chose them over another dealership when searching due to their EXCELLENT customer service from the start. That's just how good they really are. They will even find the vehicle you want if they do not have it in their inventory....Thanks again for a great experience!

Got sold a 2016 ford explorer for 17k cash all up front paid for in full an that car was trashed an was not detailed.i mean dirty as all get out. It also had a bad back tire on it an when told they just said o yea we shoot some air in that. Already owning it for a month still yet to see my title. Have had to already replace brakes that was bad replace ball joints an a vacumie leak. An all the filters were just dirty an all had to be replaced. So thank you for the new car but stride for better on your vehicles that people come in an pays cash for it.

Dan Smiley and his service department are so incompetent . I brought my Hummer in for service and they ran a diagnostic. They presented me with a report and showed me what should be serviced. I agreed and they started working on it. A few days ago we received a call that the Hummer made a knocking noise. We were shocked, because it didn t do it when we brought it in. My husband went to take a look. The Hummer wouldn t start. My husband talked to Mr. Smiley and he said he will figure out what s going on. A few days later he called and said that a piston rot blew. When they ran the diagnostic, there was no indication of any problems with that. They came highly recommended to us, but than we found out that they are under new ownership and that all the good people left. I have no choice, but to tow my car to a different dealership and contact a lawyer. Mr. Smiley is not working with us to make things right. The only thing he worries about is getting his money. Don t ever take your car there.

I called Andy after a horrible experience I had at another dealership. He was able to find me the van i wanted with all the features I needed AND the extra features I might not have needed but wanted! I was given a great deal, hassle free! I was able to do all of the communication beforehand over the phone and email without spending hours in the dealership. I am extremely thankful I found Andy and was able to have a buying experience that isn t followed by nightmares and regrets. I never felt like I was being pressured in any way. Honestly for the first time ever I felt like a dealership was working for me and not just trying to make money. The rest of the staff has been great also! Thank you Hometown for being there and being a dealership I can count on! I highly recommend Hometown to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle and will definitely return in the future for any further purchases.

Couldn t be happier with my purchase and the extraordinary service of the people at Hometown Dodge. Andy was absolutely great to work with. He was never pushy. I could tell he just genuinely cared that I find the right vehicle. He absolutely earned my business and this place will be the first place I look when I go to buy my next car. They made purchasing a car fun, easy, and a great experience!

Andy was patient and very responsive to all my texts and questions. Process was pretty painless as far as buying a car goes. Would highly recommend them. After repeatedly telling them title/finance info had to go to P.O. Box not physical address & both the salesman & finance manager assured us they would make sure it went where it should - it didn t. Only by luck & living in a small town did we get the title, with about 10 days to get it tagged. I text Andy (the sales guy) twice cause I didn t have Andy (the finance guy) info and NO RESPONSE. No I m sorry. No here is his info - nothing. So while the buying process was fine the follow up DEFINITELY WAS NOT. I am just hoping that all the finance papers go to the correct address so I m not late with my first payment. But the feeling I get from these guys is they are awesome till your purchase is finalized - then they don t have time for you. So was hoping these guys would prove to me they weren t like all the others. Sadly they did not.

Great car buying experience with Andy! I found the car I wanted online at Hometown Dodge and I gave them a call. I was hesitant about driving 2 hours to try and get a fair deal. Andy was very helpful, on the phone and via email, in getting me a good ball park on what I could expect on my trades. I was assured that if I made the trip that we could come to a fair deal. I am used to getting whole dog and pony show when buying a car, but I was pleasantly surprised by the nice folks at Hometown. Probably the least amount of time I've even spent in the dealership when buying a car. I definitely recommend giving them a shot.

I am so impressed with the dealership service dept. I had my car in the dealership in Casa Grande Arizona for 10 days to troubleshoot and repair my vehicle. After running up a bill of 3700 dollars they could not fix my car. While on vacation I stopped at the dealership in Venita in the hope they could fix my Jeep. What a difference from the moment I walked into the service depth. After explaining ny problem Chris had some ideas as to what the problem was. He communicated the problem with the. mechanic and 4 days later my problem was diagnosed and repaired. Way to go to the staff at the service deptYou guys are impressive.

John was great to work with. Went back and forth a little on the price but overall I could tell John wanted to work with me and we were able to come to an agreement. Justin wasn't being very flexible during the trade negotiation at first but in the end we were able to come to an agreement as well. I'm satisfied with the deal and feel like they were fair. I would do business with them again and would recommend others as well.

Our salesman was Chris. He was super easy to get along with and not pushy at all. He knew what were coming for and had them waiting on us at the front. After deciding neither of those would work he offered a fresh trade, which we appreciated bc we were able to se the vehicle before they had even touched it. We did everything over the phone or online and were in and out that evening in about 30 min.I will say 2 things.1) when buying a 30k vehicle, it would be nice to have the tank full of fuel from the dealership. Chris, put fuel in it from his own pocket.2) the vehicle was pretty clean to start with, the detail job was sub par....but apparently the detail guy was out? We appreciated the effort made from salesman to take the time to clean it himself. But, I will be needing to get it for real detailed somewhere else.Overall, we d make a purchase from there again. No thrills and spills, just straight to the point dealing. The price was right, the vehicle was right and the process was right!

Service department is outstanding. Bought my Jeep here and basically disappeared for 3 years. I don t live in Vinta, so I have my oil changed elsewhere. Started having an issue and Holly got me right in. Got recalls taken care of while it was there. Had to reschedule my first appointment and she was super cool about it. They made buying super easy. This is my first experience with service, but super impressed.

Andy Harrington is great! Being several hours away in Arkansas, I was able to purchase the truck of my dreams smoothly without even leaving my office. The truck was delivered next day and my trade was very fair! Will definitely be back in the future and I highly recommend you do the same. A+ customer service from the team at hometown dodge.

Purchasing a vehicle is easy and fast, however the service department is not good. They would not return calls and after purchasing a used vehicle from them and getting the extended warranty it took over a month to get our truck back.

! I would like to make a few points about my experience with Hometown Dodge. I assume you're asking me for my opinion so you can better yourselves. I spent a lot of money on my visit with you. Here they are listed below:.1. The contract should have the correct mileage. You advertised the car at 54, 000 and the actual mileage is over 56,000 miles.2. The contract should have the correct cost of the car. You advertised it at $ 17,990.00 then charged me $18,000.3. The young woman, book keeper, who counted the cash should count large amount of money in front of the customer. I felt very uncomfortable with the money leaving my site and taking it to another location. After 10 to 15 minutes, The business manager, came out of the room told me an incorrect amount. I repeated myself about the amount. Once another 10 to 15 minutes past he shared It was all there. This is unacceptable behavior for professionals.4. Since your on line advertising automobiles. You know you have customers coming from other states and long distance. A large company like yourself should provide free drinks and free snacks for your customers. All magazines and books should be removed because of Covid 19. Hand sanitizer should be placed throughout your building to make others feel safe.In summary, Hometown Dodge employees needs to look at their procedures of receiving large amount of cash. Numerous problems could have occurred if the count was incorrect. I suggest you fill out your contracts with the correct cost of the car and mileage. After driving over two hour to get to your location I would of appreciated a free snack with my drink.I hope I'm helpful for your future customers and they give you all stars for their experience.

Very negative experience.Very disappointed.Found a Ford Ranger online. Spoke with a pleasant salesperson and explained I live out of state but would be willing to put a deposit on the vehicle. This was agreed upon and excepted. Due to the pandemic the ability to travel was limited and difficult. I am 5 states away.I called repeatedly to keep the dealership appraised of the situation. When I attempted to reach the sales contact she was no longer with the dealership. The other contacts I was given were difficult to reach. I was reassured no problem regarding a timeframe to pick up the truck .Imagine our surprise to see the vehicle back on the website. (Listed are double the price I had been offered when I left the deposit) My daughter called in and was told it had been sold .Many calls to get info and ultimately our deposit back.Told to speak with a manager, Tabor. This person left rude messages and was unwilling to offer the name of the dealership s owner ( James Ratcliff). I relayed we would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. This is NOT the way to deal fairly with customers and potential customers. In the midst of a public health crisis a business should not sell a car out from a buyer that already put a deposit down.Ironically we chose this dealership based on their decent customer service reviews.BUYER BEWARE!
