Serena has routinely been prompt and fantastic to work with either directly or via feedback from those I've recommended their way.

I cannot say enough good things about Cummings Collision! They are excellent people and you just can't hardly find a business today that takes care of their customers like these people do. They will work tirelessly to help you with any of your insurance claims and they do outstanding work. They warranty their work and do what they say they are going to do. They don't rip you off and they get your vehicle repaired very quickly. You will not be disappointed if you come here.

If you live in the OKC area or outside I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Cummings Collision in Union City, OK. They have been absolutely amazing to work with!!! I can t say I have ever had a company go so above and beyond. If you have a vehicle that s been in a accident or needing work done I would absolutely check them out!! I took my 2019 Acura to Cummings Collision after another shop failed to fix the damage to the rear bumper. After talking to Caleb and Serena I knew that I made the right decision. The previous shop simply tried to repair the dents and repaint the bumper. The same day I took my car to Cummings they ordered new OEM parts. Within one week my car was fixed and ready. The fit of the new bumper was spot on and the paint a perfect match. The quality of work is impeccable. Caleb kept me informed throughout the entire process and handled everything with my insurance company. Customer satisfaction is their top priority, and it shows in how they treat customers and quality of work. Can't say enough good things about them. I have a 2011 Shelby GT500 that I have put a lot of money into and needs minor body repair. After my experience with Cummings I wouldn't take it anywhere else. I highly recommend Cummings Collision for anyone needing car repair.

Caleb and Serena took what seemed like an impossible request and made it a reality. The damage to my vehicle was very unique, and the requested repair was completely out of the box . They used their expert staff, and extensive knowledge to make the request a reality. I have had body work done at other shops before, but none compare to the quality that Cummings gave me. Thank you to all of you and your entire staff.

Caleb and his crew repaired my 2016 Nissan Pathfinder. They did a fabulous job. It was done within a week and a half. I'm so impressed by the work and the efficiency of the work they completed. They also turned my insurance claim in so I didn't have to mess with it!

Cummings Collision did an amazing job on my car. I had bearing issues and it was making a bad whining sound while driving. They found a few other issues while fixing the bearing and communicated them to me in a way I could understand. Everything runs smooth and is quieter than when I bought the car! They also detailed my car! Far exceeded expectations!I would highly recommend using them and will be taking any vehicle problems their way from now on.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

Caleb and Serena are good people who know this business. They and their staff do exemplary work, they have top notch communication, and they repaired the damage on my car when several shops refused - at a very decent price! I cannot express how well they took care of me. I will always recommend them and their shop!

Cummings Collision did a great job fixing my husband's car that everyone said was not fixable. That is why we took a second vehicle to them after an accident. Unfortunately, the lack of attention to detail for this repair means I won't recommend or use them again.So you attack my integrity for putting body panels on when you did a frame swap that requires taking everything off the vehicle to include tires and exhaust, you would think a collision center would catch missing or damaged items before putting it back on a new frame. I understand wear items and that you couldn't test drive the vehicle but the loose bolts, leaks, pinched gaskets, damaged bushings, loose lug nuts and missing hose clamps should have been caught by someone who does this work. I appreciate the work that was done both times we had it to your shop but I certainly paid my bill for all of the parts and service rendered.

Cummings Collision has helped me a few times with my Dodge Journey. They are highly professional and friendly. I was extremely pleased with the constant updates of how things were coming along. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repair.

I can't rave enough about the customer service at Cummings Collision. Caleb and Serena went well out of their way to make sure I was taken care of - everything from towing my vehicle to assisting with communication to insurance company (which is always a headache). They also went above and beyond to make sure I completely understood every single part of the process. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am so thankful to have found a body shop that is more concerned with making their customers happy rather than their pockets empty.

After an encounter with Oklahoma wildlife on I-40 our Lincoln needed substantial repair to the front of the car. From the time the tow truck delivered our vehicle (and us) Caleb provided the most outstanding and over the top service experience that included the necessary communication with our insurance claim, provided transportation to a car rental agency, updated us periodically of the status of the repair, and returned our Lincoln to new condition in a timely manner. Just saying job well done does not even begin to express the excellent performance of Cummings Collision.Thank you to everyone at Cummings Collision that had a part in making our experience something special!

Great people who go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I've used them several times in the past and can't say enough how great they were to deal with not to mention the quality of work they do. Not only for repairs but they also detail vehicles. We have a couple of old farm trucks that we had detailed there and they seriously looked brand new when they were done and that's saying a lot considering the condition they were in. Give them a call, you will be happy you did!

We live in Newcastle, and gladly made the trip to Union City for the best customer service and professional job anyone can find in the state. I haven t seen either of them since High School, over 20 years ago. But when my hubby asked me who I knew in the area that does body work, Caleb is the first and only person I could think of, and I couldn t be happier that we looked them up and found them! The entire staff is genuine, honest, and provide over-the-top communication. They made our vehicles new again! Not only am I more than impressed with their work, I m so proud to see them growing their business. They are made to be teammates in this business and it shines thru their work. My wife needed remote start and I wanted to surprise her with powder coated wheels too. After meeting the owners I felt that it was time to take care of some other things I had put off ( new front windshield for my truck, and installing my bull bar). They not only took take of me fast and efficiently, they went the extra mile and to make sure I was happy.

Anything you can think up, these guys can handle. They have up-fitted trucks for me, installed air helper springs, power inverters, window tint, detailing vehicles, and of course body work. They have handled 1/2 tons all the way up to 15 passenger busses for me. I have thoroughly enjoyed doing business with Caleb and team!

This is best body shop I ve ever dealt with. The owners keep you in the loop with where the progress of your vehicle is. Their work is second to none and is done with maximum efficiency. I wouldn t take any of my vehicles anywhere else. They have a customer for life in me

We had our 300 repaired her and they did a beautiful job. 2 weeks later we were hit in a head on collision and our beautiful car was totaled out. 2 weeks after wreck my husband is still in the hospital and I am home recouping from injuries.

Take a short 10 minute drive west of Mustang and see Caleb and Serena Cummings if you want a very professional experience with your next auto body needs, I did and I am 100% satisfied with the quality and promptness of the work their staff performed on my Ford truck...you will be glad you did!
