Very honest. Excellent work. They let you know everything that is wrong but don't push you to do anything extra like some places. Quick repairs too. Most of mine were ready the next day.

Highly recommend! Can't say enough good things about this place. When you walk in you can see the whole shop is clean and organized and can tell that these guys take pride in their work. Bill and his team do an excellent job and are honest and trustworthy. I will always highly recommend Zephyr automotive! From their great customer service when you walk in the door up to the fair treatment I received. Usually whenever a young female walks into an auto mechanic, the mechanics eyes light up with all the money he's gonna make off of the clueless girl. The owner Bill is very fair and will help explain the diagnostics to this clueless girl! And most of all he knows cars! He can fix cars from this year or from decades ago! 1st experience was pleasant. 2nd experience, I was charged for a diagnostic test that wasn't requested. Then they gave me codes that I had already gave them from Advance Auto Parts. Be careful when visiting this mechanic.

Took my car here for a rattle noise coming from the passenger side rear end . They checked it out and found the issue sway bar link . Made appointment and got it fixed and was expecting it would cost a lot more but they was reasonable and upfront on cost . I would definitely recommend
