3hrs so far, to change 4 tires. Horrible experience. Never coming back here for service. I had an appointment at 4pm. got here at 4pm, checked In, and shop for a bit. Came back 1hr later, and my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. 1hr later and they finally took the truck. Didn't get done til 7:20pm. Now there's a flapping noise from the front tire. And they are closed already. Will have to go back tomorrow.

Needed to get my tire changed and the woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude. She was tall and skinny and a bit older. She talked over me multiple times and I noticed she did the same with other customers. Very unprofessional. I had a miss call from when they were finished with my car and so I called back and she continued to say when I call you, you need to answer. I did not find that funny, and neither did my family members who were with me. Don t waste your time here. Go somewhere else.

They get the job done but very slow service. Just to patch tire 2 hr wait all times I been there. It may be an incentive to make you shop.

Super quick for an oil change. Love the text updates! I noticed my mask was missing off my door handle. You must have touched it and got it dirty and threw it away and didn't tell me. I didn't like the young guy standing there talking with his friend while we were standing at the counter waiting to pick up the car. We had groceries melting away and he's chattin it up with his friend right at the entry arch to the automotive section. We waited longer than a minute and the guy kept looking at us standing at the counter.. comeon dude. Cut your conversation short.. you are on the clock!!

We were able to get a new tire and have it put on within 15 minutes. However the computers were messed up so it took us longer to pay for it but the service was amazing

I had to unexpectedly replace my battery this week. Ricky in the auto department was very knowledgeable and installed my new battery quickly. Had a major tire malfunction this morning on my way into town. Tired were purchased at a different store, that was unable to be reached on their computer. I asked the girl at the counter for a manager. Which promptly arrived. His name badge Indicated he was an assistant manager named JR. After explaining what happened to the tire. He was quick to decide to help me.While he was looking over my tire and the remaining tires I was trying to contact the store I bought them from. About the time they found my information to proceed. He said that he has already made a decision on what he was doing and I didn't need to speak with the other store.He did tell me he was very backed up and asked if I mind waiting a couple of hours. I agreed and he found the replacement and told the girl at the register ( I think her name was Amy) to write it up.Now, to pass the 2hours and get home.Thank you JR.

I got my oil changed at the WAC and the service was done in under 45 minutes. Do note that arriving early helps. My suggestion here is to call ahead, otherwise you may be waiting for a long time.

Have never liked going here but went because my other oil change place closed. They did the oil change quickly but messed my widow up to where it needs to be fully disassembled in order to go back on the track and afterwards my car wouldn't start and didn't tell my a word about it just handed me my keys and when I came back said "oh you need a jump" but offered me no help in looking at it even though I bought the battery from them that was acting up. Taking it to my mechanic he had me fixed up in 5 minutes and was flabbergasted as to why their "mechanics" wouldn't help me. Never go here for auto assistance because they only do the bare minimum then get upset when you hold them accountable.

I cannot even believe the stupidity at this walmart. Went to get 2 new tires on our vehicle today. We told the lady we wanted them on the front. She repeated that back to us. When they were done (a hour and a half later) we walked outside to see the tires on the back. We went back in and told them what had happened. They took it back in and instead of putting the new tires on the front and putting the old tires back on the back they had simply taken the front tires off and replaced them with the old ones from the back. Now, I'm no tire expert and I am only a 20 year old woman but I'm smart enough to understand the common sense that the new tires need to go on the front. At this point we have decided to fix the problem ourselves. I spent 300 dollars today for these people to keep me there 3 hours and still not get it right. Very unhappy with my experience.

I call needed a oil change told the young on the phone his reply was yes we can help come before 6pm I hang up nd arrived in ten minutes walk in identify myself for calling ten minutes ago he stated that they wouldn t be able to help me because they was only taking one person and it wasn t me he didn t say that part but you get what I m saying but he did apologize repeatedly for giving me the wrong information but still I m only giving three stars because he was nice with his curly hair

My car battery died and needed to buy a new one but needed a jump. The associate was very nice and came and jump me and got my car in right away and gave me a call to let me know It was ready.

I went in to get a tire patched on Saturday 12/16. Jerry was nice and concise. However, when I picked up my car, the lady said "it was noted that two of your lugnuts are rounded". My lugnuts, while not in perfect condition, are well taken care of. There is some wear, but no damage to the lugnuts on any other tire. The damage in question was caused by a tech poorly using an airgun to loosen/tighten the lugnuts. The pictures below clearly show where they didn't have a good grip before firing away.I appreciated the quick service, but I would have gladly waited the extra 2 minutes it would have taken to remove the lugnuts by hand if it meant I didn't have to buy a new set each time.

The main manager of the department is a very rude person who has been seen yelling at all of the people who are in the department. He was not apologizing to the customers who over heard him. He is rude and not customer oriented. I have went in the doors of the department for several years and have heard him yelling at the employees and he just needs to get fired. I have said something to the store manager about him and they haven't done anything to him or say to him that he was out of line or the attitude

You get what you pay for nothing more I prefer good customer service and the benefits from Firestone and take 5 oil change that Walmart doesn't offer

The only thing I do here is get the oil changed. So, I can't vouch for any of their other services, but they are pretty fast and have a nice staff.

I m just never happy when I try to use the services here. No matter if it s oil change to tires, it s always something. Mostly they are just rude

This place is truly awful. My husband and I both have had problems with the front desk staff and the service we recieved. Highly recommended going anywhere else but here.

Every time i bring my car here for an oil change, they act like it is a burden that they have to change my oil, sigh and mumble that its going to be 2 hours as if they are trying to get me to change my mind.

Strips my oil pan bolt and tells me it's my problem. Good way to make sure Walmart never gets another dime from me.
