Donnie and Jennifer were great to work with. We had a trailer break down and they were able to open up early for the axle surgeon to begin repairs and Communicated with us every step of the way. They worked their buts off and got the trailer rolling sooner than expected which made for a happy broker and a happy customer.Thanks for the great work!!!!

They know their stuff. Walked with the part i needed to replace, and he pulled it and checked me out in 2 minutes. Keep it up Utility Tri-State Tulsa!

Had my trailer worked on there a few times, this will be the last dose of that #&@$!. They skip half of the things you ask to be fixed, I guess they just try to repair the parts they want to. Maybe just the things that pay good ? I don't know. When you pick up your trailer to go back to work and you still have half the problems you took it in there for and the bill is twice what it should be that's B?#&@$+!!

Parts department was great got in the store and they greeted me with a good morning that was awesome. They had the light that I needed for my trailer and for a very good price thank you guys again utility

The service you get her is definitely hard to find. Mary went right to work getting things set up well before I made it here, Mark is the GM and lord knows that man is the best of the best! Jeremy is the Technician who stayed over just to complete the job well after closing. I really can't even find the words of saying how well of a team these guys are. And yes it was more ppl then those 3 who made sure this job got completed today. This is the type of service that is hard to find these days. They do this with a heart and I would definitely drive out of my way to let them do services that are needed moving forward. You guys are the real MVP'S....THANKS FOR HAVING THE PATIENCE YOU GUYS DISPLAYED TODAY, HARD WORK AND DEDICATION, GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING YOU GUYS HAD TO DO!!!! Could of easily went home and got back to it in the morning but you guys stayed after hours. What a real true blessing and may God continue to bless you guys and yall families

I had a fantastic experience here. They worked me right in and did a great job welding my trailer. Very reasonable rates as well!While I was waiting I went to the parts department to look around and kill time and the staff gave me a tour of the parts warehouse. Everyone was extremely friendly. That level of customer service seems to be rare these days so I'm very appreciative when I receive it. In fact, it was so pleasant that they will be the first dealership I call if I decide to upgrade to a newer trailer!

Took my truck in to have a lift gate repaired. Brought it in right when they opened at 7:30am. Everything was going ok until the repairs were taking a little longer than expected. So I called to get on ETA and to see what options I had because they were close to closing and I needed my truck for work the next day. They didn t seem real happy about me calling close to closing. As I was talking to the service desk lady (Jennifer) about me needing the truck, she hung up on me. The call was not disconnected. I clearly heard the phone hitting the base as she did it. I could not believe that just happened. I will be contacting the manager and the head office.

Thank you! The services are great. The people are great! Friendly, knowledgeable,and hilarious! Repairs I've needed, both, tractor and trailer, they've been there to get me back rolling. Nice establishment, good on pricing for parts and labor.

These people are Amazing i Dropped My trailer for a repair they finished it the same day. The Work is Excellent and the customer Service. Excellent. Free cold water

Between the service department and techs they had me in and out in 2 1/2hrs with a full brake job on trailer with DOT inspection. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen.

My husband went here searching for a part last week. They didn't have it but the woman at the parts counter called around/cross referenced what we needed and found it for us. You don't get that kind of service much anymore. Thank you!

I bought a trailer from the sales side and paid these mechanics to do a DOT inspection on it. Somehow they didn't notice that all 4 airbags were blown out and all 4 brake chambers weren't working so now I'm stuck with a trailer that I can't use.

I came as they were about to close and bought a spare tire rack to take with me and the manager ( Mike ) didn't hesitate one bit to help me put on my catwalk. Thanks again Mike also Mary was a pleasure as well.

Emptied out near by and found some roof damage that had been improperly done someplace else .I called these guys from the dock, they took me in straight away upon arrival , and fixed it correctly in 1 hour in the express lane.
