Trash work and wouldn t take a weed eater to these jokers . Im 100% sure I was lied to on a repair they supposedly did and charged me a thousand bucks and didn t even check my transmission fluid . DON T GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED ! Waste of time and money ! I have videos for proof on the transmission fluid . How long does it take to pull that dipstick out and check it ? The 1k I gave them shoulda covered that . Very very disappointing I thought these guys was were cool . Can t trust them and karma will take over eventually .

Took my 2014 Charger R/T to Twisted Wrench for some exhaust work based on a recommendation from a long time friend, Joe at U-Turn Automotive in Mounds. Tony got my car in quickly, did a quality installation of the new Vibrant 1762's and had me on my way. The work looks great and the car sounds awesome!! And, all at a very reasonable price. Charged us $3500 for a head gasket and air compressor repair and told us it would take a week. After a week we called and after dodging our calls for days they finally answered and said it would be another week. They ended up keeping the car for 3 months with minimal contact with us. Finally got it back and within two months of having it the air compressor started messing up again and it overheats/shuts off again. Can't get them to answer the phone, they have endless excuses, they lie and they'll steal your money. DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to spend a ton of money for repairs that don't last.

We were recommended here when the shop we tried to use couldn't do the job. We had been told by the Hyundai dealership that our brakes needed to be redone for $600! We said no and ended up here. After being told it may take the day we explained that we were leaving town and they got us right in. They even told us we didn't need new brakes! Their honestly and timeliness was amazing! We were driving from Arizona to Pennsylvania and broke down in the middle of the night. Called them first thing in the morning and dropped the car off within 3 hours they had figured out the issue and fixed the problem. Literally one of the best experiences I ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend.

I have been going to Twisted Wrench for years now the very best service ever. I would not go anywhere else but Twisted Wrench. I would Highly recommend them for the best service. I have a really great looking 2014 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 that I'm slightly OCD about and I totally trust them with my truck and no one else matter of fact. 2 word describes Twisted Wrench is Awesome.

I had several things done ranging from exhaust tips to radiator replacement. All diagnostics and repairs were done in a timely manner at a very competitive price. I've had very poor experiences with auto repair in the past but this time it was A1 all the way from my first conversation to the time business was concluded. Hats off to the entire team at Twisted Wrench!

Called him to see if they could throw in a O2 sensor for me as it was seized Even after missing one appointment they still squeezed me in later in the day and the best part yet the cost was half of what other shops had quoted me. Hard to find a mechanic that you can trust these days and I can tell this place isn't trying to rob your blind friendly guys too. Will definitely be back for anything in the future.Service: Exhaust

I've been going to Twisted Wrench Auto for almost 7 years. My first experience with them was when my car was about to go out while I was driving and AutoZone referred me to them. They stayed open late to help me.On one occasion, I took my car to Twisted Wrench requesting my brakes or brake pads be replaced. They told me that my car did not need any services done on my brakes. They could have taken advantage of me but they were open and honest and told me that I did not need any services made to my car.On another occasion, Tony has worked me into to the schedule so that I would not have to wait until the next week and go without transportation over the weekend.I appreciate the knowledge and honesty of the Twisted Wrench mechanics. I trust them and I will continue to refer others to their auto shop.To Tony and crew, keep up the great work you're doing and God bless you all!

My son has used this shop several times with very satisfactory results, quick, honest, and reasonable. So we went there when my daughter need work done. They did a good job on the electrical problems. Then overcharged on battery and installation. The vehicle need another part which they said was $160 plus $80 installation. We found the part at Auto Zone for $100 and it's so easy to install we can do it ourselves. So it seems that if you are a man, these guys treat you fine, but watch out if the vehicle belongs to a female.

Although I'm somewhat of a shade tree mechanic, I cannot work on new vehicles. Twisted Wrench is the only place that works on my vehicles. I've check around and honestly, no one is cheaper nor as good!! They've always been honest also. They don't talk down to you and always treat you with respect. I recommend Twisted Wrench to my family and friends.

Tony bo and the other guy i keep forgetting his name the do a great job on cars ill keep going to twisted wrench. I just wish they would return phone calls other than that their great i recommended them their awesome

Took 4 months to get my car back and then the transmission messed up again 2 weeks later. He had it 6 more months and it didn't even run for a day. Got a refund and took it somewhere else.
