Really appreciate the guys at Tulsa Truck Works. They will get you what you want and may need not what they feel they should get you. That s customer service! They are polite and fun to make deals with. They installed lift kit on my truck and put LED lights on my 63 impala. Couldn t be more happier. Take advantage of Black Friday with them. You will definitely be pleased.

Do not take your truck to these people. I installed a bull bar on my 4-Runner with the help of a friend. It interfered with my adaptive cruise control so I wanted it removed. I couldn t take it off by myself so I struck a deal with Tulsa Truck Works to take it off. I gave them the bull bar in exchange for the labor to take it off. A $200 bull bar. There were four bolts that were part of the vehicle that held the bull bar right behind the radiator. They took the bar off and didn t put the bolts back in. They also removed (stole) my plastic flashing below the bumper and installed some sort of waffle grid stuff underneath the engine so I couldn t see up under my truck. I ll NEVER recommend this place.

Tatted up and friendly!!! Spray in bedliner service. Same day service and I doubt I could have done it myself for less or any better quality. I would give more stars but this was a very basic service. I have no experience with their other services. I may go back to change out my running boards and get a truck cow catcher...

I visited Tulsa Truck Works and purchased window visors, hood protector, streamlined tonneau cover, and eyebrow tint. The guys on the service desk were professional and helped me select the best products for my vehicle. None of items were in stock but the guys ordered that morning and by 1600 the items were installed on my vehicle. The service technicians did a fantastic job installing all of the items. If you are looking for truck accessories give the guys a try at Tulsa Truck Works!

The employees were lethargic. One was trying to nap, at 9 am, and the other seemed inconvenienced at having to use the computer to look up bumpers for my truck.......which they had no suppliers that could provide for my vehicle. I guess they are doing good enough that they don't need to sell anything. I won't be back.

Installed a 5th wheel hitch for me did it very inexpensively and in about 4 hours also took care of everything I need for the pins and research on it.. just ask for Mike he will take care of you and all your truck needs.. will definitely use them in the future

Had very positive dealings with this company - Tulsa Truck Works. They did rails and bed liner spray on my 2022 Silverado. Outstanding results and people there.I will be back for my truck accessory needs.Thanks Tulsa Truck Works.

Don t waste your time here. They do terrible work, & will steal anything of value in your vehicle, then lie to cover it up. I called ahead to see if they bed liners themself, or do they send it somewhere else to get it done. They told me they do it on site themselves. When I go to pick my truck up, it s not ready & it s not there. They took it somewhere else to get the bed sprayed. The other people s equipment broke, & they were unable to finish my truck. There s more details to the story, but they never made it right, accused me of lying until I just walked away with disgust & frustration. It s a great place to go if want to ripped off.

At first I thought this was a great place. I took my truck to get new tires, ended up spending $3,000 on a new bumper, new side steps, and tires. The problem is the tires were crooked when they finished and they failed to mention it. I noticed and went back and I was told I needed some parts that were very expensive to fix the slight lift they had to do so the tires wouldn't rub. Later I found out that I didn't need what their mechanic had said, what I actually needed was work done to my suspension, had I known that I wouldn't have gotten new tires and all until after I had all that work done. How could the mechanic not know that the whole suspension needed replaced if he was doing work there? Or if he did know, why didn't he tell me so I could have used my money where I needed it more. Now I got all the work done, but now my tires are all messed up, and I mean they are bad and it hasn't even been 6 months. And they don't care about you after the sale. They will be the nicest people in the world while your there spending money, but once that's all done, unless you are there to spend more money, do not expect to be treated the same. If you have a problem, forget it, they don't care. All I wanted was the two tires replaced that were messed up because they were bad and it's their fault, and I got the run around. Don't leave your number and expect them to call you back, it won't happen, that's just too get you out of their face. I went there a few times, they didn't help. Apparently these must have been cheap tires or something, which is a shame, because that was my main want in the first place. Over $3k later and now I still have the same problem, I need tires. I won't change my review until they fix it, which I don't have much faith they will. All I want are my two tires replaced.

Amazing place!. I ordered a bed liner from there and expected take it home and install it. Not only did they install it for me but they also drilled custom holes to accommodate my add-on accessory tie down hooks! And did it in record time (15 mins). bed liner gave truck an even better look. Will return for future accessories if I need them

Had a leer shell installed today. I had to call them to find out if it was in but that s ok I didn t mind. So I made sure to clean my truck on the way as I knew access to the back window would no longer be reachable and I figured the shell would be clean so I d might as well have a clean truck to match. It took 1:15 to install it and they got me right in which was great. So when I was looking the shell over by myself outside. I noticed it was dirty and had markings that didn t wipe off easily. A sticker had been removed from the side and the residue was left with no attempt to get it off. The front of the shell was also dirty which can t be reached by hand now (without lifting it anyway). And last the black window trim on the back had a small scratch. After I went back in and found a sales man and brought him to look at it he did not have much to say other than offering to wipe it down. I was kinda disappointed they didn t make an effort to do a walk around with me when it was done to go over the install and everything that had been done. I also felt rushed when I was there ordering the shell one month earlier. The guy just didn t seem like he wanted to go over the features as much as he wanted to just close the sale. Inside the place is messy and not well kept. I don t plan to go back.

Don t waste your time or your money at Tulsa Truck Works. On 10/08/2020 I took my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado to have Halogen driving lights, A Headache rack, Fender Flares, and Power Steps installed that I purchased from Tulsa Truck Works. Mike, is the salesman that helped me. I spent over $5000 at this business that day. I am very disappointed with the quality and integrity of their work. First off, when they installed the Headache bar they installed it with a huge noticeable scratch. I didn t notice the scratch until I got home because they didn t call me until right at 5PM (which was closing time) to let me know my truck was ready to be picked up. As soon as I got home I was looking at the truck and noticed the scratch so I sent Chico a text message with a picture of the damage letting him know this needed to be replaced. He told me he would talk to the manager and let me know what they could do to make it right. Three weeks later they replaced the bar because I refused to have it fixed or repaired. Their employee that installed it admitted to seeing the damaged rack, but still installed it because he didn t want to get in trouble . The other problem I had with Tulsa Truck Works is that the fender flares I paid for were the Bushwacker flares which cost me $499 but they installed Rough Country Fender Flares those were $200 cheaper. Tulsa truck works painted and installed the the wrong Fender Flares, but refused to make their mistake right, because they had already painted the cheaper fender flares. Instead of doing the right thing and fixing their mistake they offered to give me a small discount if I purchased something else from their store. Unfortunately, for Tulsa Truck Works I will never do business with them again.A dissatisfied customer will tell many people about their experience.Happy customers who have their problems resolved will tell people about their positive experience. Customer Loyalty obviously means nothing to Tulsa Truck Works. Daniel

Was referred here by a friend. Was one of the first customers there at 8:30am to install Westin running boards on my tundra. They didn't even take a look at my truck until 10am and that's because I asked them why my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. Kinda sucks because other customers who came in behind me got their trucks serviced first. It was probably a miscommunication on their part but that doesn't matter to the customer. I just didn't want to be there all day especially with something that me and a buddy could have done together. Kinda like going to a restaurant, doesn't matter how good the food is, if you make the customer wait and there's no communicating, the customer won't even care how good the food is. I'm sure it's a good place with good people but this is just what I experienced going there. Not only was that bad but I received the wrong parts from the manufacture. So basically I waited 2 hours for them to tell me I got the wrong parts.

Caveat Emptor - Buyer Beware! I thought this was a good reputable business but found out first hand that the owner will not stand behind their work. I took my truck in to get my Retrax remote bed cover repaired under warranty. They replaced and installed the broken container but had to remove my cover and put it in the new roller container. I trusted that they had completed the job correctly and left with my truck at closing time on Monday. I was busy the next few days and on Friday I had to load some items in the bed of my truck so I walked to the back of my truck and noticed that there were several deep scratches in the top of my Retrax cover. I immediately called Tulsa Truck Works and they asked me to bring my truck in so they could look at it. Upon arrival they looked at the cover and told me that they couldn t help me because I didn t notice it immediately after leaving with my truck. I am very picky about my truck and take it in every time I get a door ding. The cover was immaculate before I took it in for repairs and now it has several deep scratches in it that resulted from Tulsa Truck Works doing the repair on it. DO NOT USE THEM OR PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORKMANSHIP!

These guys are probably pretty good at what they do, but I like someone who acts like they have time for me and not hang up on me when I call. I set up an appointment to get my truck tinted and I couldn t make it. I guess that made them mad. Oh well I gotta find someone else.

Today is Nov. 28th, 2017. I went to your store today and absolutely could not get any help. Six guys behind the counter...stood there twice for help. They looked at me but not a word.I have never been so compelled to walk out OF ANYWHERE....as I got to the door THEN a shout out.I went to Truck N Stuff....bought my husband his mud flaps and side boards. Outstanding customer service!Told him what happened at Truck Works..he said he gets alot of business just for that reason.Word of mouth will definetly happen! It was hard to even give them 1 star.

We have used them for all kinds of services for 2 different trucks and my wife's SUV. Reasonably priced, prompt, and they do VERY good work, great attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I had bought a new 2015 gmc 1500 and I had a 7" rough country lift installed at first but I was having traction control and stability control issues every time I turned so the tech recommended me to go with a bigger lift, so after installing the new McGaughy 7/9" "bigger better lift" I am still having the same issues but also having parts popping like something is loose and humming noises every time I turn while traction/stability control is still coming on, I have token the truck back like literally 100 times to get checked and the tech is saying everything looks perfect and there is nothing else he can do for me and is recommending me to go to a smaller rim and tire so there goes my dream truck and now I have to deal with these issues and be the average joe on 20" and 35" tires, other then that the shop is nice and the front desk workers are really nice and try to do everything they can to help. I will buy parts from them but never have them install anything for me agian intill they get better techs who know more.
