Sorta disappointed about my experience at the Tulsa Auto Doc. I just wanted to find somewhere in Tulsa that was affordable/reliable. I was quoted $2389 to have my battery replaced and fuel pump changed. To have the fuel pump changed the total was $1730. The part was $455 so that means the labor would be $1275. To have the battery replaced I was quoted $323. If it took 4 hours to replace the pump, that would mean their hourly rate is $318. I m aware what it takes to change a fuel pump and that it is a little extra work to get to with my car, but $1275 for labor seems insane. Anyway, I paid the $130 for the diagnosis and took my car out of the shop, found a cheaper part and a different location is installing it for me for $400 versus the $1275. Getting my battery changed and fuel pump replaced for a total of $900, which is $1489 cheaper than having my car serviced here. This place was great for a cheap diagnosis. Staff was super friendly, especially the woman working in the front, she was an angel!

I have finally found my FOREVER AUTO REPAIR SHOP! Tulsa Auto Doc!This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!The Staff is So FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.They make you feel like FAMILY! Loved Melody, She is a SWEETHEART! I highly recommend this place. They are HONEST AND DO GREAT WORK! Very Reasonable and Affordable Pricing. The Best Place Ever!Check out TULSA AUTO DOC! My car was having weird electrical problems. Jeff and his crew, checked the usual suspects after a diagnostic. Then checked some other things after they felt that the car was still damp. I had a sun roof leak, that I had just had repaired. There were areas that were still damp. They dried out the car. Cars today have so many wires and fuses in the front and rear of the car. Then next problem was and huge problem was the battery. I had that was installed by a road service company that has been around a long time. Well the battery they sold me obviously had been around a LONG time. As had the three previous batteries they installed because they couldn t hold a charge. Well Jeff cured that. Better battery! Tulsa Auto Doc is the place to take your car or truck if you care to keep it running right. Great service, very nice people, reasonable prices. Quick professional service at a decent price. Thought my 2010 Grand Caravan with 246,000?miles might need an Engine rebuild. They got it going like brand new with a basic Tune up!

I have worked with Jeff in the past and recently in town visiting and needed my work van looked over. Tulsa auto doc was able to get me in and able to get parts ordered and installed quick before I had to head back home. Even though the repairs were extensive due to some damage on the front right driver side he was able to fix me up and get me back on the road. I highly recommend TAD for your complete auto repair. They are knowledgeable in all areas and knew exactly what was going on with my van the moment he heard it running. Look forward to following Jeff's success at Tulsa Auto Doc!

I was recommended by family after suddenly having issues with my vehicle. Jeff and his team were able to have my car fixed and out within a day. All the staff there was so kind and made us feel like we were at home. I will be bringing my vehicle here for all future repairs from now on.

My experience with Tulsa Auto Doc was excellent. Service was fast and friendly and the results were perfect. It is so much better than dealing with a big dealership. I highly recommend them for a Toyota - or any car.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating! Unlike the multiple other places I had taken my car to be fixed, they actually provided a full diagnostic and fixed the problem I was having with my headlights. Also the Lyft service they provide when you need to leave your car there is an amazing service and something I m surprised isn t more common.

i won t go anywhere but tulsa auto doc. jeff runs an awesome shop with a lot of great people. communication and transparency is needed in the auto repair space and they are the best at it!

Ignition and sloppy fit into the keyhole began to make the truck more trick to get started. I searched Auto Electric on Google and received 3 businesses nearby. Top of this list at nearly 5 stars, is Tulsa Auto Doc. Meeting Jeff outside after a 2 minute conversation on the phone was more like dropping in on a cousin or a nephew. He was more interested in helping me than cost of repair. We made appointment for repair next day, I was provided a Lyft ride. Next day all was timely, fair-priced, and professional. Melody has a similar sense of humor markedly present in the hearts of family. These are the good ones, they make you feel welcome and assured you'll get great service. The new ignition feels like a brand new 15 year old truck. Blessed experience throughout.Service: Electrical repair

Jeff and his wife were extremely pleasant. They were kind, courteous and helpful. Jeff and his crew diagnosed my Trucks problem fixed it in a timely manner. After I picked my Truck up I noticed the muffler was damaged called Jeff no fault of his own but he paid to get it fixed. I appreciate Jeff , wife and Crew. Salute to you all. I have been going to Jeff for years and highly recommend him to anyone wanting honest feedback and a timely repair. They truly care about their customers (Jeff & Melody) and are absolutely wonderful people. I have always been able to get thorough explanations on what is going on with my vehicle and know I can trust Jeff with all my vehicle concerns and that it will be taken care of properly. 5 stars all the way :)

Jeff diagnosed my problem immediately when others couldn't. I thought it must be serious (and expensive) but it wasn't. The staff is as professional, thoughtful and competent as they come. You would be wise to come here first. I know I'll be back.

Quickly diagnosed, and repaired my issue with my 2020 Civic SI. He used better than dealer parts, which solved the problem and kept my cost very reasonable. I will definitely use Jeff's shop in the future before I work with the dealer again. I couldn't be happier!

Tulsa Auto Doc is a small, christian based automotive repair business which was an instant plus for me. Its owner, Jeff, and his technician Blake, are exceptionally knowledgable when it comes to automobile repair and they are extremely fair when it comes to their costs. I will continue to use them and I highly recommend them to others. I used them in generating a repair estimate on an older automobile, and while I didn't have the work done (by them or anyone else), I subsequently used them for doing pre-inspection checks on several automobiles I was considering buying, and they ultimately helped me land a pre-owned vehicle.

Went in for my 2014 Cruze having electrical problems and turned out to just be a defective part. Was expecting to be in the shop for a couple of days but turned out to be just a full day. Very friendly as well.

My names rowan lubecky, I've been coming to tulsa auto doc since I moved to tulsa, I've had a lot of issues with ym car and they have helped me time and time again, if you live in tulsa and are looking for a good reliable mechanic I recommend Anthony or Jeff here at this shop, they do amazing work and are honest great hardworking people, not to mention they've helped me beyond what any mechanic I've ever met would do for someone, I'll always stand behind this shop they do a wonderful job and will always be a business I recommend, from simple oil changes to getting into every part of the car to do maintenance

Having a son 4000 miles away with car trouble can be very disturbing. The dealership I purchased the car from was no help. Jeff helped ease my mind. Went in for the technician to check for a wheel bearing problem ,the tech explained in detail after he told me I didn't need them he kindly explained it was my tires, most places charge you just to look at your car, but this nice repair shop did not charge me a thing,his beautiful wife was so kind and professional helping explain how the shop repair was started. Very Christian oriented couple,love them!

Jeff is an honest, excellent, and very thorough mechanic who will treat your vehicle as if it were his own. He immediately found issues with my car that previous mechanics had not, and prevented further potentially serious damage due to a previously undetected oil leak.
