I had these guys put a wet kit on my 2018 kenworth with an automatic transmission. They did a great job for a great price. I didn't totally understand how everything would work on an automatic transmission, but Robert had great patience with me and helped me understand.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Its kind of a long story what happened so I will just give you the cliff notes version. I ordered a pto,pump and hydraulic tank cooler from truck and industrial parts. They sent it to me by way of Central Transport, Central lost every thing but the tank! So I called Truck and Industrial Parts just to get some info so I could file a claim with Central Transport bk it was obvious that is was due to Centrals mishandling of my parcel. So when I spoke to Robert at Truck and Industrial Parts he told me that he was going to send me another PTO! I said why would you do that it wasn't your fault and he told me that my opinion of them was more important than a PTO! I couldn't believe it, and a few weeks later I received my new PTO! These guys are amazing I will always use them.

I don t even know where to start with this place. Sadly I was recommended by my parts dealer to go here because I had broke down in Tulsa. They replaced both of my rear-ends because they diagnosed the wrong rear-end to begin. So I went ahead and got both done since they had taken it apart and dropped the oil. They damaged my yolk and put it back on like that so it blew it out the rack and pinion seal 4 days down the road. Left me stranded and they didn t want to own up to there mistake.then 10k miles down the road the front differential starts leaking from the front side and come to find mostly all bolts were loose. So here I am stranded again on a Friday night and have to pay for it to be re-sealed. Yet again they don t want to own up to their mistake. Here we are again 28k miles down the road the back one starts leaking. Call them again and instead of sending someone to get it checked out or atleast helping out with the break down. He tells me bring it in you re not that far and I m 300+ miles away. So if you guys want to spend time on the side of the road and paying for road services out of pocket this Robert guy is your place to go to!

Do not stand behind their repairs. If they repair and you break down outside of Tulsa on a Friday night and get it refixed, your our out of luck. The U Joint didn't last 57, 445 miles but they are sorry about our troubles, apparently they have a taillight guarantee
