By far the best experience I've ever had at a body shop. Mike is Great, Charles is Great, and the techs are absolutely amazing at what they do. Brand new to me again highly recommend

Trident was the best!!! I was visiting family in Tulsa and about to head back to California when I got in an accident. They completely exceeded my expectations! They took my car right away. Once they received parts they were speedy in completing the work. And most importantly to me, they communicated with me throughout the process.When I got the car back I had a problem with the battery. It turned out that at the accident the battery was disconnected by the attending officers and was slightly damaged causing the car to shut down. Even though Trident didn t have anything to do with the battery issue they fixed it for me anyway at no charge.Erin and Joanne were super friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I would def recommend them to anyone who wants their car fixed like new, quickly, and with a smile.

Well, the body works! While minding my own business, traveled 55 MPH on Hwy169 on the 76th St bridge one morning on my way to work. When the van in front of me came to a complete stop! I was able to stop but the car in behind me did not! Well, she rimmed me well. To make a long story short, I scheduled to drop my car off at Trident Car Collision not realizing it was spring break. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong! Hertz, the car rental did not have my reserved car ready and was not able to come to pick me up as promised. And I was in excruciating back pain due to the accident. Well, everyone was nice! Joanne, the receptionist made me some hot apple cider and blessed her heart! The Boss ended up dropping me off at my job. Because I was stocked with no transportation. That was nice of him! And, I am very grateful for that. When it was time to pick up my car I was veryimpressed. The car was cleaned inside out, and the tires aired! Micheal and Joanne are amazing folks, and so is the rest of the crew. Please, stop by and say Rachel send you. Now listen, I never encountered nor experienced such superior customer service anywhere else in my 36 years of living in Oklahoma! Thank you guys for restoring my faith in the human race! Thank you, thank you, and thank you! You have a customer for life. And may God bless!

Very helpful after my car wreck. They were very polite and courteous. They arranged all the details with my insurance company and called every few days to give me updates. I'm very pleased with the end result. They were professional, kind and honest. I will use them anytime I need work done on my car. Their work was exceptional. I will recommend them to everyone.

I truly cannot say enough positive things about this place. After hitting an uninsured couch, this place made getting my repairs done absolutely painless! After being treated like I barely exist at other places, this place shocked me... I was given a quote within 10min or so.. There was a guy in the parking lot as I was pulling up who even pointed to where I can park (thank you sir). Thank you putting my mind at ease and fixing that tire problem for free. Was not expecting that at all. Excellent customer service.I'll be back and bring my car in whenever i hear back from my insurance company.Thank you Erin for being so helpful.. made my day.

We called Trident to get an estimate on damage to our front end and they were quick and so helpful. Right before we were due to bring it in to be repaired- we were rear ended and so we took it back to them while we were on vacation and they handled the insurance company issues on our behalf. Our car ended up being totaled, but the fact that they weren't even going to repair the car at their facility but still helped us out with everything showed just how stellar this place is when it comes to customer service! Erin was so kind and helpful as well as Joanne. I Will definitely use them and refer in the future.Service: Body & Trim

Trident did flawless collision repair on my SUV to say the least! I'm overly impressed with the work they did and the diligence they accomplished it with. I never had to call for an update, I was always informed, they got me in and out in incredible timing compared to other shops availability, and I picked my vehicle up looking brand new inside and out. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will ALWAYS use Trident for as long as they'll have me for all my family's vehicles. It takes a lot to make a life-long customer out of me but they sure did. Don't waste your time anywhere else!!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
