I only wish I had before and after pictures to show. First class service and results from beginning to end. Jason and Fabio were great to work with through out the process. Supper friendly and warm environment that you will notice right off bat when you get your vehicle's estimate. End results- When I picked up my car it was obvious that Jason is a world renowned PDR technician.

I am so happy with the way my car turned out. Jason and his team are incredible at communication and working with my insurance to get my car repaired. I had extensive hail damage all over my car, and now she looks good as new. I would absolutely recommend them!!!

I have taken my car twice to Hail Factor for repair. The first was a large dent from someone backing into the wheel well and the second was after my car was pounded by golf ball size hail causing dozens of dents everywhere. Just picked it up today and it looks like I just picked it off the show room (see photo). They even did a professional grade detail! Amazing. Highly recommend. And, if you are a cyclist, these guys support local cycling as well.

The Hail Factor did an outstanding repair on my Kia Niro! The hail damage was gone and the car looked brand-new - even vacuumed and cleaned! Jason went above and beyond with the service provided, made sure I understood the process with insurance and kept to everything he said every step of the way. The shop is clean with a modern style. And everyone there was nice and welcoming!

Don't hesitate to bring your car here!! I bought my dad's Lexus after he passed recently and it was pristine. I got a quarter-size dent on the passenger door in a very visible spot, looked like it got hit with a hammer. Man, I was sick about it. I called Jason at The Hail Factor and he got me in quickly. After explaining what he would do and the reasonable cost to do it, he went to work. In 15 minutes my car backed out of the garage and I was flabbergasted: the ugly dent was GONE! I mean GONE GONE!! That meant more than you know, Pops would be happy. Friendly, reasonable, quick, and great quality work. Thanks Jason, it made my day!

Stopped in to get an estimate, couldn't get any work done or get a scheduled time to perform the work needed to fix my vehicle, but the customer service I received while talking to Fabio was absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, and knowledge guy. Helped take my info to receive a call back appointment, and talked about several options for the repair. Definitely recommend giving these guys a shot. Fast and friendly service!

Jason and Josh are the best. I've used these guys 3 times now for paintless dent repair, and they never disappoint. They also gave me a first-class referral for a body shop for my other needs. Jason even supervised the work of the mobile glass company that came to replace my windshield. These are some cool guys that genuinely care... not to mention they are complete perfectionists. 6-stars!!!

Jason is the man with the plan, from quality repair to excellent customer service. My wife s Kia incurred a lot of damage from the recent hail storm - Jason was able to get our car repaired within 4-5 days. The car looks brand new, even with a hood replacement. Again, Jason thank you for taking such great care of us!

Dropped my Buick off on Monday and picked it up on Friday. Jason did EVERYTHING!! Worked directly with my insurance company, gave me a ride back to my work and even told me I could leave my rental car for them to pick up(Enterprise) when my car was ready.Amazing experience and I will definitely be using The Hail Factor in the future

Superb service in the blink of an eye. Car suffered hit and run in driver side rear passenger door in grocery store parking lot. Minor damage but it was dented in slightly. Dropped by The Hail Factor on the way to work downtown last week on a whim and Jason immediately gave me a quote and we set an appointment up for today, 10/23/18. Dropped car with him at 8:30am that morning and received a text that all was done by 10:00am. On top of fixing the hit and run damage, he also addressed 2 vertical door edge dings in the door that were painfully visible. As a lagniappe for my patronage, Jason also polished out one of my headlights that was just slightly cloudy. In any case a great experience from a dude I just stumbled across driving by his place. There are still good people providing good service out there so if you need some PDR work done, look Jason up!

High quality work. Super friendly. You can tell he cares about his profession. Lots of high-end vehicles were in there when I was there which tells you a lot about his reputation. Definitely going back if I ever need more work done.

I should have reviewed these guys back in 2020. They did a fantastic job at repairing my hail damage and also got some other paint issues fixed. I am 100% pleased.

They were fantastic! My car has ceramic coating. They were able to repair all of the hail damage without damaging the paint or the ceramic coating. I would highly recommend them!

I dropped in without an appointment to deal with a small door ding and asked if they could help out. They offered to schedule something with me the following week, but when they found out I was only in town for just a few days they squeezed me in right away since they wanted to help me out. The work looked great, the price was right, and it was immediately clear they re running a great business.

I had a plethora of dents removed from my Civic. The service I received was excellent and for a great price. They were done faster than i expected. The even offered a beer while I waited for my ride.

They repaired the hood on my 2013 Cadillac Escalade and my wife s 2017 Tahoe. Could not even tell there was ever hail damage from 2020.
