They had a lot of smaller Chinese made 4 wheelers in stock, and those are cheaper than the other name brand motorcycles, which is good. It took a while to get our 4 wheeler running, but they stayed late and got it going. They didn't have the correct battery, but they said I could come back and exchange it for the correct size. I haven't done that yet.

I brought a Massimo side x side in for repair a month and a half ago per dealer website they were a authorized repair shop. Dropped if off on a Thursday to never hear from them again.. I have called several hundred times, found them on Facebook left messages there, stopped by the shop 108 times with no response!! It's as if they have shut down or something... all I want is my unit back!!

Junk from day one. I bought 2 ATVs and the owner/manager said 6 months parts warranty. 5 months later I had a list of issues from broken chain housing, muffler cracked, rear breaks seized up, bent wheel rim ( since the time of purchase - my child did not know something was wrong until they swapped then told me it does not ride like his brothers. ) It even broke a bolt to tighten the chain. I could go on and on with the list I told the guy. I also informed him that the rear end on one was about a quarter to the right and it keeps throwing the chain. He did not say anything except there is only a motor warranty, yet we called up there before and stated it is still under his warranty that he told us and he said bring it in. I was a non stop mechanic to repair the ATVs from constant thrown chains or something breaking or falling off. I had to change most of the bolts so they stay in. I understand they can get loose but not 30 minutes after they were just tightened. My kids have 10 acres of land to ride in and there is no obstacles, just flat riding. So it is not riden hard and the ATVs just can not withstand lite riding. This is a place I would not ever go back to or tell someone about. They do not keep their word and their product is a waste of time and money.

So a friend of mine was having problems with the moped and brought it up to this place to get it fixed multiple times. Now I seen bad reviews and warned him but he went any ways because of how close they were in terms of location. Every time he went there they would takes almost months to fix the vehicle when clearly they have scooters and mopeds on sale. In the end it was costing him more money just to wait for repairs.He spoke well of the woman who was part time running it since she was often friendly to him and the mechanic gave him a full detail description of what was wrong and what got replaced. The owner however seemed to be an issue since They would never call him back when they said they would to update him or to tell him a thing cannot be fixed.I convinced my friend to go to another store to get things done since this place either takes forever to fix something or just does not seem to care about their customers.4 out 10 do not reccomend if you need something done right away.

I Would give ZERO stars if I could We put $1000 payment down on a 250 hawk over 2 weeks ago and it stopped running the same day The lady Audrey (illegally) gave us 3 extra tags on top of the one she put on the bike and (illegally) financed the bike to us without going through a finance company, (she is taking payments under the table) which told me something was off about that place .. and I believe it was all because she knew that that bike didn t run properly and that it would quit running When we got the bike home we realized the speedometer was unplugged and being as it was unplugged the miles are likely 100% wrong The owner Audrey wanted to brag about being high while on the job and how scatter brained she was.. and that she is !!!!The day of the bike breaking down we tried calling and showing up to the bike store for a week straight And leaving voicemails until the message box was full .. And The place ended up being closed even though it was supposed to be open Her excuse was she was in Florida and her mechanic quit and she had no idea her business was closed for a week .Now they have the bike we paid $1000 cash for a down payment and we are out of a bike and $1000 cash They say it will take weeks in to get a part and don t know if the part they ordered is honestly even the problem at all She offered us a refund and we gladly wanted to take it until she turned around and said no actually I have to honor this contract (illegal contract) (she said she doesn t have the $1000 she spent it) the company is going broke and none of there machines run. She offered a loaner bike while ours is sitting waiting for a part.. FINALLY SOME HOPE ( in hopes the new part even fixes the issue ) and we show up for the loaner bike.. and lone behold the loaner bike won t even start!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!! I m so fed up with this place. We honestly just want our money back and she wants to sit and make everything about herself and her half a** business She doesn t know anything about these bikes and just hired a new mechanic and he couldn t even get the loaner bike started No one there knows what they are doing and this place is not trust worthy . Full of excuses This is the biggest mistake we have ever made She says she is trying to do what s best for everyone , when that s clearly not true.. we are out of a bike and $1000 she is trying to do what s best for her sinking ship of a business . PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE!!!! Don t buy or finance anything here!!!!!!! Take our advice! These bad reviews don t exist for nothing!!!(ALSO NOT AFFORDABLE LIKE THE BUSINESS TITLE SAYS THEY ARE ASKING 2600$ FOR A BIKE THAT IS $1000 ONLINE) ( I UNDERSTAND HAVING TO MAKE MONEY But that s just a scam And absolute False advertising)

I bought a TBR7 back in March 23 2023, still have not received the Title,7 months not Title, 4 months ago Aubrey Hullett said, she do everything to get me the Title an stopped returning phone calls !

The Affordable Store ATVs in Tulsa, is horrible. The lady (April) or whatever she wants to call herself today, the one who runs the place is beyond unprofessional. Please save yourself the headache. I support small business always, however, I do not support discrimination nor rude business owners who try and intimidate their customers. Please don't make the same mistake as many have. This person has so much hate in her heart it's sad. Also, she can come up with the most extreme excuses I have ever heard.If you choose to take your equipment here for service or purchase something from here, document, document, and document some more. She will tell lies after lies and give excuses. Please do your research and look at Yelp Reviews, Google reviews, and FB reviews before making your own choice. They are unprofessional and try and intimidate their customers with threats. This has been our experience and my opinion.

Incredibly unprofessional and lacks integrity and accountability. Not people of their word and like to swing around terms like don t have to serve people like you to people of color plus they mention and show their loaded gun in order to not take responsibility for something of their doing. The owners are mentally unstable, be careful when walking into this establishment. There are plenty of other small businesses to support, Affordable Atvs is not one of them.

Does not back up their work. Owner never calls back when she says she will. Says one thing then does another. Owner was yelling and very unprofessional. If you choose this establishment do your research and make sure you keep detailed documentation and take before and after pictures. The Owner lies and makes excuses.

Purchase a Go kart and atv for my boys May 2020.Paid cash for both and the old guy says they have a one year warranty. They were sure nice and helpful eager to please at the time. A month later I stop by and ask the old guy that the go kart a crack frame and bolts missing. Old guy just says there is only 6 months warranty on the motor. I said that not what you said when I purchased it a month ago.I just left.I just recently had stop by to ask some questions. "Did not go well". Long story short, I will never do business with them again and I would recommend anyone and everyone to not purchase anything from them.They are not honest, friendly and rud.I know that these chinese made toys are not the best or of any quality but atleast the people selling or running the business should be.Please take your money elsewhere, especially with someone that is rud and not honest.

Place is closed down and we have a ssr125 inside that was supposed to get worked on and cant get ahold of anyone to pick the bike up

I was given a Chinese ATV that was a complete mess! The wiring was completely ruined in the this thing and looked like a nightmare! I took this ATV to 6 different shops and I was informed that I needed to scrap it and just buy a new one. I called Affordable and they assured me they could fix it. I had my doubts but after dropping it off I received a phone call the next day around lunch and they informed it was fixed and running like a champ. I was so pleased with the work they had done and the kindness they showed towards me. I even received follow up calls to make sure it was still running correctly. This is the type of business I would recommend to anyone! These guys saved me around 4,0000 dollars! Super excited with their work! Thanks guys!

I bought a 2021 125cc hellcat , charlie met me at the tag office to a get the title in my name and get a tag , Anthony is the mechanic that serviced the motorcycle before I took it, he is very knowledgeable.Very happy with the experience.

Went in to browse the store, owner offered me a personal scooter that she had, then a different customer was looking for a bigger Gromesque type of bike so suggested he look at it... Looks like she might sell it to him, I'm still looking for what's best for my needs....she was nice to deal with.

Worst service ever. The owner treated me very rudely, then tried to charge me $20 for a used, rusty clutch cable.I needed a clutch cable and new air filter for my dirt bike. Very basic components, right? Well, I when I called and asked, the owner told me they had whatever I needed. So, I get there, and I walk in to find that this place is some kind of furniture store. I asked the owner where to find parts. He was fairly rude as he told me to go all the way around the building to the parts building. When I got back there, there was an open and clearly labeled door that I could have used instead of walking all the way around. Then I asked the tech for a clutch cable. They didn't have any new cables, only two used and rusty cables to choose from. They owner then burst into the room, interrupting the tech and I in mid sentence to ask if he found what I needed. I showed him the rusty cable, which didn't even match the one I needed, and told him I could do a little fabrication and "make it work". To which he replied, "Twenty bucks." They sell new for $10. I said no thanks and handed it back to him. He got mad and rudely ordered the tech to put the item back as I walked away. Total jerk. I never even got a chance to ask about an air filter. Any reviews that claim 5 stars at this place are clearly fake.

Experience started off well. Got the bike home, nephew started it and then the bike malfunctioned. It could have hurt him badly. We knew it was nothing on our end. But the owner (over the phone) belligerently told us he knew exactly what we had done and they were not at fault. We bring the bike in and got the same routine from the owner; Very rude, condescending, and unhelpful. BUT! The mechanic out back was wonderful. He found the issue, which turned out to be their fault. I cannot recommend anyone go there. Its my own fault for ignoring these reviews. You ve been warned.

We purchased a four wheeler a few months ago for the kids and had a great experience. Staff showed us all the available options and we have been happy with our purchase.

Not good service at all. The guy that works in the back shop is awsome great guy works very hard and will help you out a lot. The owner is not a nice person and when you call them and ask to speek with someone in the shop they almost always direct me to him. The shop is very busy always and it is hard to get ahold of them. This is also because they are so busy but it has taken them over two weeks to replace the throttle cable because they ordered the wrong size twice and now I have to order it myself. It is cheap service so I guess you get what you pay for. Just keep tabs on them because that is the only way anything will get done

Unfortunately I had to give one star to complete my review. The old man is one of the rudest people I ve ever met. The mechanic Scott was very nice and helpful, the old man is disrespectful to Scott as well as to customers. Very over priced... kindness or rudeness makes a huge difference. Word of mouth is the best advertisement, or worst.

Just what I was looking for. I was looking online for a four wheeler for my 6 year old and wanted him to be able to actually sit on one and make sure I got the right size for him. Online shipping is also outrageous for ATV's. The mechanic in the store was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about maintaining the atv. Would definitely reccomend.

I needed a simple little stool or something I could just sit on, nothing fancy just needed it in black. Told em $20-30 and they immediately said only $20?? They were rude and basically treated me like they could care less about my measly money, not to mention the girl KEPT trying to sell me things for $100-200 and not even remotely what I asked for. Horrible business.

The owner is rude... Borderline illegal practices. DO NOT TAKE UR ATV, GO KART, OR ANYTHING MOTORIZED HERE! He will steal ur good parts, and jimmy rig EVERYTHING to fit the WRONG part in... Then charge u for it. Im turning him in to the better business bureau. And fully intend to sue this man. U have been warned.

Below mediocre work. Crooks that change out your battery for a beat up one and the one thing that I needed on my moped fixed was the lock key to my seat. Looks like they just banged it in there with a hammer and called it a day. Now I m unable to use it once again. Terrible. And the worse part is the owner (BUD) totally unreasonable and a lacking in respect.Seriously, save your money and time and do not service with these guys.Here s another warning.

Worst experience in the world. Have a 2007 Kawasaki ninja, took it for repair, 4 months just yesterday and $500 down the drain the bike turned off on me and wouldn't turn back on. The owner is very rude and gave me the run around the whole time. Same bs just a different day. Plan to take to court.

Very nice people. I did they're layaway program and am very happy with my new bedroom set. They did everything in their power to make me happy.
