Great professional personal service. The guys at Tate Boys got my brake issue fixed quickly and creatively to get me back on the road after a buisness trip. Kyle, Micah and another Kyle worked quickly and efficiently and kept me updated every step of the way. Wouldn t have made it home without them.

I took my vehicle In for an alignment. They found an issue with one of the components. I took it home and repaired it, the called them 1 hour before closing and they said to bring it in and they would have it done by closing time. They called 45 minutes later with the work completed. I don't know of ANY other place that would do that. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them.Ron W. Tulsa, OK

The South Tulsa location, is super pleasant and easy to work with. They take great care of my families vehicles, and always, making sure they re safe for families and the open road.I will return for all my auto repairs mechanical or tires, batteries, oil changes, etc.

Loved that they were able to get my car in quickly, and had great communication with me about everything they found and needed to be done plus some things they recommended. Didn't feel pressured to do any fixes. Justin was the gentleman I worked with all day. He was great. Prices seemed reasonable as well. I will be back

What great service! Such a breath of fresh air with Tate boys in today s culture where customer service is lacking in other businesses. Some people don t know the terms Customer Service and have good work ethic, but Tate Boys do both!

The service manager and store manager worked above and beyond my expectations to fix my truck. An incredibly awesome experience. P.S. My go to tire store for the past 8 years didn't go to bat for me like the South Tulsa Tate Boys did.

They done a good job. I had several problems wrong with my vehicle. They took me right in and fixed my vehicle right then. at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them . Very friendly and professional.. Kyle was very helpful. Thank you Tate boys.

Go to Atlas Automotive if you want to be treated well. Places like this only care about making money. This place won t hesitate to take advantage of you. I took my car in to have a serpentine belt replaced went early in the morning and they told me they would have it done in a hour or two. I call to check on my car three or four hours later and they told me something came up and they would have to keep the car overnight. They told me I needed all this extra work done I didn t even need. I got sketched out and decided to do some research and try to find a better place. Atlas is where ANYONE should go if you care about being treated fairly and getting quality and honest service. Y all know you do wrong by people here. Shame on you honestly. I will NEVER be back. They do NOT care about their customers. Eventually you will reap what you sow it s just a matter of time. Taking advantage of people who work hard for everything they have. It s messed up.

Been to this shop multiple times, this time for ball joints on a jeep wrangler. I live close to there so easiest to just drop your vehicle off so youre not waiting, but always been satisfied with their work and pricing. Good group of folks working there.

Their coupon for a cheaper oil change was awesome and they were very polite and helpful, they did the oil filter change quick and easy but they really talked up their free tire rotation and a free fluids top off and we received neither of those

Phenomenal service. David at the front desk was very cordial and got me in for a tire change within the hour. Two tires in 25 minutes at half the price of the dealership. Will be coming back without a doubt.

I cane in for an oil change and wheel rotation. The agent helping me was so friendly and helpful. He asked if I wanted the wheels aligned also- he said it s free .. I believe the rotation and alignment were a promotion, but at this time that was unknown to me.After 2 hrs my car was ready and I was shocked by the bill! It was under $60.00!!!!! Thanks for the promotion and discount. This was great, but the best surprise came when I drove away. The car ran so smoothly and quieter! My car is 22 yrs old and now I feel it could last a whole lot longer! Thank you TATE BROTHERS!

David was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop. The tech did a very good job with everything. Got everything.done. 4 tires mounted and balanced and a 4 wheel alignment done in just about 2 hours flat. Very good job

Sent my wife for an oil change in a 2023 with 3700 miles. She was issued a digital summary that indicated her rear brakes were at their service limit and need replacement. False information to take advantage of a female who is perceived as an easy target.

Well, headed to oklahoma city. Stop in at this tate boys to have them check a shake in my front in. I buy all my tires at the tate boys in Bartlesville. They are great, but after finding out I had warranty on my tires, 81st tate boys took one look at my car and told me it was probably mud. I needed to take it to a car wash. Didn't even pull it in.really ???? Hope I make it to ok city and back. Would hate to be stuck on this turnpike.

I REALLY appreciated them getting me in so close to closing time.I was having a fast leak in one of my tires and they were so nice to allow me to come have it fixed, FOR FREE, just before closing time.I have purchased tires from them in the past and will continue in the future.

I never leave reviews for anything, but this is easily the best service I ve ever had. The Broken Arrow location was trying to scam me and play games like they didn t mess up my brakes. Took it in a 2nd time and they had the nerve to say to my face they had 2 mechanics look at it and there was no issue. So I took it to this location and they spotted the issue immediately. They fixed the other store s problems for free, and he even threw in 2 free tires for the hassle those guys put me through at the BA location. I will be going to this store from here on out and I m never setting foot in the BA location again. These guys are awesome!

Absolutley incredible customer service!! I was expecting the typical dingy, worn out auto service garage. No, this place is CLEAN and bright, the waiting area has a kids play area that I would let my grandkids play in.The desk staff are customer focused and most importantly honest. I noticed the counter guys were never staring at their phones when not engaged with customers. Great job from management on customer focused training!My service was fast and reasonably priced and they didn't chase me away when I took a look under my truck when it was up on the lift.Thanks Tate Boys your doing it right!
