Went in to get a tire patched and they got us in and taken care of in a very timely manner. The customer service was above and beyond and the people there made a stressful day a lot less stressful. A great place to go if you're in the area.

Had to get 4 tires replaced. Dallas the service manager took great care of me. Was in and out in under an hour for a fraction of the price I d been quoted elsewhere. Super impressive sevice and quality tires for a great price! Highly recommend.

Getting an alignment done. First off my appointment was at 9:30am. I checked in at 7:30am. The guy said to go stay in my truck and he would go and get me. At 10 am I walked in the office they apparently forgot. I asked the guy after my truck has been there for more than 2 hours how much longer it would take, his answer was how much ever longer it s going to take me that s when I m done. How do businesses survive with such attitude, work ethics and customer service while charging an arm and a leg. Told the manager, I assumed he was a manager about his employee attitude he seemed didn t care. Didn t even say a word. if you re in Tulsa, don t ever come here. I would give no star at all but that s the only way you can write a review.

They were very accommodating I had 3 large tires that I couldn't get mounted on wheels and they took care of them with no problems at all and was very nice and polite and we didn't have to wait long at all thank you T&W TIRE

Very good service here. It's a busy shop, so good luck on your timing, I was able to get right in.. Service writer was friendly and professional, and techs were on task taking care of service. Good selection of new and used tires. Comfortable waiting room, but I wasn't there long enough to use it, thankfully. Highly recommended for tire service.

I will never come here again. So very slow and they blew my tire up and then the office guy came out yelling at me. After the shop guy just set on the floor in shop by my truck for 30 minutes before he ever started to work on my truck then he blew my tire up. Will never come here again. Took for ever. Wish I could give 0 stars. Always slow but never again.

Took my truck in for 3-point alignment. Bolts in axle were left loose, allowing bolts to wallow out bolt holes. Shims were put in backwards, cambers, and alignment were off. T&W refused to stand behind their work, instead offering me a refumd of alignment cost.

I found them completely by accident one day on my way to work. Of course I was running late and had a leak in my back tire. I stopped at one of those big tire stops and was told they might be able to fix it in a couple of hours. So I googled places in my area to get my tire fixed. The gentleman came right out and checked it. Turned out to be a bad valve stem. I was back on the road in 5 minutes.

Best experience I've ever had at a tire shop. Instead of trying to sell me a new tire right off the bat they said they could repair it, the patched it an hour after I dropped it off and whenever I picked it up they wouldn't let me pay for it. By far one of the best, honest, repair shops in town. They just got a loyal customer today and I'm sure several more from the word I'll be spreading. Instead of taking your business to a place like Hibdon or Robertson, bring these guys your business. They are the best around! Shout out to Brian! You guys rule!

These guys are great. I was wanting to put the largest tires possible on my Motor Home. They tried several sizes and ended up with a tire that was larger than I had so I happy and appreciate their effort to get me what I wanted.

I have a 28' class C R.V. and needed an alignment done. This place was clean, quick and reasonably priced. I have no problems recommending this establishment if you have a need to get your RV aligned.

I had my tires replaced last year and got new brake pads today from here, this is my favorite place to visit for any car troubles bigger than wipers. The people there are always nice and deliver great service. The prices are great and even though I live in Tulsa I always make the drive to here because I know that whatever I need it will be done right.

I recently purchased a lifted diesel truck that was pulling to the right I took it to two different shops in Tulsa and came back with the same results and a large bill I decided to take it to t&w tire because I have heard of their expertise when it comes to truck alignment. It was a great decision they came up with the simple solution of rotating my front tires My truck steers perfectly down the road thank you so much Darren newfield at t&w tire

Got here at checked in and sat down and watched them help the three people that came in after me.Sat here for 3.5 hours and they ve taken 2 of 6 wheels off my truck. Seriously. Go somewhere that will do better. Will never be back here again.

Had a small nail puncture our tire and wanted to get it patched/repaired. They didn t charge us and all we had to do was tip the repairman. Amazing service in a timely manner and just blessed to have pulled over and get assistance here!

My family uses T&W Tires in Ada, so T&W Tires in Catoosa was definitely the place I wanted to go after recently moving from home. Though I did have to drive 30 miles to get there, my experience was well worth the drive. Parents, this is the place you want to send your kids if they're new to having to handle their car problems on their own, and women, we all know how it feels to be targeted at the auto shop. I felt safe and comfortable with all of the employees, and found the prices to be completely fair; I knew I wasn't being jerked around. Thank you T&W Tires (especially Tito) for making what can often be a scary, nerve-wracking experience so easy. I'll definitely be coming back.

T & W had great customer service, friendly staff and I was not waiting to long to get my semi tire repaired. I was in and out in 1 hour. Very reasonable priced.

Another tire shop could not handle my RV, even though it's a small one. I was referred to T&W by an RV dealership. T&W got me right in and had me back on the road in no time. The tire they fixed is holding up nicely. I plan on placing them on my permanent contacts list, because I am going back if my RV has any further tire needs.

Recently while traveling back to California from military leave, my husband and I ran over debris in the road resulting in a flat tire. My husband quickly replaced the flat with our donut, and got us back on the road. I began searching for tire service stations, and realized T&W had a shop within 10 minutes of our location. Upon arriving the service station, there was a service truck with an employee sitting in the parking lot. We approached the employee, and asked if they would be able to replace our tire. The employee told us they did have the tire, and could replace it, but the tire would be around $400 with $200 labor fees. My husband shook the man's hand and said thanks anyway, and we continued driving knowing that a brand new tire for our Chrysler 300 should only cost $200 or less. We drove a few more miles down the road and found a Walmart just as the service department was closing. They were more than willing to throw a new tire on the rim that my husband removed from the car, so long as he was willing to remount it to the car also. They charged us the price of the tire, $86. We threw it on and away we went back to Camp Pendleton, CA. I believe T&W is highway robbery capitalizing on people with roadway emergencies. I realize the after hours cost, but the initial cost of the tire being upwards of $400 is ridiculous! My husband was not expecting anyone to mount the tire to the car, but simply a new tire on the rim. Thank you Walmart for once again stepping to the plate to help the United States Veterans. I was able to assume my duties on time as planned, thanks to your willingness to assist.
