So it was off to a slow start, their old mechanic quit the day after I dropped off my bike. Took a while but they hired Mike (mechanic) and that guy knows what he s doing. My C50 now runs like a 1200cc. I d go there again.

Called Suzuki of Tulsa let them know I had a FI light on and needed it scanned and fixed. They were very professional got me in immediately and had the issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Absolutely amazing job.

Good, honest people! Great experience! Everyone was very straight forward and fair, not at all pushy. Shi was wonderful, she really went above and beyond for us. We would definitely do business here again.

Can I rate this with 0 stars. ALERT DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT take your bike to Suzuki of Tulsa. If you have it there I would carefully consider getting it before you have it worked on by Dusty. My bike was poorly put back together, for minor repairs, and ended up there for almost 2 months waiting on replacement parts the mechanic was at fault for damaging. Upon picking it up I went over the bike and found that there were major issues with the install. Again mechanic not tightening nuts, bolts, that could have been catastrophic for me while riding the bike. I will not ever let this repair shop touch my bike ever again.

Stopped in on Saturday, just browsing, and ended up talking with Geoff and scored an awesome new helmet, at a huge discounted price! Seems to be a motivated and enthusiastic manager and couldn't be happier with the service. Will definitely be back for more gear in the future.

Customer of Utica Auto, Mike and Greg did a great job on my body work. Last day I was there I heard a lady screaming at her employee Im guessing. Walked down to see what was going on and seen her cussing at one of the motorcycle guys. Not happy.

Great people. Took my barely running bike in to get fixed. Synergy had it for 3 months and got no where. Brought it to suzuki and they had it running within 2 weeks. It's really shows that they care about their customers. 12/10 star review. Will definitely be coming back. Edit. Tommy was the tech working on it.

Took in my New Bike for the First Service, the Team provided great support, had my Bike done on time and faster than expected. All that at a great price also. Look forward to doing more business with this Dealership.

Very upset at the fact my 15 yr old son bought the wrong part and he is unable to even exchange it for the right part. i get it he got the wrong part. He is a 15 year old boy who can not wait like most boys. Either way i feel the lady knew that part was not used because the lady even knew it wouldnt fit. So if its not used why can my son not order the correct one and let me pay the difference.

I dropped my bike off a month and half agoNo updates or help. I called again and spoke to Shy would personally owned the issue and gave me her contact information with a promised to follow up. She did follow up as promised and went out of her way to give me options to resolve my issue.Shaky start but great follow up

I laid my bike over in my neighborhood at super low speeds but it did quite a bit of damage. Insurance initially wanted to total it but Tommy the service manager was able to find a way to fix it for several thousand dollars cheaper than what insurance thought it would cost. So Tommy saved me from losing a bike i had only owned for a couple of months and bought new off the floor from Suzuki of Tulsa. Tommy took excellent care of me from start to finish. I mean it was a very personalized experience from my first phone call to inform them of the damage and arrange to have my bike looked at and an estimate made for insurance all the way to when i came in to pick it up and ride it home. Tommy went above and beyond for me. One of the parts from the wreck was on backorder from Suzuki but Tommy searched the four corners of the globe to find it in stock somewhere. He finally was able to locate one that was OE rather than settling for aftermarket. He had it shipped priority so it would arrive within days rather than weeks since it was originally coming out of Japan i believe. He handled my bike and my insurance claim as if it were his own. Ive honestly NEVER had such great and personalized service before anywhere ive taken any of my bikes for repairs or service. I will ONLY bring my bike here for ALL of its routine services or any other need i have. I would recommend to ANYONE to buy their bike from Suzuki of Tulsa even if you have to travel an hour or two. The service and experience have been that great. Starting the day i came to pick out my new bike to the day i bought it and rode it home to my first and hopefully last accident on it. Even if you already own a bike i would recommend bringing it here for ALL of your service and repair needs. Tommy is very knowledgable and has like 20+ years experience as a mechanic. I will ONLY trust my bike with Tommy at Suzuki of Tulsa and after just one service on your bike or especially if you buy your next bike from Suzuki of Tulsa, Tommy will immediately become your go to guy for ALL of your motorcycle and power sports needs as well...

The peoole were rood and for some reason it took us asking 10 times what the out the door price was to get the actual out the door price instead of the listed price. I won't be going back.

Worst experience every coming from a Suzuki shop ..if I knew the service that I got was gonna be so bad I would of never took my bike here ...they told me my wires is why my bike was cutting out or maybe the mechanic left out my air to fuel ratio screw just like my jet and bowl gaskets
