I think these guys mix their personal problems with work, or they don't want to work, terrible customer service, difficult to satisfy your needs, I called asking if they have an engine available, they simply said no, I don't have one and I hung up on the call without even asking the year of the car . Thank goodness there are many more places where they can help you.

horrible service. came in for a transmisi�n got sold the wrong one even after confirming multiple times w the dude at the front (jasen). few weeks later got an exchange. 3 weeks later, transmission failed. came back to the shop to discuss options. every time i came in, i was told the guy had just left. got lied to multiple times. would never go back again. don t waste your money(:

Scheduled two separate times for them to pick up my vehicle and they failed to show up both times. Horrible service

I don't know how they keep their business running. They told me they'd buy my truck and we set an hour and day for them to pick it up. So, I was there and waited for the guy for around 15 min. I had to call him because he never showed up. They told me they had a lot of work and they would come and pick it up 2 hours later. I said ok and waited, when the 2 hours passed, the guy didn't show up, I called again and the guy told me he was on his way but forgot the money, HOW CAN YOU FORGET THE MONEY??I gave them a third chance but the guy didn't make it. He used such a pitiful excuse. Worst customer service in town!!!

They pay the most for ur junk and fast. Brings cash and hassle free experience. Did not have to leave my house. Would highly recommend there services. City was on my back so they kept me from fines with city.

I had a wonderful experience. Had an older car break down on the other side of town in Muskogee. It wasnt worth paying to have it towed and fixed so I called around to get salvage quotes. Superior Salvage gave me the best price and was willing to come to Muskogee to tow it off the parking lot it was broke down in. This was a Friday when I called. They said they were busy and would get me the next day. He called just as he said but asked if there was anyway that he could come and get it on Sunday since they were still very busy and coming from Tulsa. I agreed. They came Sunday on time and paid the agreed amount. All worked out great.

We ordered a motor from here and then we waiting a week and couldn t figure out why it wasn t coming in and called them and asked why and they said sorry the motor was bad so couldn t send it. And instead of calling me they just figured I would forget about it and so I asked when I would get my money back and they said it would be back on my card in a week or so. So I waited and called back a week later and they said they d have it on card in a day or two and never did so I had to call my credit card company and that is how I got my money back. Hope this was helpful

Had absolutely no problems with these guy's. They were a breeze to communicate with. Then, they did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. What more can you ask for? In my opinion. We won't hesitate to call again should the need arise.

Called 4 times well before noon today Saturday 4-13-19 and no one answered the phone. After reading a few of the reviews it s clearly that they need a better management team or just close down. I ve had issues with this company dating back to 2018 where I asked about a part and they sold me the wrong part but did not wish to refund my money but to give me a credit and I wanna say a company that is not going to refund my money back bc they sold me the wrong part I wouldn t want to do business where they are desperate for new hires and the manager sits on his butt in his office and hires employees that are not or have never had a brief understanding of what customer service is. Watch out people they just had a issue across the street from the business (murder) one employee was involved so I think it s best to stay steer away from them. Go to a business that is willing and knowledgeable of what you ask for not what they want to sell you and lie to you. If your company is open on Saturday then the time is 8am to 12pm but your website says the same thing I took a screen shot of me calling them at 1145 and no one picked up kinda strange to me

I would do a negative but you can't. This company does not pay their bills. Our company transported some freight for them and they refuse to pay us. DONT TRUST THEM!!!! They are nothing but thieves.

First off, I sold them a car for 180.00 to use for parts because that car is a piece of poo. I saw it driving around Tulsa, then got a charge from a toll place because my tag was still on it (my fault). I feel bad for the person who bought that car.... When it rains, they'll see why. When they turn in the heat..... They'll see why. Etc. Etc. Number 2... I think the tow guy was gonna leave without paying, luckily hubby was keeping an eye out and caught him in the knick if time and.... lastly.... I've called two times and asked for a receipt or some proof that I sold the car to them. Very nice gentleman on the phone, but he was blowing smoke up my tail..... Both times he said he'd look in the files and call me back..... Both times he did not. So I still don't have the proof I need to get out of the tolls the person has run through while driving my old car. Very disappointed. Next time I read the reviews before I use one of these companies.

I should have called them first. They beat the next best offer by a descent amount, paid in cash and picked up my car the same day I called. The man they sent out was friendly and efficient. Overall, an excellent experience.

Called on a Friday to arrange pickup of a scrap vehicle the following Monday. The day of pickup, I left work early to meet the driver. Driver never showed, despite the shop assuring me that he was on his way. Called the following day to reschedule, shop seemed surprised and unaware that no one had showed up. Rescheduled pickup for that evening, left work early again, driver again failed to show despite calling late the shop AGAIN to confirm that he would be there. Called the following morning to let them know their driver didn't show for the second time and they were completely unconcerned. Don't let them waste your time like they wasted mine.

During the morning I called to verify that they had the part I needed which they advised they had.When my lunch time came I made the ten minute drive from my job to there location. After arriving I waited while a man looked for my part. After awhile he radioed back that he couldn't fine the part. Another worker tried to walk him to the part by radio, being unsuccessful he ask me what I needed. At that time he said he knew exactly where the part is and left to get it. I continued to wait until I finally had to go back to work without my part. I was there over 25 minutes and failed to get actual help, just wasted my lunch hour.The next morning I called to see if they had found my part. The man who answered the phone said "I think so". When I tried to explain that I was coming from out of town and I needed to know that they had the part and had found it, The man started acting extremely irritated and rude by my questions. He cut my conversation off and put me on hold. When he finally came back he advised that they had found the part. However, by this time due do poor service and EXTREME RUDNESS, I had decided that I WOULD NOT do business with this company EVER,

Crap service, crap parts... sent us a broken transmission first, took a week and a half to arrive! second transmission that came (another week and a half later) was completely wrong! I been calling every single day trying to get these wrong and broken transmissions returned so I can get my money back, they do not call back. they tell me every day "oh! I thought we refunded you, oh let me look into it ill call you back..." Ive been hearing that same excuse every day for the last two and a half weeks.

I sold my car through a website and Superior Auto Salvage was the business assigned to pick up my car with a set time and date, but unfortunately to no avail and a car still in my driveway. But heyy can't expect much from a salvage yard located inside a neighborhood near a highway bridge underpass. Gotta love tulsa...

I Ordered engine may 25th told them i need it quick so i can get my car going. They told me I will have it tues 29th. I have been calling them since and no one can ever tell me anything except that the manager will call me right back which he never does. After over a week of no answers I finally received the engine Monday June 4th wedns June 6th the motor was put in my car and guess what? engine is no good, and now im going threw rude employees and no calls from manager and what we need to do to fix the prob. Im told they have a mecganic coming to look at the engine by 5 this friday june 8th but it us now saturday and noone came to see engine. This place is worst service ever. And now after promises a guy will come look at motor June 15th he says go ahead and take him to court so now I have to file law suit papers. Do not use this salvage at all

They are a joke! Sold me a bad motor and ran their forklift into my brother's truck. The manager refused to even look at the damage done. The manager is a liar and a coward! After two weeks of not being able to show me a running motor as I requested I got a refund......which the manager had to scrounge around and get from his employees. PATHETIC!

They never transferred the title out of my mom's name! Sold them a junk car in March. Apparently they sold it to some car lot who sold it to someone and it was towed and my mom got notified because the car is still in her name. How do you sell a car without having titled ownership? Why would you not have the title transferred as you said you would? Now we have to take time out to try and fix this.

This place is pretty awesome!! The folks where nice to me An curtious, the service was post haste... The selection And pricing in my opinion was better than fair..!!! And, They also buy used vehicles!!!! So I was able to get my parts!, an awesome car stereo, new tires all while making some extra cash for my old unwanted ride! Basically the trip paid for itself and I made some extra bux ! .I'll definetaly be going back for all my vehicle An parts needs!

Don't waste your time!!! they had a Subaru Legacy posted on craigslist that they were parting out, I called made sure they had it, got prices for the parts, then drove an hour and a half to this place, only for the staff to be rude and tell me, "oh, I don't think we still have it, well what did you need?" So I tell him and I guess it wasn't high dollar enough so the he says "nope, we don't have the car anymore" I saw the car in the yard even!! I have been to a lot of salvages and this was by far the worst.

unless someone could tell me why it's taking them over 6 hours to tow a car to their yard plus rude customer service on the phone when checking to see why it's taking so long. I'm so not happy and neither is my fiance.Not waiting anymore they just lost a customer.

Call them for a car pick up they said they will coming on the 2 Feb, my wife stay home waiting for them and guess what they never came, no call or excuses. I will make sure to not do any business with them for sure. And don't ask me to call you for explain how bad you do business.

I bought an engine for a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 4.7 l V8. I got the first engine and it locked up after it started. When it started a big could of white smoke shot or my exaust and would not start. Instead of cash back they sent me another engine which had rod damage and slung a rod after being ran long enough when the broken barring finally blew out and blew the engine and locked up. Not to mention the first start up off the second engine it went straight to knocking. It's not a place I strongly recommend in my opinion. Getting these engines through then had pur me out of a lot of money.

These guys helped me with a set of 4 wheels for my truck. They sold me the tires, which were in excellent shape, and wheels for a great price. After the sale they even helped install them on my truck. Thanks again I will definitely be back.

Call the establishment on the phone, ask for a part and all for a part and the dood days none and hangs up on me. Like he knows EVERY SINGLE car part at a 4 acre Savage Yard. If so.. Impressive but still a D&$k!
