Very honest guys working here. Was told there were several screw holes in my trailer and couldn t get loaded until they were fixed. THREE different Techs looked for said holes with the trailer doors closed and could not find a hole anywhere or where any light could come through anywhere in my trailer. Sounds like someone didn t want to load a trailer on a Friday afternoon. I d give STE a 10/10 if possible.

Had a fender that was falling off my trailer, and had no tools or parts with me. After confirming they had the right parts, but no tools for sale, the service manager herself came out and installed them, charging me an extremely reasonable service rate. Highly recommend!!

I was in South Tulsa, Ok. on Feb. 20-27, 2020. My children and I were traveling from AZ to WV and I kept blowing tires on my 5th wheel, little did I know I had bent axle @ the spindle and I needed a new axle. I took it to Southwest and was immediately referred to Chris for him to do the work after hours so I could get back on the road. He sent me to A&N for parts and to get a second opinion and everything was fine UNTIL I BOUGHT THE NEW AXLE FROM A&N, then all of a sudden he didn't have access to welder and couldn't do the work unless I took it to Southwest and it'd take a minimum of 6 hours to fix, he is a liar and completely untrustworthy if you're in a tight spot. Thank God A&N referred me to Tony's Trailors, he actually got the job done in half the time and after a week of being stuck at the Flying J truck stop with 2 children, I was able to get on the road again.,

Needed a new tarp, bar and handle on my end dump, and they got it done quickly, plus there is a lota burger a short walk up the street and I got the best burger I've had in years there.

VERY, VERY, VERY BAD SERVICE! STAY AWAY!!! YOU WILL PAY TWICE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES. AND THEY WILL NEVER STAND BEHIND THEIR JOB.COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. WISH I WENT TO ANOTHER SHOP.

It was a Simple job they said they could do it in an Hour 26hrs later the got to it , took 35 mins they kept saying about 2hrs over and over bunch of rotten mouth lying crackers
