Levi and his crew are , the shop was clean. I was greeted on entry. My lil mudflap service was quick, which I was only planning on purchasing the mudflap. He had it installed before I could tell him, I was so grateful since I would have had to wait to install myself. Thank you for your STELLAR customer service

Tabitha, Loyd and Tim went over and above to help us out. I lead tours and our coach had a flat. Could not find an emergency fix company. They helped us get coach into their shop and changed our tire. Great people and company.Service: TiresService: Tires

Driver had a tire issue at the Port of Catoosa. On site tire guy showed up 15mins earlier than expected. Unfortunately, driver said it was a patch, but needed replaced. My driver had to wait another 2hrs due to that error.

Not sure if it s a system switch over, bad training or laziness. Wanted me to come out of pocket for an oil change even with an account for STM and STMP. Said they can t bill accounts and probably wouldn t have honored the oil change deal thru my account. Just go across the street to the actual STM.

My husband love the customer service at this shop. He is a former diesel mechanic, now drive OTR so he always recognizes knowledgeable people. Thank you so much for taking care of my guy.

After waiting for an hour, they call and say they aren't going to get to my oil change because they close in another hour. Customer service at this place has gone to the birds!

This Guy Derick who was working at the desk and Sean who was working at the shop and done my OM perfectly. They work together as a team provide good customer service. Derick and Sean ya awesome. If you want to do oil PM tire or just a quick oil change flying J/Southern Tire Tulsa location is a place to go. But you gotta be there between 2pm and 10Pm unless these guys change shift. Ask for Derick and Sean. That's very important because some of the morning guys are sucks. Bad customer service a lot of attitude and don't treat all customers the same with dignity and respect. For example last time I was there they put conventional oil in my truck then trying to force me to pay for it if I want the oil I use on my truck for over six years. They finally changed it but after arguing.Service: Oil change

They told me for 15w-40 oil change $420+tax but finally charged me $578+tax and then i asked the guy and extra money is for labor and service fee and others. What ? In my 10yr driving experience; everywhere oil change include labor but here it s strategy to take more money. Bad service. I want gave theme -ve star. Never come back .

Great people, very detail oriented and thorough but a very long wait. PM and annual DOT inspections on 2 trucks, all day.

The young guy in the front desk got a bad attitude, he doesn't respect drivers, obviously he shouldn't be in front desk if he doesn't know how to treat people well, to all drivers give your business somewhere else where they treat you well, over all not a good experience

When my service request was called in they said that they had everything that I needed and in the long run they had nothing that I needed and I ended up getting substitute parts just to get me down the road. The staff cared more about lunch then they did the customer.

I highly recommend this place, I stopped by on Friday, my starter went out , Levi went the extra mile to help , he even used his own truck to tow me , josh did a great job , he had to work outside it was very cold yet he still did it , Ithe rest of the guys did great as well, at one point I had 4 techs working together to fix it , I really appreciate it guys , thank you for everything.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This stop is a must!We couldn't get in at the sister shop across the street. So we headed over here to get tires filters rotation, & such.So glad we did!!These guys rock just as hard as the team across the street.However, we supper blessed at the prices & service we got. Even front door parking so we'd ve first in the shop when they came in. 7 tires, 4 filters, a new trailer rim, a drivers seat belt, and a abs wire issue diagnostic. This Valkyrie Queen Is happy camper

These guys really know what they are doing, and theydoit with high degree of honesty and integrity. I've bought tires here since they opened in 2016 and had minor repairs done whenever in town. They are very inexpensive for their top quality work, and they stand by it. They've even not charged me at all for things they could fix in less that 1/2 hour.

This place was great I have a problem child of truck they worked with me and my problem like new shocks balance my front tires and no more shaking going on and let me tell you shaking on the front doesn t work well but the balance in of front tires he found that one of my steering tires went way out of balance and cause it this shop was great I thank them greatly they definitely know there business 5 starsService: Tires

Fast, friendly service for your heavy truck needs. Tires, PMs, full service repairs. Wiper blades to water pumps. They care about their customers and your time. Their not Superman, can't turn back time or do the impossible. They are only human, but they will work to the best of their ability to get you back on the road so your load isn't late. Thank you Southern Tire Mart for being there for me.

Looking for tires @ 8PM, Calvin went out of his way to call around to try and find the right ones. We had no luck finding tire shop open at that time. I didn t get any service because they seem to have Preferred Customers i checked in was to call me in an hour,when the guy on a road call came back.Then he came back and they took 2guys who checked in after me so i left!!
