Just a warning to others that waste time coming here for certified service on your newer Chevy. They don t put/handle or deal with the MOA additive to cover your warranty. Very nice people in The service dept though. Probably just a management thing like every where else. Ran by educated idiots that ends up costing them.

This was 4th place I went to to get husband's truck's tires filled with nitrogen. I pull in with a Honda truck in a Chevrolet place. Did you mean to go to Honda? Nope they sent me here to get nitrogen. Oh ok let's get you filled up.

Brought my car in at 7 am for an oil change and left it their. Told them I would pick up at 11;30. They told me it's not ready because of a recall and at 12:30 it's still not ready I think they had plenty of time to do this because they had my car for 4. 1/2 hours. I had errands to run. They should have known about recalls this morning. It's frustrating.Service: Oil change

Terrible customer service. Dropped my car off for an appt at 7:00 and never heard a word back. I called and no one would answer the phone or call me back. Finally drove up there and all the service advisors are sitting around talking with no one but me in there. They basically told me they don t diagnose vehicles on saturdays. Why did they book my appointment for a Saturday then?

DO NOT GO HERE! I called yesterday morning and scheduled an appointment for 2 PM same day because my car needed some regular maintenance and I can't be without it for too long. Dropped it off at 2 PM, explained what needed to be done. They said they'd have it done by the morning at the latest; great! Left it there and went home. 1:30 PM today rolls around, and I haven't heard anything from them about whether it's done or how much longer it'll be, so I texted them asking for an update. 2:00 PM comes around, still no response to the text, so I called the main dealership number and asked to speak to the service department; it goes to voicemail, so I leave a message asking for an update. 3:00 PM, still no response to my text or voicemail, so I call the main number back and ask for the service department manager, Weston; I get his voicemail, so I leave a detailed message and asked for a call back. 3:30 PM, 2 hours after my first attempt to contact them, still haven't heard anything, so I enlist my dad, who's been a mechanic his whole life, including working in a dealership service department, to help, and he finally manages to get ahold of someone. Supposedly they had a power outage shortly after I dropped my car off, and they were just getting power back. I get it, things happen outside of your control all the time, but the first thing that should have happened was letting me know, and/or reaching out to another dealer in the area to see if they could do the work so it could still be done on time, as promised. On top of all this, whoever my dad spoke to in the service department called him a jackass. So then I had to go pick up my car and then find another dealer that could get me in ASAP, wasting a significant portion of my day.It's now after 7:00 PM as I write this, and the service department is closed, and I still haven't received a call from anybody.

Will not go back. Made appointment for oil change and ask them to check the front-end out because it pulled to one side. Went to get something to eat and came right back and it took them over 5 hours. They told me that it would not have taken that long if we would've stayed there we were only gone 30 minutes. But since we didn't sit inside they said they had to help the people waiting inside first and we were right outside.

A friend of mine had a minor issue and we took his car in. This service center then suggested over $4,000 of repairs, suggesting the car was not even safe to drive. We got the car into a local shop I trust and they could only recommend about $900 of the total repairs (literally handing them the issues list from Chevy). I believe this service center does fine work, but definitely can misdiagnose issues and suggest some major unnecessary repairs.

I have purchased Two vehicles from the South Pointe Tulsa family of dealerships. When I took my first car in to get an oil change the guy all but said he didn t want to do the oil change because it was a Nissan and not a Chevrolet. I ve never get so unwanted by a business in my life. If I had a scheduled appointment why wouldn t they be prepared for my car. The whole ordeal was extremely stressful. I would not recommend using their service center. This is the second time I ve been treated like they didn t want to be bothered with my business.

Took my vehicle in for transmission problems that they couldn t find under warranty but when warranty was out they found the problem. That was just the first problem we had with them.While the vehicle was in their possession I went to get something from it and found they had gone through my center consul and glove box pulling paperwork and other things out. Also to add to it the truck smelled like cigarette smoke and found ashes on the center consul, passenger seat and behind the consul. Would never recommend going somewhere where they can t respect your vehicle and belongings.Service: Transmission

Very well trained and professional service department. These guys have fixed my Silverado on several occasions and stick true to their quotes, and get good work done on time. Always perform a full inspection and don t try to sell you parts you don t need. I went here for a factory recall on my Chevy truck airbags. When I received the truck back I realized that the air conditioning vents were not working correctly anymore. So the mechanic must have not made sure they were hooked up correctly when putting the dash back together.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Service kept us on hold for over an hour. My wife called on another line to let the operator know we had been on hold for over an hr and someone picked up the phone on my end and hung up. We called the service Manager and left a message. No response. Someone doesn't care about their job too much. We will bring our new Chevy Blazer Redline Edition to Jim Norton from now on.

My father inlaw bought a nissan xterra from them, the same night it was having trouble staying started. Called the dealership they told him to bring it in they then sent it to the nissan dealership to diagnose the issue. The cam sensor was out and south point refused to have it fixed so my father inlaw got stuck with the $350 bill.

Haven't had an experience. Phoned South Point 5 differebt times. No one would answer phone. Each call phoned different times. Bad service if you cannot answer your phone.
