Quality work with little wait time, fair prices that are more than competitive with other Garages their size, People and Animal friendly employees, And if you get there at the right time, a fresh brewed pot of coffee. However you have to bring your own doughnuts.

Talk to Chris! He will take care of you. He used to do all the tires and brakes, maintenance services on my all my vehicles. He is now up front and can help you out.

Best auto shop around, I ve been going here since I started driving in 2014. Management is always super respectful and helpful, as well as a mechanic too so he s not some guy in shirt with a collar. Staff work fast and make sure your vehicle is always running right again. Perfect to go to for oil changes, tires or small repairs. Locally owned as well which is always a bonus for me!

Shamrock is the best repair shop in Tulsa period! I moved here a year ago and when my Jeep Patriot broke down not only did they get it back to me in a timely fashion they worked with me on payments and kept me informed during the repair process. Dont be confused by how the shop looks these guys work hard and it shows. They were way cheaper on repairs then anyone one else that I quotes from and I have used them for all my car needs since. I highly recommed this straight forward customer, forward business for all your vehicles needs. Only place i trust my vehicle to be worked on Fast HONEST AND DEPENDABLE (EVERY. TIME)These guys have gone above and beyond with every single expectation i have ever had.My dad was an ASE certified master mechanic for 51 years, and growing up in grease, I knew what kind of shop to look for when vehicle repairs came due.. (im a machinist not a mechanic )Amazing guys. They'll treat you right every time and tell you the truth 10/10

Stopped by for a test to see why the check engine light was coming on in my 2012 Cruze. In and out quickly and set up with an appointment tomorrow to get the problem resolved.

I was on a very tight schedule and needed to get a tire repaired within a small time window to still make it to work on time. A couple of other shops weren't really able to assist me. Trent at Hercules said they could help me out no problem. They had me in and out in 10 minutes. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others and I will be returning as well.

It was a good experience from start to finish. I first spoke with Jay at the store on 51st street. He was very helpful and he helped me figure out what I wanted and needed. He ordered them, and called me and set me up with a appointment at the store at 129th street. Trent and the associate there were most polite and most helpful. My pickup looks great. I'm totally satisfied with the entire transaction. To cap it off, today I received a text message from Jay thanking me for my business and telling me that "if you need anything, I'm just a phone call away". I LOVE service like that. Thanks Shamrock Tire.

Hercules Tires BA is a great place for your car needs! Very friendly and reasonable on prices, and the work is always done fast and correctly. Kevin who is usually at the front desk always makes sure that you are happy whether it's your car or just you! A very hardworking and friendly guy! I highly recommend them!

Took my car in because it was overheating. When they called me and when I picked it up they told me they replaced the fan but it was not listed on the itemized receipt but they charged me $50 for diagnostics and about $15 for coolant. It was still overheating so I called a few days later about it and they told me to bring it in but couldn't tell me if they put a fan on or jot. I told them it would be Saturday because of my work schedule. I showed up and there was no mechanic. I called again about next Saturday and they couldn't tell me if they would have one or not. I had a friend look and I, in fact, did need a new fan so I had to pay someone else for parts and labor. I don't know if there was a managment or ownership change but when it was Hercules I rarely had issues and the sign still says Hercules out front but the guy working at the desk isn't the same man that was there for years.Update with reply:That is simply not true. NO ONE ever told me NOT to replace the fan. I was told over the phone AND in person that my fan was replaced. I even made a comment that it seemed inexpensive for a fan replacement and the man at the desk said, "Yeah." No one ever said anything about something being disconnected. And there is no way you could have deemed it fixed because when my car was stopped or idle, the AC would blow warm or hot air since the fan wasn't working. And it was two weekends in a row that you didn't have a mechanic. I understand people have families but I also have a job that I can't miss to wait around for my car to not get fixed.

I've been going to this shop for more than 10 years. They've taken great care of me Every Single Time. Whether it was pricing or going the extra mile. There have been times I was too broke to make it and other times where something else got addressed at no extra charge. Great service, great prices, excellent staff.

I'm discouraged that I didn't see a review on this place before visiting because it would have saved me some heartache! Make sure if your given a time frame that its adhered to and complete transparency in what the charges will be! I know its not going to be hard to find a better spot!

While I was getting my tire changed out I was quoted a total price for a oil change and was told that price was for Mobile 1 synthetic oil. Came in the next day & wasn't informed until after they had already drained my oil that it was going to be almost $90 not the $58-60 I was told originally. Not cool

The absolute worst experience EVER! We've paid $680 for a break job. It was in worse condition than before it was taken in for repair. We took the vehicle back only to be told that for an additional $500+ they could try something else.... I gave them 1 star only because nothing else was available. Don't waste you time or money on these clowns!

I had a leveling kit put in and an alignment done, everything was excellent and at a very great price about 220$ less then there competitors and I will be back. Excellent customer service everyone was very friendly and again the price for the service I received blew my mind

Love this place there staff so kind and polity they work very fast and they do keep there prices, I call to ask for a tire price and when I got there they kept there price not a penny more or less. They where so nice with us that they even let our dog chill inside there air conditioner office.

The staff are courteous. The prices are on par with most places. Quick tire rotation and check-up. They have a 15 point check up that is reasonable, oil, brakes, transmission, fluid levels, quuck change.

Tire prices for two 215-60-R16. 40,000 mi was199.70 Gentleman was pleasant on the phone, was closing soon on Saturday and of course closed on Sundays. Didn't purchase tires there!
