WORST experience I ve ever had! I sent my car to be worked on in early October, I m just now getting my car back and the issues are still not resolved. I had numerous issues going on with the car, but the main issue was the surging while driving and lights on the dash. I paid for a third party to diagnose the lights on my car, due to Shamrock not having the right equipment to do it themselves. They decided to overlook the electrical issues and work solely on my ignition that was working perfectly fine. Nothing on the car was fixed, especially not the surging issue. The service was less than exceptional, but per PAT I needed a certain part which that would fix all the issues pertaining to the car. This part took almost a month to arrive, mind you the part was for the ignition and not for the surging issues again! After I paid for what I thought was the fixture of the surging issue today, the lights on the dash were still on, the surging was still taking place, and the lies just kept coming. I m out of 800$ plus dollars due to the lack of professionalism and honesty of this company. I brought the car back in today after picking it up today and still experiencing the surging problem, to find out that it was a transmission issue that they don t work on at this establishment! It took a simple diagnostic to figure this out, but yet I paid 220$ for an extensive diagnostic that could or couldn t pinpoint this issue! Moral of the story, DO NOT do business with this company! I m currently 7 months pregnant and drive for work, but due to this drawn out interaction do not have reliable transportation for work! Do businesses with this company at your own expense but be warned, they will gaslight you for not fixing the issues you brought the vehicle in for in the first place!

They ve serviced my Vehicles anytime I m in town and needed work done. From balljoint replacement s on my Honda to oil changes on my S Type R, they do a lot of different work. Have even brought my own parts and such before and they don t have a problem. Just charge me labor and that s all.

This place is awesome! A tire was making my car wobble and they gave me a good as new tire for a super affordable price, was in and out in no time and the customer service was great. Definitely is my new go-to place from now on

Dealership "checked" low tire 3 times before referring me to these guys. Friendly folks. Found the dealerships plug was leaking. All good now. Will shop next tier purchase with them.

What I love about this place is the team, they do a great job. Dakota, he's the tire guy and takes care to do the job well and safely. Chris, that guy at the counter will treat you fare, treat you right. The technician Jerry, well I'm partial to him but the fact is he's excellent at what he does, knows how to prioritize your repairs, make the repairs and will do what he can to keep costs in check.

I was recommended the shop by one of their customers did not receive what this individual commercialized to me. I spent $3400. What was promised was not done rear shocks was not replaced I had to do them myself the next day, alignment is off the next day and tires or now having some thread issue do to alignment issue.Let me say this for the money I spent and for what I was promised, was not delivered. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, customer service was not held up to promises made.

I had an issue with my vehicle this morning and was able to drop it off at the 51st location and get a ride to work. Once they looked over my vehicle they called to give me a quote which I accepted. They fixed it better than I expected and picked me up again to take me back to their shop. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. I strongly suggest checking them out for your car needs.Signed by a very happy customer for life!

Shamrock on 51st has helped me out several times. Often not charging for patching a tire. Today was the first time I had used them for repair and I was satisfied with my experience, they did a fair bit of work in 5 hours and the price was fair. I would definatly recommend!

Great!! As a single woman I am used to getting taken advantage of by mechanics, I went to Shamrock Tire because another woman said they worked great and didn't take advantage of her, and found it to be true. i had an unknown issue with my wheel hub, they could have easily taken advantage of me, but didn't. Not to mention the great staff and customer service.

Our company uses these guys to support our fleet, we are always sending our employees up here to get their personal vehicles worked on. I have yet to see another company in Tulsa in this business as dedicated to customer satisfaction. You can trust your company equipment to these guys- they will work with you to get issues resolved without breaking the bank. Great folks, cannot recommend enough.

I took my car it into Hercules to see what it would cost to repair it. They were so helpful and kind. Excellent service! I will be back whenever I need tires or any other Auto Service. I ve had to have a couple of major issues taken care of with my piece Chevy, and they ve been fair. Which is great. But what really puts them over the top is the more than fair pricing on little maintainence issues. They ve really helped keep me on the road.

I bought a super saver deal card for Hercules Tire so I've been going to this location for the last year. Every time I went in there, the tall, younger guy is the one that helped me and he was rude every time. I'm a young, single female that doesn't understand a whole lot about cars so sometimes I have to ask extra questions. He seemed annoyed by this and I got the feeling he would just recommend services or come up with a solution to a problem because he knew I didn't know better and was just trying to get more of a sale--I proved this a couple times by getting a second opinion elsewhere. On the last oil change I had on my deal card, I asked them to inspect my brakes since they had been squeaking (even though they were replaced 6 months ago), do a radiator drain and fill, and then a couple other little services. He told me they couldn't do the radiator drain and fill but never told me why (I'm assuming it's because I went in an hour and half before closing but I work 2 jobs so that was my only option) and then when I was paying the only thing he would tell me about my brakes was that they were fine. I tried to get him to elaborate but he just started guessing what would cause the squeaking (most of his excuses didn't even make sense) and then he suggested a $150 service to clean some sort of residue off the pads. I explained the issue to him before they took my car back so his lack of knowledge on the issue was unacceptable. Then when I looked at my receipt later, it only showed the oil change and none of the other services I had requested. I understand it was close to closing and I got a very good deal on the super saver card but if they would have treated me better while I was using the deal card, I would be a loyal customer. Instead, I am writing a bad review (which rarely happens) and I will not return to this location!
