We had an emergency on I44 and we were at a loss as what to do. We called and they found a rim for us, went and picked it up, repaired our tire and had us back on the road two days before Christmas! So nice, helpful, and we highly recommend them.

I was welcomed, well informed, kept up to speed with what needed to be done, and given a timetable for the parts, work and completion.After leaving the car, they continued with excellent communication and reported on progress and work completionWith us out of state residents, they gladly housed the car until we could return and drive it home. Amidst an unforeseen need for auto services, we were given excellent treatment and car care. Thank you!

Bobby and his team provided service excellence as we unexpectedly experienced a flat tire on our road trip to Arizona. The most friendly team who went above and beyond to ensure we were back on the road as soon as possible. This long bolt was embedded in a brand new tire such bad luck!! The empathy shown went above and beyond. I would recommend this shop for all your needs! Thanks again team!!

Thoroughly impressed! I was recently in a situation with needing some suspension work done and getting my wheel alignment on my truck. This Same Day Auto repair has been just blocks from my home for years so I went to their website at 2pm on a monday and seen that you could schedule your appointments online and took a chance attempting to schedule one for 3pm the same monday thinking for sure there's now way I would hear from them for at least a day, maybe 2. Well my mind was blown with an email reply and a phone call within about 10min and eager to help me out. I had called about 3 other shops prior and all were booked up, wait time 1 week for each facility. This Same Day Auto, not only got me an appointment with practically no notice but were able to help me get my alignment knocked out and my truck rolling smoother than I ever remember! Fast, super friendly, detailed explanations of service, and very knowledgeable when it came to giving my truck a safe and smooth ride. I would recommend this group of guys to anyone, and they've locked this customer in for sure. The only automotive repair shop I'll go to from now on. Thanks guys!

I m not one to write negative reviews, but I had to in case it results in someone saving $$$$. I was quoted 4k+ for a job so I went to get a second opinion from another mechanic and they fixed the issue for $150!! I was literally shopping for cars because of the misdiagnosis I received. I highly recommend you get a second opinion on any quotes you receive from this location.

This shop is awesome. I m from Phoenix and it reminds me of my Machanic in AZ. I was sent pictures of the work in progress, they were willing to set up a payment plan.They explained what was done, how it worked etc. I could go on it s a great shop!!!

Bobby is amazing to work with! He gave me three different options and price points for tires and replaced them all as well as did an alignment. I went back to have him change my oil when that needed to be done as well. He is available to speak with by text message which is how I was able to change my oil change appointment from 9am to 11am (same day) because my morning meeting was going to run long. Everything has been taken care of correctly and in a timely manner. I don t foresee myself going anywhere else!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had my Mazda in for a brake job and they found my axle was bad too. I can't tell you how much better I feel driving now!! Plus I know if it breaks I have a guarantee!!!

I recently came through Tulsa on a road trip with my Sienna van loaded up, including my whole family. We knew something was wrong during the drive in (vibration when accelerating that I didn't think was smart to continue driving long distance on) and called ahead by about an hour and a half. We arrived at 12:06pm - the technician evaluated the issue before going to lunch so they could get the parts on order, then fixed the issue (bad drive axle) while we hung out in a field nearby. We were on our way at 2:29pm - the fastest interaction I've ever had with an auto repair shop. This was especially fortunate in such a vulnerable spot as having to travel another 800 miles to get home. Jeff at the front desk fit us in, answered any questions we had, and kept us informed throughout the process. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend Same Day to anyone in the area (or travelling through!)Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really phenomenal people to work with. This location helps me with all of my car troubles, and the Claremore location has been helping and servicing my moms cars for years as well. I highly trust and appreciate Bobby at Same Day Auto in Berryhill and all of his associates with my car and would greatly recommend them to anyone needing good, honest, and helpful people to work on their cars for them!

Went to have wheels aligned and new tires purchased. Service was exceptional and time for Q/A was excellent. Also returned vehicle evacuate if driving issue. Found the probable cause and left satisfied with explanation. 12/8/23 Repeat visit. Noise in front under hood area. Dust cover broken off at one corner around screw. Placed a new screw in new area and now good to go. Yay!! These guys are great!!First time visit. Jeff and Justin were great.Service timely and reasonable. They even removed a giant rat nest under the hood. First class service. Bobby went above and beyond to help me. I came in needing a screw pulled out of my tire. I was pressed for time as I was traveling that day. They were pretty busy but took me in. My car would only go 10mph. I took it to them. Bobby called to explain what was wrong, answered all my questions, and let me know up front the cost to fix the car. We went in having a very squeaky truck and asked to have that checked into. We requested an oil change and rear shocks replaced. Then requested everything that could be checked over to be checked over. We ended up having spark plugs replaced, front brakes and rotors, front ball bearings, and some other minor maintenance things covered. Our squeaking has stopped. Our mileage per tank had increased by around 100 miles to a tank. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my experience. I now feel comfortable driving out of state in my truck. They were fast, they checked what I asked them to check, they gave me a recommendation, which was to postpone the maintenance which is consistent with my brother-in-law's advice.
