I always head to Same Day Auto at Lewis and Peoria with any auto need .. large or small. Always given the best treatment. The sales people are professional, and truthful. Shane is my go to person but Tucker is great as well as the other sales associates. The sales room is clean and comfortable and if you have to wait while your vehicle is being worked on, there is a new Dollar Tree next door to amuse yourself!

I highly recommend this place for your auto care needs. I was having a rough day and then it got tougher, i ran over a nail and my tire started losing air so fast i could hesr it. Luckily I was close to Same Day Auto Repair Tire Pros! I went in and John was at the front counter with the biggest smile. They were able to get me patched up and back on the road and the team there was so nice and helpful that they turned my whole day around. Thank you John and everyone there!

Same Day Auto diagnosed and fixed my son s Ford F150 correctly and efficiently. The new alternator has made all the difference .Ask for Tucker he made it easy. Dropped the truck off at noon and it was ready by 1:30.I ll definitely go back to them with our next vehicle issue. Great work guys

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! They live up to "same day service." They replaced the high pressure P.S. hose on my '99 Tahoe which is a discontinued part. Had it specially made and fitted, replaced on the same day. Charged a fair price for their efforts. Thanks "Dale" for the rides both ways. Would definitely recommend these guys.

I called them this morning, i spoke with Micheal who was professional and friendly woth setting up my appointment, I had a screw in my tire. They were fast and friendly. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Shane was extremely helpful in managing the repair of my daughter's car which had a tire blow-out just prior to Thanksgiving. Although I live in Kentucky, his communication and responsiveness were extremely helpful and alleviated a great deal of my worry. Service was performed in a timely manner during a busy holiday season, and pricing was extremely fair. Vehicle has performed very well in the time and mileage since service was completed. Very thankful AAA referred this repair center location, and I am glad to do the same.

I called them three times to get a quote on a fuel pump replacement (they offer free quotes by phone on their website) and was hung up on twice. Once by an associate and then by a manager. They refuse to give you an ESTIMATE over the phone until they have your car, which is unlike any other shop I ve been to. I would ve had to pay to tow my car up there and potentially tow it back if the price was something I could not pay. They knew this and made no attempts to be understanding at all before hanging up in my face; does that sound like good customer service?Edit: The associates name was John and the manager s name was Tucker/Pucker.

My first time getting my car repair from here. I can say I'm satisfied with the work they did. They even put on new wipers, at no extra charge. The other ones needed to be replaced. Last but not least, from calls to picking my car up in person, everyone was very friendly. I would recommend them to others.

All the guys over at Same day auto are very helpful, and respectful! They had my car done in a timely manner and even provided pictures of things they recommend get some work! And shoutout my guy TUCKER dudes great to work with and just an awesome guy

My 2000 Chevy suburban went down and the fuel pump went out..... So we had it dropped off at same day auto and literally they talked to my husband on the phone and literally said that they would call us back that coming Monday to let us know what they find and everything they never said anything about doing a diagnostic check at all!!!! So once they finally realized that it was the fuel pump, they tried charging us $1,257.00 to change the fuel filter!!!! So we told them we can easily change that out on our own...... Soooooo they made us pay $158.00 just to get my truck from the building or they wouldn't let me have it back, so at this point they literally kept my truck outside unlocked and most of my tools got stolen, my necklace that had a small urn with my dad's ashes on my mirror some one must have been insanely desperate to take my things because everything was messed with!!! And the people at same day auto literally said nobody there would DO ANYTHING LIKE THAT.....so know I'm filing a police report because I trusted these people with my belongings and they screwed me over... I don't recommend them to anyone!!!

I live in the neighborhood and use them for everything I need done on my 2012 Honda Civic. I have bought tires from them and they are quick and inexpensive. I asked them to rotate the tires and they didn t even charge me anything. About a month later I had ordered a replacement side mirror and they replaced it for free also. I m very happy with the service I have received from them and highly recommend them.

Everyone here is wonderful, I wouldn t take my car anywhere else (unless these guys sent me there) Shane is always so kind and helpful and they really make sure to take good care of you. 10/10 would recommend

I have used same day auto a number of times for service work and tires. They are always fast, honest and do great work. And Tucker does a great job of keeping you informed on what's going on.

These gentlemen are amazing Shane, Michael, John and Jacob were so progressional and courteous I ve been to other places that when they see a woman they think they can swindle her into unnecessary repairs, but these guys aren t like that at all!!!!

Tucker was my helper during this last minute service! Needed a serpentine belt replacement and they finished within the hour! Reasonably priced and straightforward communication. Thank you so much, guys. I ll definitely keep this business in mind for future car maintenance for sure!Edit: to those who left reviews about these guys being cold and rude, I understand. However, they came across to me as a couple of guys who had a job to do and did that job, no fluff. Nobody s looking for a Michelin Restaurant experience, here. Had to go in a get new sensors installed. I spoke with Shane mostly but all the guys where super friendly. They are a little on the pricy end but overall great experience with them. Super quick and explained everything to me.

Was told by the girl on the phone to bring my car in for a free diagnostic check. Had it towed. I was told by Shane that the diagnostic would be $150, because it was extensive. He said at least I would know what is wrong with my car. He said it was a wire and speed sensor in the transmission and it would be $1300. I told him that it was a problem within the valve body. He didn t listen guaranteed me it would fix the problem. It did not! Called and told me it was the TCM in the valve body and now my total would be $4200!! I said I told you so and they lied. Went from free diagnostic to $150 diagnostic guaranteed to know and didn t. Now $1300 for a speed sensor guaranteed to work and didn t to $4200. They are nice until you show your frustration and then they turn mean and cold hearted. Tucker was the absolute worst!!! He was so kind to drop the total to $4000 instead of $4200 because of the lies they told. Then he got mad because I felt that wasn t good enough. Never called me with updates unless it was about money and Same Day turned into almost two weeks. First week Shane said because they were so busy with other cars. They didn t want me to test drive it with a mechanic to make sure it ran right for 4 grand, but let the mechanic drive while I rode passenger side and to add insult to injury when I got home from the shop my front driver black rim had been damaged with red deep scratches and even a small chunk out of it. Called them and Shane said he would look at the cameras and never called back. Again will come off nice until they mess up and expect you to still be okay with it and when your not they are mean, short, rude and disrespectful!!!!Services: Electrical repair, Transmission repair

Tucker and the guys are awesome. He was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my vehicle. If you need it done fast, by a down to earth crew of hard working guys, I would suggest going to same day.

Struts broke on my truck. Called Same Day Auto Repair first thing in the morning and they we able to get me in that morning. Shane did an awesome job addressing the repairs needed. Truck is running smoothly now!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The price for an oil change & tire rotation on my vehicle was great compared to other places! They did a good inspection on my vehicle and didn't try to charge me for things I didn't need.

I would DEFINITELY recommend Same Day Auto Repair. Not only did they have competitive pricing, but they were fast, professional & honest. They kept me up to date on my vehicles progress & immediately had answers to every question I had.
